Location quick easy on off of highway system. Breakfast is standard hot and cold options of eggs, protein breads and waffles with cereal options. No real problems. Did have the cleaning staff chatting in front of my door every morning at 7 am because my room was by their storage room. The parking lot is terrible I stayed here last year figured the huge pot holes be filled or fixed by now. Enter at the second driveway to avoid the huge pot hole at entrance. Your car will thank you. One parking lot light pole is out on the front south side but over all a lit parking lot

Our stay was for 1 night... The shuttle service from the airport is great! We didn't have any checked luggage to claim, so we called the hotel once we landed, amd they directed us to the shuttle waiting area. The shuttle showed up within approximately 15 minutes, the driver was very nice, and the van was clean. We also scheduled our shuttle back to the airport while we were checking in at the desk. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The only real negatives we had are that the hotel needs to be updated, the beds need new and better pillows, and there aren't any vending machines for drinks. They have a "market" near the front desk that offers snacks and drinks that can be charged to the room or a credit card, but 1 soda was almost $4.00. We didn't see any convenience stores or restaurants in the area. They have a breakfast area, but they were still setting up when we left to return to the airport. Our flight left very early in the morning.

Not enough parking. The lot was full both nights and people had to park outside of the property. The toilet seat was broken and the ice machine didn’t work.

After our stay we were very disappointed. We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and breakfast. No one told us when we checked in and we had to find our for ourselves that the hot tub was under construction. It was advertised online that they had one and we would have liked to know ahead of time that there wasn’t going to be one available to us. Secondly the breakfast was very underwhelming. The only hot food available was turkey sausage and undercooked scrambled eggs. In the pictures and advertisements they had waffles and other hot options but that simply wasn’t the case. Our actual room was alright aside from the mold in the bathtub and occasional weird smell from the vent. Overall I would not book another room with the hotel unfortunately.

Lobby. Always clean and fresh smelling. Constantly see staff moving around. Smiling and greeting. Free breakfast was very good. Loved the variety. If you didn’t like the hot food you could go for a bagel or toast. Loved the option of chocolate milk, you don’t see that too much. Bed, very springy, clean and comfortable. The AC unit was a BEAST which I love! Bathroom was great! Nice amenities. Toilet seat a little loose. Water pressure in the shower was ok. Room was very clean. Television was AMAZING, BUT actual tv was on a slight delay which was a little unsettling. Possibly an HDMI issue or satellite antenna issue.

The noise from the airport is loud which didn't bother us but might others. The AC didn't work well in our room and surprisingly the room on the 4th floor had windows that opened which is unheard of in modern hotels, so it shows the age to the building.

The room was clean, beautiful, water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection to choose from, everything that should be hot was hot, and the staff was on top of restocking the food and coffee. We got in after a long late flight to them CANCELLING our room. They didn’t even call to tell us they canceled it. We showed up at 1:30am, exhausted to them telling us they overbooked and we didn’t have anywhere to stay. I had my two kids with me!!! All I got was a shrug and a sorry. THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND MY MONEY!!! Worst ever.

This hotel staff goes above and beyond! The lady shuttle drivers are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They were willing to shuttle me to another hotel where my conference was. Lada and Juan, the nightshift staff are especially wonderful! I just can’t imagine other hotel staff doing what they do. Keep up the good job!!!

We arrived, waited in line for an excessive amount of time due to one working computer but my young son was very VERY excited for our suite so it was okay at that point. We were told after the wait that our reserved room was not available, and we were given a normal room with very little sympathy whatsoever or anything to make up for it. On top of that, the breakfast was lacking, the pool was very very cold, and my kid slipped on the slippery hallway floor and severely injured his wrist. Really put a temporary damper on my vacation with my son. We had a great vacation still thankfully, no thanks to this place unfortunately.

Dismayed to learn at check in that the hotel was overbooked and we were lucky to get the last two rooms. The clerk shared that the computers were down before his shift and that they were having issues. One of our rooms had guests already staying inthe room. The hotel vlerk was patient and was doing the best he could as he found another room for us. Okay breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times never a problem. They even moved me when I asked because of loud/heavy walkers, kids jumping around the floor above me. The breakfast is hot proteins like eggs and sausage with a selection of breads, waffle maker and hot and cold cereal, fruit. The hotel is right next to a major highway so you can be anywhere from 5-25 minutes in the Cities or to find a rail station. Food options you will have to search nothing within in walking distance but easy to find. Connivence Store just across bridge on Pilot Knob rd. for fueling vehicle or a quick stop to pick up something.

It was a nice place to stay, my nephew got his fill of the swimming pool. The spa was full every time I walked by, mainly with children, and that would not have been relaxing to me. The day I thought I could relax in the spa, it was closed for maintenance. It was located close to the airport and Mall of America.

Awesome location. Awesome staff. Parking lot is full of crazy potholes. Almost swallowed up my car on several occasions. Continental breakfast was the worst spread of breakfast I have ever seen provided. Normally there are donuts, muffins, pancakes or waffles, none of that. Each day was cereal, scrambled eggs, and sausage that may or may not be fully cooked.

We did not use many of the amenities due to our timing but the buffet breakfast was the best we ever had. Hot, delicious and plenty of choices. We got to meet the person in charge and he was very proud. The desk attendant was wonderful organized our shuttle and so pleasant. We will be using this hotel again! The room was well supplied, clean and quiet. Should add a microwave.

Friendly staff, but breakfast was limited. I’m not a big breakfast person so it’s okay, but if you are then I wouldn’t recommend this place. I do appreciate the unlimited ice water, hot water and coffee in the lobby for guests at all hours (water is tap though). There are no towels readily available for guests in the pool and spa area so you’ll have to sit out and dry for a bit so you don’t drip all over the hallway to the elevator and cause others to fall. There is only one washer and dryer for all the guests so plan accordingly. $2 each for washing and drying and the front desk will have quarters for you to exchange and give you free Tide pods. I stayed here for exactly two weeks and I enjoyed the restaurant/bar/ Starbucks coffee next door.

Amazing staff - made more omelets at my niece’s request, tolerated guest rudeness about breakfast closing (at 10am!) well. Just really great staff. Also liked the pool hours (6-10 kids 6-11 adults) and late breakfast hours since our flight was delayed. Rooms were worn but comfortable beds and showers, and good price. Would definitely stay again.
