Need to pay 18$ per day for parking even if you book with them. Decide to pick this location due to the location it is located downtown area , and for the pool , upon arrive we would told pool with closed due to construction. Kids were really sad. I wish communication would have been more better on letting customers know pool would be closed before booking. Asked for a manager was told no manger available and that they would pass the message . Never got a call or nothing . Rooms have balcony but are shut and not allowed to open. Rooms have microwave and fridge. Beds are comfortable. Good stay other then kids not having pool.

The room was extremely dusty, and didn’t feel overall clean. Furniture was stained, carpet was dirty. The only clean area was the lobby area. Everything else is dingy, old, dusty and dirty. The pool water was murky, cloudy. Patio furniture was all rusty and old. Definitely would never stay here again

Staff was very friendly. However we waited almost an hour for the elevators everyday to get to our room. Check out was horrible, everyone was checking out at the same time and no one was able to access the elevators. We finally decided to take the stairs with our 5 yo, 5 mo and luggage (we were on the 5th floor). We were not the only ones taking the stairs and that created a safety hazard as the stairs were not equipped for 50+ people taking the stairs at a time. The hvac system was not running to its potential not to mention the weather was great! We kept the hvac temp at 66 to keep it a comfortable setting. Our room had a smelly carpet, the ceiling looked like it had been patched several times. Tv only had local channels not even an option for Apps. The pool was foggy and very dirty. Not to mention how unsteady and unsafe the floor felt. The furniture was extremely outdated, faded and some even broken. I do not recommend this place.

Enjoyed my stay and service was excellent. However, the elevator was not working and had to use stairs. Usually it is not an issue but I recently had ankle surgery and just started using the stairs.

This location is a health and safety hazard. My family and I checked out early, attempted to get a refund, were told we would get one, and over 10 days later, no refund has come through. We left with rashes. There was mold in the shower/bath, visible in on shower ceiling tiles, stains on furniture, holes in walls, and the balconies are not accessible as advertised. Electrical fixtures were hanging as well.

Very dirty. Everything was filled with dirt caked in the corner especially on the balcony door. Bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Towels were dirty and the door did not lock. TV also didn’t work. First room had a bandaid with blood on it in the shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty and looked like they had been punched in. We requested another room and were moved immediately. The second room was much cleaner. The beds are small and so is the restroom. The rooms are very outdated but the lobby is nice.

The lobby and bar area was awesome and staff was amazing. That being said...The room furniture was peeling. The window to overlook the marina was absolutely filthy. The comforters on both beds were dirty. (One even had crumbs on it!) The ac didn't work very well. It was extremely warm in the room, which made it difficult to sleep. Although that part is a bit understandable since we were on a higher floor. They also only gave me a $0.01 refund on my deposit, when nothing was even touched in the room aside from the beds and shower.

The room was outdated. Our AC unit was leaking so the carpet was all wet. The carpet didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. It looked and felt dirty. The ceiling had patch marks where maybe it leaked and they patched it then repainted. We had to keep the AC at 65 in order for the room to be cool. The bathroom was small.

Place was disgusting. I woke up and realized I was in dirty sheets! There was snot on the chair. Blood and body glitter all over the room. The bathroom was falling apart. It had an exposed rusty nail that I cut myself on. The list goes on never staying here again. Oh and some threw up in the lobby trashcan and floor so that was really nice to walk onto in the morning.

I went to wash my Face And the washcloth wasn’t clean. Like it was folded up along with a towel that didn’t seem clean. Shower nozzle coming out . No alarm clock in room. Can’t even use balcony . $12 breakfast and daily Parking fees… I don’t mind paying for a good Hotel . But this was disappointing . Damp and moldy Smelling on my floor but lobby looks very clean . I usually never leave Reviews because I try not to complain. …but I just feel that for the price and location … they can do better

Overall, bed was clean and room was fine. Ceiling tiles were dirty, a bit leaky by the air conditioning ans partially missing in spots. Bathroom waa extremely small. Staff was very welcoming and polite. Didn't find much of a nightlife in the area. Bars open late were loud, dirty and full of a super young crowd.

The thermostat was at 62 when we arrived. I turned it up to 72 but the room never got warmer. The faucet at the sink and tub were both loose and not working properly. There was water damage on the walls under the sink. TV remote worked to change channels but not to turn TV off or on. Overall it was ok but not worth the nightly price paid. Will not stay here again.

This hotel, needs to seriously update their rooms. We stayed on the 18th floor and the ice machine didnt even work. We asked for towels and told their weren't any at the time because their drying okay understandable. Then they said they would will take some to your room, they never came. Customer service was really great we were able to check in early which is always a plus, thank you for that! Thank you to the housekeeping for check up on our room.

Great view and lots of activity during spring break for families. Only down side is the room was a little small and they're was an annoying beeping sound coming from the room above the whole time. Also the AC for the room was set at 72 even if you lowered the temperature. I only know this because i have thermal reader and anytime it went above 72 the ac would kick on stronger

The hotel itself was nice. Check-in took almost 45 minutes and there were employees just standing around watching or on their phones. Then, we forgot a bag and housekeeping took it downstairs. I had my daughter pick it up and what do you know… the money that was in there, was missing ! They literally stole money that I WORKED FOR !! Hotel had cracks and leaks everywhere. Pool water looked dirty and foggy. I honestly will never return.

