The negatives: We were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay. Our room didn’t have a mini fridge so we couldn’t keep drinks or food cold. There were no toiletries such as shower gel or shampoo, only little soap bars. The A/C was set at 62-67 and it was very cold in the room. The positives: our room had plenty of outlets to plug in our electronics. The hotel’s location provided a quiet place so our sleep wasn’t disturbed. Front desk staff was courteous. Housekeeping didn’t knock on our door until after 10am so we didn’t feel rushed to leave. Convenient location next to several restaurants and gas stations, and one block from freeway.

Parking was very good. Checkin was prompt and friendly. I liked that the doors were locked at night for security. Meaning, you could get in the outer door but you had to use your room key to actually get in the property. One negative thing - I was on the second floor and it had the strong (the entire hallway!) smell of curry. Not just a hint of it, the whole floor, and you could smell it the minute you got off the elevator. Not sure why and I didn’t mention it to the front desk. Just seemed odd. There was a puddle of water in front of my room’s a/c unit. I mentioned it to the front desk but no action was taken. Since I knew it was there, I just learned to avoid it. It was shocking that I was still charged for the first night even though I couldn’t be there. When I found out that I wouldn’t be able to make it to Corpus Christi, I called the hotel as soon as I could. My flight had been diverted from Dallas to Austin due to severe thunderstorms. It was not my fault that the flight didn’t get me to my final destination. I feel like I was penalized for something totally out of my control! Otherwise, my stay was fine.

I wanted a no frills but, clean, safe place for an overnight stay and this place fitted the bill. Yes, the room was basic with no fridge but was clean and a good choice of tv channels. There is a small pool if thats your thing. No breakfast, but free coffee and for the price I paid it was not an issue. There are several places to eat within 5 minute walk and loads more a short drive away. Happy with my stay.

This hotel was just OK. Our room was constantly moist, for lack of a better word. Walls were sweating, the shower flooded and the shower head was not movable to keep water from getting on bathroom floor. Beds felt very slept in and we're not comfortable. Both towels in the bathroom had stains on them. Probably wouldn't stay again.

I liked the high ceilings and the long rooms because it helped with any noise. We were on the street side, and didn’t really notice a lot of noise from the streetFor the most part, the room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and we were able to get a lot of sleep, which is what we needed. Around two something a.m., I guess a guest came in and they were kind of loud bringing in their luggage. It was muffled, but it was still a little loud. For the most part though it seemed like guests were getting to bed early. But the room we were in seemed a little worn down. The shower had light cuts in the bottom of it. Also, after running tge shower water there was a strong smell in the room, finally figured out it smelled like dog. For the price, though, and because I may need to travel here several times again, I would probably stay again. But might request another room.

This is definitely a no frills hotel...no hair dryer, coffee maker, extra toiletries, refrigerator, microwave, or breakfast like I enjoy when I want to go on vacation, BUT...for this trip where I was just getting a job done, came in after 8 pm and left by 8 am it met my basic needs and was very affordable.

This facility is very new and clean with a basic, but modern layout. That said, this is a "hybrid" motel / long-term stay facility and the overall quality is reflective of this type of offering. The rooms are very narrow, the beds are not comfortable, there is basically no storage or amenities in the units, and the sound deadening in the walls is non-existent. This type of facility is likely good for a short business trip or a low-cost extended stay where budget is a concern, but I would not recommend it for a recreational stay. You can get something much more comfortable with more amenities for very little additional cost.

The hotel is located near the highway which gives you an easy access to stores and the mall. The appearance interior/ exterior is clean . A specific staff member at the entrance demonstrated a lack of patience when I questioned the reason to why my credit card information was needed to remain on file . All other staff members were nice . It’s pet friendly in the interior but the exterior has signs where pets are not allowed, but I have yet to find the pet station where the sign refers . Overall, I will need to rethink in considering this place again .
