Pretty clean and updated. Elevators were not in service and I had to go up 3 flights. I was disappointed the floors were not clean in any area of the room or bathroom. Smelled great, beds were ok, small 3 pillows with Queen Bed. Overall, well worth the pric and overall mostly satisfied. Note: no toiletries…not even a car of soap to wash hands. Thank you kindly.

You offer a supplies for your kitchen yet you don’t have enough for everyone I’ve stayed twice in both times they couldn’t give me what I needed especially like the coffee maker, toaster silverware plates there were two of us in the gave me nothing

The parking lot is jam full of work trucks, the entrance to the building was difficult to find because it's not especially welcoming and is unmarked, the overall feeling is that the property must be unsafe because of the level of security precautions. It's good to have security precautions but there's a feeling there of Some of the extended stay guests might not be the best neighbors. Hard to put a finger on it but overall the property is just not well cared for. It's minimal. And the night we arrived we got a fourth floor room but the elevator was out out of service. Just not a nice place to stay, but extremely close to the airport so very easy.

The staff was very nice. The room had an old cigarette smell that carried throughout the room. The moment you open the door, you could smell it. The smell was in the sheets and everything. There were glitter and pink stains on the floor and bathroom counter. The toilet had some black stains on it. The shower was very clean though. We were too tired from traveling so we just slept but we will not be booking here again.

Easy check in, the only thing is the bed isn’t super comfortable, walls were a little thin as we walked down the hall we could hear everyone’s tvs, and needed 3 pillows because they were very thin. The room however was a a good price and decent size. Would stay here again for the price I paid.

So when you stay at extended stay Hotels you do not deal with common business people and family’s generally but rather tradesmen and people living at the hotel for whatever reason. The staff was very friendly and gave us an early check in after a long drive. The rooms were very basic with no carpet which is ok by me .. yes we did smell weed at this place … whatever. Spring beds and the pillows were weird , one is too small 2 was too much. Toilets had this water saver timer thing so you could only flush once and then have to wait until you could flush again … not ideal when you need a courtesy flush. Had microwave sink and fridge freezer kitchenette , no dishes of any kind. It was a cheap place to stay but I probably won’t stay again.

It was amazing. I was staying in town for the Taylor Swift concert. I was allowed to check in early. Everyone at the front desk was amazing. It was clean. Perfect low cost option when staying in town. Larry is great. I would highly recommend.

had room reserved and paid for in advance ... got to motel and was told they had no rooms ... they would not help find another motel in area or anything .... then they did not want to give refund and had to fight with them for few days on phone to get money back do not waste time with them poor deal

We booked this hotel very late, but it let me complete the booking process. We drive an extra 15 miles to get there only to be told that the night audit had already started and he couldn't check us in, I would be refunded what I was charged. Obviously upset I left to the parking lot, then went back in and he said audit only takes about an hour and he could check us in after that. But since it would be considered an early check in they would charge me $10 for every hour before normal check-in time, mind you this was at 2am. Would not recommend this place if your running late or anything like that I can't say anything about the building because I never made it in.

My boyfriend and I had to fly back to Minnesota after getting into a hit and run in Denver, CO. We had a late night flight and didn’t get in until 2am, we chose to book this hotel because the check in end time had no end and the front desk was supposed to be 24/7. When we arrived we went to the front desk but the doors were locked and lights were off we had dialed on the phone in the small waiting area and still no one picked up. We wait 45 minutes until someone finally came to the front to help us get our keys but the card machine didn’t work so the worker just showed us to our room to let us in. I then told him that he could slide the keys under the door when he got them to work however no keys were ever given. In the morning we told the manager what had happened and asked if we could get money back and all we ever got was that they’ll look into it and call us back but haven’t. Won’t be staying again and don’t recommend.

I always appreciate a friendly staff. Great customer service. Comfortable and clean room. Walls are paper thin , you can hear everything and everyone, however we didn't have any problem. There are no public transportation around so my husband and I took Lyft. I recommend this hotel.

Its a bed real close to the airport. Thats the draw. Room kinda stanky, bed sheets and blankets were stained, they make you take your own trash out(signs everywhere threatening a fine if you don't), moldy bathroom ceiling, towels looked pre-used and folded again (definite booger on the facecloth), frequent drug use outside the lobby and im pretty sure i heard someone beating on their spouse in the room across, was surprised i didnt find any bugs but reading other reviews I'm sure i only missed them by a few weeks. Front desk lady was nice tho. Basic room, bed and shower. No coffee maker provided but you can rent one. This place strikes me as a hotel that caters to long term welfare stays and not so much travelers with families. Probably just going to pay for airport parking and sleep in my car next time.

Menu was limited to muffins, coffee, hot chocolate, and instant oatmeal - still breakfast stuff. My biggest gripe was that the room wasn't cleaned for a two night stay. It was the first time time I've ever encountered something like this in renting rooms for a two or more nights.

Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated.

Breakfast they offer is just grab and go like muffins and coffee. Some oatmeal but you just get it and eat in your room. No actual breakfast lounge compare to other hotel that offer breakfast.
