We arrived late at night, and unfortunately the check-in experience was not very convenient. There was no one available at the front desk, and we had to go to a different floor just to find where check-in was located. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the beds were very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. The included breakfast was honestly very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited — basically yogurt, ham, cheese, fruit, and juice. I understand that breakfast is included, but I expected at least a few more options, especially for a hotel of this type. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but the uncomfortable beds, inconvenient check-in process, and disappointing breakfast made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
