K-ris was awesome. He seemed to be always there lol. He was quick to respond to my texts and very attentive when i needed things. Great person definitely an asset. The room 214 had a fan issue btw but nothing i needed to fuss abt but maybe you should fix that. The elevator was in need of servicing and the walls leading to rooms were oddly caved in everywhere a little concerning just so you know. Rowdy kids at the pool that we were told by the adults in charge they only get to go once a year and they're allowed. But other than that nothing to say i wouldn't cone again.

Immediately when you walk into the lobby all I could smell was wet dog. It was so overwhelming we went outside to wait for our room. The elevator sounds and feels like it’s gonna break down any second. Other than that my only other complaints are with the room. The curtains don’t close all the way so you have practically no privacy and sunlight waking you up at 5am. Super cool. The bed was AWFUL. My husband and I both woke up consistently all throughout the night with painful back pain. Constantly having to switch positions to get back to sleep only to wake up in pain a bit later. The sink in our bathroom was clogged and dirty. We defiantly won’t be back.

Hamptons Inn are always my preferred lodging so I have stay in many of them around the country. As usually, this one was very good. The breakfast was better than most as they offered two hot selections: scrambled eggs and sausage gravy over biscuits. Many just give you the frozen omelets. The staff was great. The room was spotless - great cleaning crew. The building is starting to show its age with nicks on the wall, rug in the hallway desperately needs a deep clean, outlets on the bedside stand did not work, and so on. But I would definitely go back.

Bedbugs were the theme of our recent stay. Although the hotel management gave free coins for laundry, it doesn’t take away from the fact that bedbugs ruined our stay there.

The room was super small and there was very little space to put clothes that would accommodate two people. There weren't really "drawers." Just a cabinet with three small wire slide outs. And, watch out if you are putting something in the closet when someone walks out of the bathroom because the sliding door will hit you. However, the staff was really nice. Especially the women that worked at the daily breakfast.

Checked in and was greeted nicely. A quick check in and up to my room. The bed was not comfortable as it was used up. I looked at the tag on the bed and it was about 9 years old. "Well", there you go. You would think after paying over 150 dollars a night that it would be better then this. Then the seal on the sliding window was messed up so i could hear all the traffic outside. Never again will i stay here. Ive been to super nice Hampton inns before but this one is old and needs updating.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the woman who was working the front desk the overnight shift of May 17-18th. I understand there was extra work for her since there were so many sports families there, but she was unapologetically rude and cold. I had to ask a couple questions was met with coldness, and did not get my questions answered. That gentlemen that was there before she arrived was wonderful and so was the staff the morning of May 18. This woman did not exemplify customer focus one bit, and I’ve worked with customers my entire 25 years of working.
