They over book themselves when it comes to parking if there's a concert going on. They'll let concert goers park on their property so the actual hotel guests have to park about a quarter mile away. Extremely annoying. Wish they wouldn't do that.

Really cool place. Parking is a challenge for sure and you’re likely to have a long walk to your room from your car. Reminds me of what I would have found along Route 66 back In it’s prime.

The hotel was right across the street from the convention center. The cantina was lovely with great food & drinks. The room was very nice. Perfect for my event at the convention center. We could walk to Bar Louie. I should have just used Uber instead of renting a car as there was no need for the rental car. Awesome unique property that everyone loved.

Great esthetic, I thought it was the cutest!! Loved the stay, it has restaurant that is very good, room service was excellent, even had a little chapel. Great community areas…fire pit, corn whole, pool plus more! Loved the room and over all theme of the hotel!

This a truly unique hotel which is set up with a courtyard in the middle and is decorated very well. There are games and fire pits in the courtyard. Free coffee every morning in the restaurant and the food at the restaurant is very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful and very unique, which we love. The valet people were so fast and friendly. Every time we needed our car, we texted them, and it was waiting for us by the time we got downstairs.The rooms were so cute and spotlessly clean. Great housekeeping came early every day and replaced towels. A+ on the whole stay.

The cleaning staff was noisy in the morning, music playing and shouting coming from their staying rome with open doors. My room was not cleaned and when it was it was not replenished.

Overall was very good. Loved having a fan in the room. Lots of bathroom counter space. Carpets are dirty. When getting off elevator this is the first thing you see. Get rid of carpet!

Absolutely incredible! Everyone was so kind, the rooms were so clean. The grounds were immaculate, the food and drinks were amazing….. We took two of our dogs with us and they were great about it. There were other guests with dogs too. When we were in our room, we never heard anyone else. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!! We will stay here again for sure!!

Room carpet stained and extremely dirty. Shower pressure terrible and bed super uncomfortable, you could feel the mattress coils. AC unit super loud, not worth the price.

The hotel is nice, we got a room with carpet which I did not want, but we had no other choice and the carpet did look dirty. The room was clean, the restroom was clean and nice. I did not like that we had to pay for parking. Not like it's a nice parking garage or anything just a regular parking lot not even gated or anything. I do like staying at these hotels that are connected The Cotton Hotel in Lubbock is really nice this one almost came close but could be a bit nicer. Overall, I do recommend this place it is a nice place for a family to hang out they have games for the kids to play in an outdoor area.

This is my third time staying at this unique Hotel. Keep up the great work! It's always a very welcoming and a perfect vibe every time. Great accommodations, staff, layout, etc.. The grounds laid back feel is very relaxing with fire pits and ample room to hang. The rooms are done nicely with awesome snacks and a perfectly stocked fridge for anything you may need. The showers are amazingly huge with great water pressure and everything is kept up nicely. Please keep these standards and I'll see you again and again.

My husband and I were sad we only got to stay here one night. The hotel has such great vibes, and lovely design details. It's so nice to have a larger refrigerator, and the bed was so comfortable. The only negative was that the AC unit was a bit noisy.

I always love staying here, but there just seem to be many happenings that were different than the others. Last night I finally called in with a noice complaint, after apparently others had, and they finally came up and spoke to them. This was at 3:30pm. My room was also over the gym, and I am unsure on if people were dropping weights during a workout or if people on the third floor were moving around the furniture, but needless to say, I was finally able to go back to sleep around 4:00am, and was up at 7:30 when the loud noises started happening that at times were shaking the room. Overall, love the place and the atmosphere, but my second night was not the relaxing night that I was looking for. Also, we tried to get a table for three/four, saw numerous tables that did not have a “reserved” sign on them, there was no line of people waiting, and the only answer we could get was that it was an hour wait….not there is a line, not that these tables have reservations, just it will be an hour.

The wife and I love The Texican! Fourth or fifth time we’ve stayed here and it never disappoints. Love the rooms, decor, it’s super quiet with plenty of space outside the room. Great bar/dining at Two Mules Cantina. Feels more like a resort than hotel!

My go to when in the Dallas/Irving area. Great layout, decent amenities, courtyard ambiance, and room comfort. My only opinion is that hotel guests should be validated for parking.

