Staff was consistently nice and very helpful. Nice property with good amenities including a decent gym, pool, and out door space. Rooms were clean and well maintained not surprising as the hotel is only about a year old. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was surprisingly quiet given proximity to a major road. Lots of food options in the immediate area. Close to freeway access. Otherwise neighborhood inspired us to stay on the property.

Great location. Right off the freeway. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Sam’s is one block over. Front desk people were very nice and polite. Most of breakfast staff (with exception of one) were very accommodating with anything guests would ask for. Food wasn’t always replaced/topped off when it ran out/low. This is a pet-friendly hotel and the exterior certainly didn’t let you forget it: walking from the EV Charger through the turf sections, over to back entrance (next to laundry gym), there’s a very strong smell of dog urine. This area could use a bit more attention/cleaning; can’t imagine how it will be during the summer time, when temperatures get into the triple digits . . .

We had a lovely stay even though it was only one night. The grounds are well maintained and fairly new, the pool area is very relaxing and has everything a family might need to bbq and have a pool night. Our room was very spacious, breakfast was great and lots of options.

Check in time is 3:00. We arrived at 3:15. Our room wasn’t ready and the front desk staff said it was because they were at capacity the night before and it was just taking them longer to get everything cleaned. Not a good reason. Ok so maybe it would be ready in 30 minutes? No. TWO HOURS LATER we finally walked into our room. We were frustrated, our kids were frustrated and it just wasn’t good. This made the evening feel very rushed and stressed when it should’ve been relaxing. We were in Vegas for the Paul McCartney concert and because of this ordeal, we got to the concert later than we would have liked. Guess what they gave us to smooth things over… a bottle of water for each of us 😂😡
