The hotel is not new the floors are very slippery it looks like they were waxed. The price was too expensive since it doesn’t have an elevator. The building has metal stairs and it makes it difficult to go upstairs specially for people who have trouble climbing stairs and they have no one to help carry luggage

I liked the condition of the rooms. Recently remodeled. The lobby had slot machines, which was nice to have there. Good coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff. The Bar and Grill is being remodeled and will be nice to have onsite. Great location.

Overnight stay it was fine , the location is perfect for lucky eagle casino , it’s very close 5 minute drive , and I like that there’s a supermarket in the corner down the street . The motel is small getting remodeled and rooms were very clean , staff was nice and price was a plus too. I will definitely stay again .

Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We took a weekend trip for our 11th anniversary to kickapoo, and decided on the Casino Hotel due to the short distance it is to the casino. Our room was very clean as well as the parking area. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I was very disappointed staying at this place. There was roaches, hair in the tub. The floor was not properly mopped. There was no remote for the TV. I went to get another a replacement, just to find out that it did not work!

There was a lot of blood on my bedsheets. I mean like never been washed blood was saturated into sheets, the room was dirty. I informed the staff and all they could do is only reimburse me $30 off room fee and full deposit return oh and they said sorry. Like come on was someone murdered in my room and staff didn't clean properly.

Our room smelled a little weird. We found hairs in our bathroom sink. Seems like they wiped the toilet first then wiped the sink. It was gross. There weren’t enough towels only 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. Also NOT disclosed until check in was that they charge a deposit if to each stay and they charge a 4% fee for debit/credit cards. $50 deposit using a card or $100 deposit cash. The place was quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable but like I mentioned the room smelled weird (unclean). Overall a nice stay. But next time I will bring my cleaning supplies with me.

When I checked in and went to my room to turn the AC on, the room has not been cleaned. There was food left behind and bed sheets were unturned from the previous customer. I called the office twice around 2 and 4:00 am, no response. The people above me were making so much noise and moving chairs around I could not sleep. It's now 7:00 a.m. I am about to check out, I would stay a bit longer but the people up stairs has no cares in the world about being respectful to others. I normally stay at this hotel when I'm here gambling, this time I was very dissatisfied and upset about my stay. 200 dollars down the drain

Bed was very hard. King size pillows were covered by standard size cases that left half the pillows uncovered. There wasn’t even a dresser or table in the room. Plus the was are paper thin and the neighbors were very loud.

If you want a basic clean room then this is a good place to stay. It has all the basics but lacks a hair dryer, coat hangers, coffee maker, and luggage stand. It does have a microwave and fridge. Quiet and closer to the Casino than other motels. Again it is no frills but for the price it is a good place to be.

Our stay was ok....the check in process was slow...i had booked room 5 days before and when we got there our booked wasnt in there system...plus just one towel for 2 people, no hangers to hanged our clothes, a few of the ceramic tiles we loosed, and we had a problem with the tv and i was fixing it and the back of the tv wasn't clean.

It was not great. We didn’t get to check in until 10pm when we got into eagle pass at 5. It was there fault and we didn’t even compensated for the inconvenience. They still owe me my deposit and keep telling me they sent it when it’s been 2 weeks. We will no longer be staying here

When I arrived to check in they tried to charge me a different price as Expedia offered me. They charged me a deposit for instance, it is been 5 days since I checked out and they haven’t credited me back the deposit. When I got to the room the bathroom was dirty so they checked me in other room.

The TV didn’t work the receptionist came and try to fix it but it still didn’t work. I finally fixed it myself and the sheets weren’t changed on one of the beds there was hair on them. And no breakfast as posted on Website

It was a quick last minute overnight trip to the casino. We’ve stay there before but it had been a long time so things changed there. There isn’t cofffeemaker in the room and to my surprise they charge 50.00 deposit for towel damage mind you they only give 2 bath, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and a bath mat not the best quality either. When you check out they say after they check the room will they refund your 50.00 Needless to say I was a little disappointed
