Excellent stay with front desk very accommodating and love the digital shower. I gave 2 stars less on property as my room was hot when I got in and it took 1 hour to cool the room. Also, there’s only 3 plug your own electric vehicle ports which 2 weren’t working. The other client left the car over night which I couldn’t use for mine and the other designated spots for EV cars were being used by Gas cars. Comfort was 3 out of 5.

Easy access to food options. There is a parking fee per day, but it's not outrageous and your car is safely underground. Overall the hotel was nice. There were just a few hiccups, but it didn't ruin our stay. Parking attendants and restaurant servers wanted particular paperwork from the front desk (which the front desk had either not given or printed incorrectly) and, instead of speaking with the front desk themselves about the issue, made it our problem to go back to the front desk and fix. Just a bit of an annoyance. Also, there was an obvious blood stain on the underside of one of the bed comforters we hadn't noticed until the morning we checked out. Gross.

Nos encantó el lugar pero si preferiríamos que tuviera acceso a una máquina de hielo. También nos despertaron en la mañana para confirmar que íbamos a salir. Eran las 9 AM pero como nos desvelamos nos despertamos asustados y ya no dormimos bien. Aparte de eso el hotel y el servicio fue excelente.Regresamos la próxima vez que estemos en Tijuana.

Great Stay !!! Felt safe loved the focus on health consciousness they have a beautiful garden and offer yoga class in the morning. The breakfast is amazing includes a shot of warm lemon water ,coffee and your choice of fresh juice and you can select from their breakfast options.

Was very easy to get to from the border. Breakfast was wonderful. Bar at the pool was under stocked and the staff at the pool bar seemed over it both times we hung out. Everything else was great. The shops and restaurants in the plaza were awesome. Tijuana is underrated

When I started to open the drawers to put my things away, there were a lot of hairs and like blots of them, so we couldn't unpack. When we went down to the reception we made the lady see with photographs how dirty they were, from what she told us. I was going to report it, when we returned from dinner we noticed that the drawers were still in the same condition and no one had done anything. It's unfortunate when they call themselves the best and most modern hotel in Tijuana.

Room was clean but, toilet was backed up. Took 2 calls to get it taken care of. The conditioner in shower was empty and shampoo barely came out. Room had 1 wash cloth for 2 people and towels were rough and frayed.

The bed I slept on was making me itchy. The sheets were definitely not clean and the pillows had a bad smell to them. I had to sleep on the other bed with my sister. We were extremely tired to bring this to managements attention and just stayed in the conditions. We do think the cleaning staff needs to do a better job at upkeeping.

Overall my stay at Quartz hotel was Good, it could’ve been great but I found myself stuck for 2 hrs inside of the restroom until maintenance was finally able to open the door. They did accommodate me after with a free upgrade to a suite and spa credit. The staff were great . Only other complaint is the plumbing, the drains were very slow and black sludge would come out at time.

The rooms were clean and staff was friendly but the rooms felt a bit too small for the price. Though the blackout shades were nice you were also able to hear the cars at night because I had sound machine it kind of cancelled the noise out. There are a lot of conveniences as far as food, groceries and pharmacies nearby so that was a plus. The parking was a bit crowded so plan accordingly.

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located next to the medical center I had my procedure at. I paid $267 total for a standard double for one night.The room was very clean and modern. It was located on the 7th floor and faced the street, no noise was heard.My issues were the control panels for all the fancy lighting and curtains had no instructions.While turning off the bathroom light I pressed the button twice and the whole room went dark, tv turned off, and outside curtain went up.That was strange.We were hungry and could have taken advantage of their 24hr room service but the phone was inoperable.There was a 7/11 also on the same property and felt safe to go get some snacks.The usb adapter next to the bed was damaged, as well as the electric outlet. The background light behind the tv was stuck flashing.The soaps provided in the shower weren’t quality and could definitely be improved.We needed extra towels and requested them at the front desk after we had to go downstairs for food.They came to the room very promptly.The staff were all very professional and attentive.They apologized for the phone being out of order but said it could not be replaced until the following day.That was unfortunate as if we would have had a medical emergency, assistance to our room would have been difficult to get. The breakfast included was delicious and was available until our very convenient checkout at noon.This would have been a 5 star stay if not for those inconveniences.