I arrived early a few hours 130 pm and asked if I could check in early, was told no, that is ok, no harm no foul, I was given a list to put my name down and was told I would be given a call when rooms would be ready to check in. Check in time is at 4 pm, I showed up 245 just in case and it was a mad house approximately 50 people in line or more so. 4 pm line is bigger and check ins just start, 545 pm my wife and I finally get our room and no phone call still to let me know my room was ready, so the counter person just threw a list at me to appease me in stead of help me. She was extremely rude and even snatched the list out of my hand after I let her know the amount for my stay was already taken out of my account so I will be needing a room at check in time since she would not allow me to check in early. I met a couple at the swimming pool said they got their room at 830 and they put their name on "the list" before I did. Piss poor management, piss poor scheduling and piss poor experience. Samantha G at check in was a bright star amongst all of this. SHE NEEDS A promotion or raise. Extremly unhappy customer

It was clean but old and not well maintained. The wall paper was curled up, everything in the room looked old and outdated. The worst thing was that they checked my room out to someone else while I was still staying there. The manager, Arielle Del Bosque did not even offer anything to us for the error made. This place has lack of customer service.

Our stay was excellent! from check-in to employees checking in on us as we sat outside on the patio. Everything was great and the staff was so friendly. They were always smiling and asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything. I don't think we've stayed at a hotel where everyone was attentive. Although we only stayed overnight, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely stay again.

Key card system was down the day we checked in. Staff were taking people to and from their rooms. Not the business’s fault but an inconvenient start to the experience overall. Didn’t get a key card until the next day before checkout. No attempt at compensation of any kind for the inconvenience.

The front desk staff was very inefficient with check-in. Two lines formed and one line was very quick while the other stalled for over 40 minutes. The front desk staff made zero effort to mitigate this. The next day, the elevator broke for several hours, and the front desk staff said there’s no stairs. Overall, the hotel is OK, obviously outdated, but not bad if it wasn’t for the limited, inexperienced, and generally unprofessional staff.

I love the view in the lobby area and would come back and stay just for that view. It’s also very conveniently by places to eat and right on the bay. The hotel needs a little bit of TLC. There is carpet that is coming up and flooring looks old. Rooms are a little small and so are the beds.

As far as location it is a very convenient location. Easy walking to the Concrete Street Amphitheater, the American Bank Center . The rooms have amazing views of the bay and the hotel offers decent amenities, bar w/ food to order, a good breakfast and a nice convenience store in the main lobby. The rooms do need a touch of up dating, we found the rooms lacked an abundance of electrical plugs, no in room safe to lock up valuables and to have to pay 17.00 a day to self park at a hotel is a bit much. All in all tho I would stay here again

They had a balcony, but it was locked. Couldn’t hardly see thru the glass door, due to salty residual. What good is a balcony if ya can’t use it? Other than that , it was GR8! The beds were AMAZING!! The front street of the hotel is used as a racetrack and the cops don’t stop it. Loud and noisy all nite!

The hotel room was nice with comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast horrible: powder scrambled eggs, cold sausage patties, stale biscuits and bread, good bacon. My room was not very clean and I did ask for the room to be cleaned the next day, however, I am not sure that was done because I never received coffee cups to have coffee in my room in the morning. So I have to assume that it was not done. The bar food was very good, however, the service was lacking. Many times the employees would be out smoking when the bar would be full, and service was very slow and inconsiderate. I thought the breakfast bar was also a downer, however, some of the food tasted fine, the fact that the coffee was served in carafes at lukewarm temperature, I had to buy coffee from the coffee shop just to get a hot cup of coffee. In general, the breakfast bar was subpar at best, as well as the service. Lastly, wow this particular location is not very updated, I think the staff acted very nonchalant and service reflected that. I would however brag on one employee, he gets 5 stars, and that’s the maintenance man. He services the entire property and addressed my needs immediately by checking the air and bringing me a fan. He was the bright light to a poor experience.

When I got in the room the AC was off and temperature was 75. I turned the AC unit on and the air flow was next to nothing coming from the vents, I noticed the filter was so discolored and fill of dust. I climbed on the couch and removed the filter to find a date of February 2024 written in pen, this is December. The balcony door did not shut all the way, there was warm air coming in which made it not possible to cool the room completely down. The wall paper in the bathroom was pealing off and was dirty. There were stains on the couch so I asked for a clean blanket to cover the couch so I could sit on it. They charged me $20 to park in the parking garage but failed to tell me I could park across the street for free in the empty lot. The breakfast was amazing but way over priced at $15 per person, there was absolutely nothing fancy about the breakfast. Honestly for what they charge for parking in an unsecured parking garage, breakfast should have been free. I will not stay at this hotel again. I give it one star rating.

The staff were really nice. The rooms and bathrooms need a lot of updates. The bath shower was old and broken parts. The bathtubs didn’t drain while taking a shower. If they would update the bathrooms it would be a better rating.

It’s a very nice hotel. We will come back. This experience was very different from our last. Out dated in the rooms. Simple fixes like torn curtains. Cracks. Only one piece amenities when you booked a suite. Chargers are not working in the desk anymore and my sister mentioned the same. We stayed in different rooms. Water stayed Hot in shower. Not sure what was going on there. I’m not a heat person. I like it on the cooler side. We used the pool this time. Lights stayed off. Guy kept closing restrooms. Early before it was closed. I believe someone complained and then they turned on lights and No towels had to ask for them. But he was there watching the area. I guess? We love it here though. Great people. First issues. We will be back. But housekeeping at 8/9 am is too early. Appreciated but early☺️
