The property itself is tucked deep in a parking lot, which isnt the easiest to get to. We made a few wrong turns and eventually got there. The pond next to the hotel is gorgeous, especially watching the sun rise in the morning. Staff is very friendly while checking in and out. It would be nice if they had automatic doors. I could see it being problematic for anyone carrying a lot of bags. It is pet friendly, got to pet a few really sweet dogs. The rooms are small, but comfortable. You cant open the door to get in and have the bathroom door open at the same time. We bring a big fan since we dont stay up as late as others, but could still hear a gal having the time of her life at 3am over the fan. We got tl walk Parrilla de san miguel restaurant, which is highly recommended. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very clean, platform beds not so comfy, double bed room very small, TV table placement awkward. Parking is nightmare for large SUV! OMG was not thought thru at all. If you are a big person, it's miserable trying to get in and out of your vehicle, parking spaces very compact! Had to park in nearby bank parking which was very inconvenient!!! Manager was very nice! Didn't complain to her because she was so nice!

Nice clean room. Place was small but was what we needed while visiting family. Dog friendly so our pup stayed with us and great to walk him around the lake in the mornings!

Our check in was ok but as soon as we walked in the rooms they felt dirty. floors were not Clean, OLD bath towels, shower tub looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed. Then to top it off our room was on the first floor and the walls are paper thin. Other guests were talking loud in the lobby / standing right outside our door. Then maintenance could be heard pushing around their baskets and then at 7 am they decide to vacuum. We travel a lot and this place by far has been one of the worst places to stay. Upgrade your mattresses, bath towels and set an expectation with your maintenance.

Property looks clean, interior a lot cleaner then it used to be. But they need to mop floors if you walk with socks you have to throw away the socks. Floors are really dirty also toilet bowl seemed like it was not screwed to the floor i felt like it was going to tip over. So we went downstairs to get another room.

service is ok. check in was good and quick. room was fairly clean. but do not like restroom door. its like a french door with gap straight down the middle. no privacy while in the RR. Fine if its one person the room but not if you are not alone. Plus, walls are thin enough where the noisy neighbors next door made it difficult to sleep.

The third floor room was very clean, functional, and smaller than most hotel room suites. The bed was very comfortable. The realm was fairly quiet with only some minor noise coming in from the hall and from the window. They have coffee, tea and hot cocoa. But no breakfast service. It was one of the more modern recently built hotels in town. It's in a difficult location to access though.

AC was great, bed was comfy and room was a good sized area. I love that there’s no carpet considering I have asthma issues. Water temp was good but pressure wasn’t too great but still got the shower done! Definitely recommend ☺️

When we checked in, person at counter kept telling us our credit card was declined. We showed receipt that we had already booked and paid at the beginning of the month. We were given an accessible room when we did not ask for one. Everything was low and no counter space to put toiletries on. Room had a weird smell when we walked in.

The employee at the front desk was chit chatting with another employee while checking us in and said our room number OUT LOUD. This is basic hotel etiquette, you don’t say the room number outloud for safety reasons. My husband and I didn’t say anything as there was no one other than her and the other employee ( or possibly a friend ) as this person was not wearing a uniform. We checked into our room and the shower was DISGUSTING, it was stained and the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. We ended up leaving shortly after because we were uncomfortable and grossed out. As we were walking out, the same employee was checking someone out and she again said this guests room number out loud. Now, my husband and I know exactly what room this man is staying in. We left and didn’t come back. Horrible service.

We chose this hotel because of the previous reviews and I now know why they were so high! The location was perfect - close to lots of restaurants and yet right next to a beautiful lake and park! Very clean and very comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel!

The stay was nice, however, the walls could use some sound insulation. You can hear EVERYTHING coming from the rooms next door. Also, in the wee hours of the night, or morning, you can hear people pounding up and down the stairs to the emergency exits. Navigating the surrounding one-way roads to get to and away from the hotel presents a challenge if you don't know the area.

This motel is in the middle of everything: Walmart, McDonalds, and other places. Very convenient for it's location. The room itself was nice and clean. The service was nice and friendly.
