It was an inconvenience not having a coffee maker or microwave in the room, and not having complementary shuttle to/from the airport was disappointing. It cost $240 round trip for a taxi to/from the airport. At least have a main room near the lobby with coffee and a microwave available. I tried to reheat half of my sandwich (the next day) that I purchased at the food court but couldn’t find one annywhere. Even the food establishment I purchased it from wouldn’t let me reheat my sandwich. My transportation to the airport was at 05:30am. You can’t get any coffee anywhere in the hotel/casino until 6 am and that’s at the Starbucks. Coffee that early would have been nice. Small amenities like these would have convinced me to return to your hotel but I don’t think I ever will. Thank you.

We've stayed here a few times in the past. But the 2025 Version of Aliante was disappointing. The only positive was every single person who worked there, from front desk, to pool, to Starbucks and food court, to the maintenance man, to the housekeeping....WONDERFUL! This is no reflection at all on them. The problems are: #1--NO COFEE MAKERS IN THE ROOM, which is corporate money grubbing at it's finest if I've ever seen it. #2--Our shower was broken and instead of just moving us to another room, in a dead hotel, we had to have maintenance come in and work on it for an hour. Thankfully, we weren't in a rush to get anywhere that day or we would have not been able to shower. #3--There was a pipe burst in one of the food court restaurants that I was so excited to eat at because we don't have them in our state, but they had to close because of maintenance. #4--More money-grubbing....it's like a Motel 6 with their Wi-Fi. The service was great when you were connected to it, but they only offer it for 3 devices. Um, why? That's so cheap. So our family of 4 fought over who got the internet on their device for that day. The IT guy was as sweet as could be when I called to find out why we couldn't log off the internet and give it to someone else in the room, but you had to wait 24 hours to "reset" your 3 allowed devices. This place just had an air of "lets suck what we can out of this place and then go bankrupt or sell." People working there were great though!

Staff was great, property policy regarding the pool was not excusable as far as we could tell. We chose this stay largely for the nice pool, which apparently closes at 7pm... NEVER heard this before. Could not even touch the water and it was 110 degrees that day. Asked about it as we checked in and got half hearted sorry bout that. If you are going to have such a policy outside of normal, it should be stated clearly...otherwise you will probably end up with unhappy vacationers who write about it afterwards in your reviews.

Overall, it was good. Nice spa services, pool was nice, great full Regal movie theater, and the food was satisfactory. A number of places in the resort does have limited hours— pool (10am-7 pm), restaurants (by 9 pm). I appreciated the casino was adjacently connected to the hotel but separate allowing it to feel more like a resort. If you want something off strip, it’s great at the same time a rideshare to the strip or the airport will cost you between $45 and $60.

The hotel room was nice and clean. When you walk in it smells like smoke. Service was ok. The pool and hot tub were closed and there was no info about that on the website. The front desk lady said they don’t share that info on the site. Very misleading as we picked this hotel for their outdoor area with the pool and hot tub. They don’t open until mid March.

Unfortunately the room was not clean to the standard of professionalism I have encountered in the past either Aliante. I found poop stains and what appeared to be pubic hairs around the toilet. Along with this, a pair of underwear in the corner and crumbs throughout. Very disappointed this visit.

The 9th floor view was great. Sadly the room was less than clean and our first impression was not good since the toilet had not been cleaned. Too gross. It made me skeptical about what else was not cleaned? The bed was squishy. The public spaces needed a cleaning. When we checked out they charged us a “resort fee”!

Room was spacious. Sink kept backing up and the pillow cases had marks on them. Restaurants we tried 3 of them. Two had great service and the other one staff member was cranky but everyone else was lovely. The drink servers once they knew you were drinking came by frequently. It was a good experience. I'd say 3.8 but not feeling like the bedding is clean is a big deal for me.

Beautiful hotel/casino located right next door to the Alliante golf course. Rooms are bright, clean and modern. Great views of the mountains and Vegas downtown/strip. Reasonable prices, excellent responsive staff and some very nice restaraunts. Bistro 57 was our finest meal during our stay. It was a culinary delight. We will return for next years golf tournament if not sooner.

The last few times I’ve stayed here have been really disappointing. Maintenance had to come to my room to unclog my shower drain. I was literally showering in a puddle of water. Not small but like the entire shower bottom was covered in water up to my ankles. I had to call down to front desk for something and one of the ladies were rude. Same thing for room service.

We have stayed here for years and it is getting quite rundown. Took out our favorite restaurant and Salted Lime (which we like) posted hours but didn't abide by them. Eight of us came back to eat here and they only had the bar open with burgers etc. but had hours posted from 4:00 pm to 7 am. Closed. very frustrating so drove into town. The reason we stay here is so we won't have to go into town. They messed up our grandsons reservation and didn't want to work with us but eventually called and offered a room. Won't be staying here again.

My son and I took a short break to LA & Vegas. The only negative I can say about this hotel is the distance from the Strip. The hotel itself was amazing and the staff are top notch. The pool is terrific and the gym is great. The food in the restaurants was delicious. I truly cannot fault this hotel. Thank you for having us. We will be back!

The hotel appearance is nice. The valet personal will open the doors even if you don’t use the complimentary service. The front staff didn’t greet anyone unless you say something to them. Understand there is a casino and people are allowed to smoke inside, the smell was carried into the room on the 7th floor. The restaurants are inside the casino which if mind the cigarette smell, not good to enjoy a meal. I will say the Bristo 57 restaurant is amazing! The staff and food, was fantastic!

Great small casino, too bad smoking is allowed. Good food options- although the only breakfast restaurant was horrible - they have Starbucks to make up for it. The gentleman outside (valet) are so personable-always laughing /smiling …the ladies at the front don’t smile- no “good morning“/ “hello” when we walk by , they just look at you up and down- and we stayed 6 nights! They definitely need some better customer service! .. Overall best hotel to stay in Vegas away from all the crazy on the strip!

We have stayed here years before and loved this hotel. However, since the pandemic the buffet was removed everything is more expensive and the service has deteriorated. The front staff was great but cleaning staff is lacking.The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Our towels were changed but our bed was not made. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room and they charge $3.00 for water. Disappointed.

Our room was amazing, we did have a problem with the shower not getting warm but I called and they had someone fixing it within a few mins so no complaints there. The hotel was beautiful the pool had opened our 2nd day being there so we went and laid around a bit it was nice. The casino was small but we figured it would be. All the restaurants close really early except the Mexican restaurant stays open til 7 am so that was cool we never made it there. The Fridays is not open anymore they closed awhile ago from what people told us we were upset about that cuz our group used to go to a Fridays all the time to hang out and eat and drink! And the orange Julius being turned into a Dairy Queen but they still have the signs up so it got my hopes up for orange Julius and the guy was a lil rude about it not being that anymore The hotel is far away from the strip so if you aren’t there for the party life then it is the perfect hotel to stay at. Valet is free but please tip the people they are very nice. We were there for a truck show with a group of people and the hotel was close to the speedway without getting stuck in the traffic thru town so ot was perfect. Not many complaints for us except the restaurants closing early.