We had a wonderful stay here. The beds were super comfy, the room was large and spacious. Lots of snacks & drink options in the frig and on the table, but they are all priced at a premium. We didn’t care for the on site restaurant. We ordered two nonalcoholic margaritas during their brunch deals, and the lady overcharged me instead. When brought up she gave me a refund on it The croissant french toast was not good, cane with no breakfast meat. It was definitely not worth the price. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the Toyota Music Factory for the concert we were attending.

I have a baby and they put us next to the gym so all night people working out dropping weights. The front desk girl was not very friendly either. Bummer cause hotel was neat! The Mexican place was awesome

Experience was great from the moment I stepped out of my car. Service was fast and friendly and check in with as a breeze. Room was perfect, just as described and amenities were great. Will definitely stay here again. I enjoyed on site dining and drinks.

Great bang for your buck. Rooms are large and very nice. Great spot if you are in town for a convention or show at the Toyota music factory. Bar was nice and the restaurant was pretty good. A couple things though. I was double charged for valet, but when I inquired they fixed it no problem. Also, after a concert down the road we wanted to enjoy a nightcap at the bar with our friends who lived in Dallas and it was closed before 11 pm on a Friday night. The restaurant bar was open til midnight but did not receive friendly service and there was no music or ambiance at all. As if they did not want people to stay and enjoy themselves, so we did not. Unfortunately, had to cut our night short with our friends because of this. The hotel and grounds are really nice, but the choice for guests to not be able to enjoy the facilities past 11 pm on a Friday night is odd. We tried other bars before coming back, but they were too busy and loud. Just would’ve been nice to enjoy our hotel amenities that we paid for. That’s all. Would probably come back if we were to attend another show down the road, but will definitely keep these details in mind.

The front desk staff is so accommodating & their service is top tier! Enjoy my stay here so often based on their customer service & the hotel itself. The cute little shop offers all sorts of goodies, food selections are delish & the waitstaff/bartenders greet you with a smile! Very inviting environment, highly recommend! Keeps me coming back every month unless they are completely booked.

They denied room service and when I told the night manager they tried to make up for it in food vouchers. I took the vouchers to the restaurant the next day and they told me they couldn’t give me the balance of what was left so I couldn’t even use them all. They wanted me to pay so I could tip. They add a tip to everything by default (dining, parking, they have a card so you can tip housekeeping). Which is probably why they don’t work very hard at customer service. Housekeeping only came to my room once at 8am and walked in on me naked after I asked them to come back later. There was only valet on one of the three days I stayed. The other days I had to pull in, remove the cones, and park myself. But I paid for the valet. Would not stay there again.

I have stayed at the Texican Court a couple times when I was going to an event at either the Convention Center or the Toyota Music Factory. SO convenient and easy with free parking, short walking distance to the venues and cozy room and amenities. The staff is very helpful and professional, rooms are unique and very well fitted and the grounds are cozy.

Overall fantastic stay. Beautiful property and clean room. Very cool amenities and lounge areas. Only complaint was misleading breakfast descriptions in the room. Pamphlets in room said “complimentary coffee and pastries” however we were informed upon arriving at the breakfast that only coffee was complimentary and the buffet was $20 per person.

This is an awesome hotel. It reminds me of being in Marfa Texas. Super convenient if you’re going to a concert at the Toyota Music Factory; it’s a short walk to the venue. The food is awesome in the restaurant. And the pool is relaxing. The property overall is beautiful.

The property is very unique and has indoor and outdoor amenities for friends, as well as, couples to enjoy! A full bar stocked including mixers for drinks and wine! Outdoor swinging pool and games! I would have liked the option to order breakfast, instead of the buffet, but it did have lots of options for $20. I prefer food cooked to order and not in warmers if possible.

The hotel room was very clean and staff was helpful. However, the restaurant in the hotel was close due to technical issues. So, we had to drive to the hotel across to get dinner. This was difficult for us since we have a baby. Plus we lost our parking spot.

It was a beautiful property. The rooms are very quiet and the staff is very friendly. I will say they didnt have affordable breakfast options, we just drove to The Original House of Pancakes. The food and drinks at the hotel are excellent
