Amazing and clean :) The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pool was on the small side, but perfect for the kids at 3-4.5’ deep.

The hotel was within an easy walk to downtown Midland. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was the usual fare. One of the two elevators needed repair. I feel that the hotel was not exceptional and overpriced.

There was no heat for the pool - the kids lasted 5 min they were trying to push through with blue lips which was a bummer because they were looking forward to swimming. Other than that the stay was great!

This hotel is “limited service”, so if you are staying more than one night you have to ask for any housekeeping service (emptying garbages etc.) of course no one tells you this at check in, and it isn’t sign posted anywhere. So we returned after a full day out and they didn’t take the garbage, with baby diapers this becomes a nightmare. The we found dirty socks in the room that weren’t ours! Yuk! Clearly they don’t properly clean the rooms between guests either! They also had a large team there, so teens were running with water guns through the halls and slamming doors all night.

We stayed at this hotel New Years Eve. The hotel was nice along with the staff. The heating system was extremely noisy and we slept very little as a result. After getting a poor nights sleep we went down to get a bite to eat for breakfast. We found out breakfast ended at 9:30, and we arrived at 9:35 and were told breakfast was over. To only offer breakfast til 9:30 on New Years morning is tacky, considering the price to stay here. We were told breakfast goes till 10:00 on weekends. Breakfast should have been offered later in the morning with this being New Years morning.

I would love to give this place all 5 stars but there seemed to be a mix up with my reservation. I am positive I booked a room with 2 beds and a couch, because I have 2 teenage children that won't sleep together. It was only a few dollars more to book, and a perfect location to the Loons game we were attending. When I checked in, I was only given a standard 2 queen room, and the desk told me they were full and couldnt change my room type. I found this hard to believe because the whole time we were in the hotel, the lobby, the pool, the breakfast area, and even the parking lot, were basically dead. The parking was maybe 1/4 full. I don't know if this was an issue with Expedia or the hotel, but it was unfortunate it happened. We made it work, but I feel an error was made. Aside from this mix up, everything about the property and room was perfect. Clean, quiet, updated, and a good location.

The hotel was adequate for sleeping and conveniently located near town. The $281 charge was CRAZY for one night. The rooms are very small, outdated, but clean. The breakfast offered was putrid! The eggs (which they claimed were real) were in my opinion, powdered. The sausages were horrible Bagels were tough and old. Will find other accommodations next trip. Overpriced...maybe a hundred, but not 281
