Amazing hotel. Our room had a kitchen with all the amenities including a toaster, plates, silverware and a full size refrigerator. The king size bed was so comfortable. The room was very clean with plenty of towels. Our kids loved the pool and towels were provided. The gym has a peloton and free weights. There are walking distance restaurants which was convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My kids love the waffles from the breakfast bar. There was plenty of coffee, juices and teas provided with flavored creamers.

Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were brand new, super clean, new technology. Loved the suite amenities including couch, mini ktichen. Heated pool was a hit with the kids (no hot tub). They had loungers out in the front with gas fire pits which was cool. Located in a very nice area right with lots to do (movies, food, starbucks) and down the street from Frederick Meijer Gardens, plus close proximity to downtown GR. Would return!

Clean room with kitchenette. Bed was very comfy. Soap, lotion, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner available. Free breakfast with several food options. Laundry available but only takes quarters and staff informed me that they don't have quarters. Now you tell me where a weary traveler is supposed to get quarters and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Having laundry facilities was one of the reasons I picked this hotel as I had no clean clothes. Going to an off site laundromat was not on the itinerary.

For such a new hotel, I would expect the details in the room to be cleaner. The lower walls in the entrance and bathroom were marked and soiled from previous customers. The carpeting didn't appear to be vacuumed. I brought my yoga mat for my workout, so I was pretty close to the carpeting, and it wasn't pretty. Also, leaving a spare toliet paper roll since you offer housekeeping every other day would be helpful.

The hotel is newly built and beautiful. It's at the end of a shopping center so there are great options to eat close by and a movie theater. Meijer is just across the street for any groceries you may need. The hotel does have a pool but not a hot tub. Overall it is a nice place to stay but we will probably not choose to come back. There were some less than respectful guests in rooms around us. One family left for a wedding and left their dog in their room. Their dog barked constantly. Also the guests across the hall from us were sitting in the hallway, yelling and running in and out of their room. When we woke up in the morning they had left several of the pool towels on the floor in the hallway. We had a do not disturb sign on our door and someone knocked on our door at 9pm. When we looked out the door no one was there. The cleanliness was ok overall but my side table had not been wiped off and had crumbs and hair on it. The staff were great and very friendly!

Nice place except the REALLY NOISY bathroom fan. Complained twice and was told only thing they can do is me to take keycard out of the reader and fan shuts off. That limits your lighting options. Asked to have maintenance look at it and they claim they looked at it but didn’t know what they said as they came when we were gone from the room. Stayed 2 nights and heard other guests complain about the noisy fans. Even with bathroom door shut it was loud. Need to look into fixing or replacing. This alone would stop me from staying there again.

There was no heat in our room. We had to change rooms and didn’t get to bed until midnight. The hotel could not compensate us at all for this issue, and directed us back to hotels.com. We are concerned that nothing will come of this. Hilton needs to know that it is their reputation that is on the line.

I was with 3 other couples in our late 40's and early 50s staying in Grand Rapids to celebrate our friend's birthday. We had spent the day doing an outdoor escape room followed by dinner and then a haunted farm attraction. Shortly after checking in we decided to meet in the common area before heading out to get a drink. We were all sitting on the chairs quietly talking. One of our friends approached the front desk and asked if there were any sports bars in the area. The woman at front desk replied, "You can't be down here drinking, you can't hang out down here!" We were all surprised at her response and explained that none of us had any drinks. She then said, "You're probably already drunk, you've been drinking". We felt like we were being judged based out our skin color and it was very upsetting.
