I really enjoyed this hotel. It was convenient to where I was engaged in the area. The property is easy to find. Ana at the front desk for check in was delightful: very friendly and up-beat. Check-in was fast. The property was generally clean. My room was clean and tidy. The HVAC worked well and kept the room comfortable. I really appreciated the actual shower with soap and shampoo dispensers, rather than shower/tub and wasteful little soap bars. There were even dispensers for soap and lotion at the sink. The breakfast was hot, Uninspired. Coffee was decent. That's the good stuff. How the negative: There were three significant maintenance issue with the room: 1. the desk chair had a loose arm and was loose on its base column. 2. the switch was missing from the left side bed lamp So, no way to turn it on or off. 3. this was kinda scary: there were two sketchy electrical patch connections going from the outlet to the floor lamp that would make an electrician scream. They were exposed. A child could easily have gotten shocked if he/she had fooled with it.

The property was nice. It’s pretty new well maintained inside. The room was nice. The beds were very firm. I tried to check out about 515 in the morning. The staff member there could not do anything. I still do not have a copy of my receipt. I do not have the $50 fee having been refunded everything I ask him to do he said well I can’t do it right now. Let’s face it, at 5 o’clock in the morning there’s not a line so he just chose not to be helpful.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful in finding the best restaurants. Close to shopping and several restaurants. Room was specious and bed comfortable. Only 4 small pillows for a king but not a big deal. We traveled with our dog, pet fee only $25. There isn’t a designated pet bathroom area and the landscaping was mostly rocks but it still worked. My dog bit stung by multiple wasps and bees while on a potty break and the hotel had a little area that sold various meds and toiletries so we were able to get him some Benadryl which was perfect! Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal and breads. Coffee, fridge and microwave in room. Can’t speak for the pool or the exercise room as we didn’t utilize them. Would stay here again. There was someone living out of their car in the back parking lot which was sketchy.
