Wonderful rooms / new hotel. Cute and useable kitchen. Love this place and home 2 concept. First time at one. My only suggestion is to please have Nice smoking area somewhere else than the front entrance .I found that area in entrance smoking unappealing.

My family stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean. We had a studio, 2 queen bed with a bathtub. I did have to call as the site said they didn’t have that available but the person on the phone was helpful. Breakfast was good. They now have options that are artificial dye free and high fructose corn syrup free, there was a little symbol to indicate that, which is great. They had a nice big breakfast area and an outdoor patio. The pool wasn’t cold but a hot tub would’ve been great! It was a nice stay all in all.

Relatively new hotel, but poorly built with paper-thin walls. You can hear everything—neighbors, upstairs, downstairs, and even guests outside. Our room overlooked the patio, and the noise carried straight in. Our entire family was woken up by guests singing an early-morning birthday serenade. The most disappointing part of our stay, however, was being charged $100 for a missing light cover that was already missing when we checked in. This item couldn’t cost more than $10, yet I was unfairly billed despite raising the issue. After going back and forth with the company, I eventually gave in—but I will never stay here again. If you do decide to book, be extremely cautious: thoroughly inspect your room upon arrival, take time-stamped photos, and report every single issue immediately. Otherwise, you risk being charged for things you had nothing to do with.

Home 2 Suites is now our favorite midway point in our trips east. The suites are spacious and incredibly clean. We could see immediately that this is a new hotel because it was pristine. The continental breakfast is also much better than your typical hotel breakfast. We liked it so much on our way east that we made a point of staying here on our way back home.

Only think I would change is the excessive hold they put on your card. On top of your stay they charge an extra $50 a night that can take 14-30 days to come back on your card. It doesn’t exceed $250 but was still a hassle. The other home2 suites at other locations only charge $25 accidental fee for entire stay
