This property was the perfect location for my quick weekend visiting a friend. It was clean, breakfasts were delicious, staff was friendly, the gym was clean and if I had more time I would have swam in their pool.

We stayed here opening week and it was lovely! Staff was helpful. Hotel was clean. Parking is not an issue since it’s located in a parking lot surrounded by a small shopping center. The front doors lock at 11pm so it felt secure knowing not anybody can just walk in unless you have a key. One elevator was down and there was a huge group there during our visit which meant the one elevator took a while to be able to use but other than that it was a great stay.

1.The refrigerator in the room was not working. Needed the fridge for insulin. Did not appreciate the accusation why it was not working. 2.Towels were not provided at the pool. I was told they had no towels. Had to purchase my own. Will not stay again.

Check-in was very easy and staff was very kind and friendly. (Online check-in option with room key on our phone would have been nice, but no big deal.) Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy. I do wish hotels were a little more generous with their towels. Most women like to have an extra towel for their hair, but we always only get two towels in our room. Parking was simple, safe and free. Great location - 20 minutes from most anywhere.

Our reservation was messed up when we got there. The lady at the front desk was SUPER nice, and helped us get everything resolved. She went WAY above and beyond to get us into a room and able to sleep (we were beyond exhausted from traveling) quickly and with the minimum fuss. She left detailed notes for the manager the next morning to resolve the reservation issue and ensured that we were not charged twice for the stay. The Manager was also fantastic in making sure everything turned out great. I expect good things from Hampton Inns because I stay with them frequently. But this particular location went above and beyond.

Immediately got a compliment on my choice of hotel from my group as soon as we walked in the room. No issues with the television, bathroom or beds! Staff/front desk was very friendly and let us check in about 45 mins before our official check in time! The cabinet that the refrigerator is in is a little broken in room 423. It was that way when we arrived.

Having stayed at your property twice in the last month, could you add a little bit more of a selection for breakfast. The hotel in Decatur had individual milk cartons, where here in Texas you had milk from a pitcher. Having it in the open, I’m afraid what people may do and I assume have individual selection would be better and safe.