This hotel is immaculately kept, not because it’s new, but because the housecleaners are thorough. The staff at this hotel are the best of the best. The included breakfast is delicious, with several great options. I love the variety of restaurants just outside the lobby, and there is a grocery store across the road and a five-minute walk to Le Bon Cafe de Paris, where you can get a delectable latte or a strong coffee. Cons: The beds are very hard, and by the end of my eight nights here, I started walking the floors at night, rubbing my spine, and taking Tyneol for the pain. Also, the hotel is within a flight path, the windows are very thin, and you can hear every car, motorbike, singing, and drums from the Taco shop across the street and other street noise. I would consider returning if I am in the area again.

This is a really nice hotel. That said the first night I stayed on the busy road side of the property. The windows are not properly sound proofed and I heard traffic all night. Not pleasant. They kindly allowed me to move to the quiet pool side of the hotel for the next night which was wonderful. The staff here is excellent and the included breakfast was great. Secure underground parking for only five bucks was also great. Overall a really nice hotel with a beautiful pool and rooftop gardens. Nice.

Feels luxurious. Staff is overall attentive and friendly. Outside restaurants have a nice vibe. My room faced the street and the traffic noise was at times excessive, eject on the 5th floor. Running water noise from the plumbing system was also disturbing at night. I will return.

We enjoyed our 7 day vacation at the Quartz Hotel. However, during our check-in at the front desk, we noticed that the receptionist (Jim) was slightly rude and condescending towards the family ahead of us. When it was our turn to check-in, Jim continued to be very rude and condescending towards me and my family. My family was quite upset with Jim’s attitude towards me. It was absolutely uncalled for because we maintained a pleasant attitude throughout. I would like to thank all the other staff that were warm, kind, friendly and helpful during our vacation. Special thanks to Brian. Brian was especially kind to us and engaged with a friendly attitude and warm conversations every time we saw him. I love your the Quartz Hotel but we will not be returning because of Jim

The location is great but the service sucks. The curly hair guy in the restaurant who I believe was the hostess wasn’t nice at all. He has a really bad attitude, he doesn’t made us feel welcome. Honestly we expect a better service because the hotel is really nice and it’s not cheap. I don’t think I’m staying here ever again.

I feel this is the best hotel in Tijuana very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, location is great very close to downtown Tijuana. There is also great views from the room. I really loved how clean and modern the rooms are the towels and sheets pillows looks brand new very clean and safe place to be. Lastly i love how they monitor visitors coming by getting their ID before visiting anyone.

Room very clean. Location is great if you are going to NewCity Medical Plaza and free breakfast. The beds are a little on the hard side but better/sifter than the Hyatt (which also has free breakfast). Hotel Lucerna has the best/softer beds but more $$$ and no free breakfast.

The hotel looked OK, but there wasn’t very many restaurants to eat in the area and the breakfast was made with seed oil so you couldn’t eat the vegetables. The coffee was sour and one morning the server decided to take quite a large tip from me saying that he didn’t have any change. I had to go downstairs in order to get ice. There’s no ice machines on the floors. The only positive is that it’s attached to a hospital where we had surgery. Other than that I would definitely stay down the street at a better hotel.

The breakfast service I so bad. The menu options are so poor. They obligated the people to keep a small ticket per day to use it. If you want a regular coffee or different options they charge for it. One night stay. We enjoyed the food court next door. We received a fabulous upgrade overlooking the hotel pool. The breakfast is outstanding with plenty of fresh coffee and delicious fresh croissants and cinnamon rolls from the in house bakery, all before the main breakfast arrives. The breakfast choices include world class chilaquiles or pancakes or all American breakfast; I chose the healthy egg whites with salad.
