Many enjoy the hot tub, practical kitchen, and quiet outdoor areas. Some note issues such as hot tub temperature or chemicals, an occasional dirty oven, sparse utensils, and communication or check-in confusion; dog owners also report the yard is not fully fenced and doorways are low for tall guests. Expect a charming, walkable casita with mostly comfortable basics and a few quirks.

Very nice property. Two bedrooms with comfortable king beds. Sinks in both bedrooms. One very small bathroom, but workable. Working hot tub that was clean. Kitchen had very nice cookware, but cooking utensils were sparse. Good location and close to many sights in town. Would stay here agin.

What a cute property! Super close to the Plaza with all of its restaurants, shopping and spas. We really liked the hot tub and comfortable beds. The casita was located on a quiet side street with hardly any traffic, except neighbors walking.

I absolutely loved the charm of this home, it definitely represents the essence of Santa Fe. The details were amazing, the beds very comfortable, and just what we needed for "home base" for my son's wedding. The hot tube was a bonus, although the water needed shocking and defoaming. The management did have chemicals available, and would have probably come out to adjust it if I had asked. It was the only thing that I wasn't happy about. There is space for off street parking, in walking distance to the plaza and just one street over from the road to the ski area. I will definitely be returning. What a quaint little but very comfortable home away from home!

This place offers a great location and is comfortable and quiet with great beds. The oven was dirty and when we turned it on, it smoked up the house and triggered the smoke alarm. Also, the hot tub was not hot enough only about 99° instead of 102° and we could not get it to go any wary.

The house was charming and is just as it appears on the website. It's perfectly located for easy walking to the plaza, a variety of restaurants, shops and historic sites. The weather in June is very comfortable in Santa Fe. We sat outside a lot. The kitchen was very well appointed but no dishwasher. We'd definitely stay here again.

We loved the place. It was beautiful and appropriate for our needs. There was an issue with the hot water heater, but VRBO and the staff were right on it and they came over Right away to get that fixed. It is so close to the shopping district. It was very easy for us to just walk down there and never have to drive our car anywhere else unless we wanted to.

Bonitas Casita absolutely lived up to its name. It was pretty, comfortable, well-appointed and full of charm. The decorations were unique and fun, the beds were comfortable. While the sinks in our rooms in lieu of a second bathroom were surprising, we quickly decided it was a great idea. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was a relatively easy walk to everything we wanted to do in terms of restaurants, entertainment, museums, and the Capital building (which also housed art galleries, such fun!). The courtyard was charming, and a nice place for breakfast and afternoon tea. Highly recommended!

This casita is an older property but we knew that based on the description and pictures. It was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the authentic decor, vintage wooden doors and cozy atmosphere. The bed was a little soft for our preference but not bad. My only complaint was that the kitchen could be a little more stocked. A few more utensils and large spoons and a baking pan for the oven would have been helpful.

We wanted a nice, not-too-expensive place to stay within easy walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza downtown, and this place fit the bill. It is not a high-end home, but it was clean and comfortable, cozy and functional.

Check in process too complicated. House needs a DEEP cleaning and pest mitigation. House is dog friendly only to the extent that dogs are allowed-no fence around the yard. Laundry machines available but no detergent. Location is perfect and makes for a very walkable trip.

Bonitas Casita was perfect for our small family. The location was great and the home had the amenities we needed. The bathroom is tiny so be prepared for that, although there is a full shower/tub. Beds were comfortable and heat worked well. The listing implied there was a fence around the yard but there isn't, so we had to watch our dog when we let him out. We would consider staying there again on a future trip.

Nice place. Awesome location. Good communication with property manager. Close to plaza. I stayed for a week with my 2 boys. Both about 6’1. If they had been 6’2, they would have been ducking as doorways are a bit low. This place has everything you need. Literally a 3 min walk to the plaza. Would definitely stay here again.

The Bonitas Casita was perfect for a weekend getaway for couples. The home was beautifully decorated, and the unique layout with pedestal sinks in the bedrooms made it convenient for the four of us to share the single bathroom. The casita is conveniently located, and we didn't need to use our car the entire weekend. After walking around the city all day, the hot tub was a delightful retreat. I highly recommend the Bonitas Casita!

This place was perfect for a get away with family and our dogs. It was a very cute place with everything we needed. We could walk to the plaza and drive to the museums and farmers market easily. Only drawback was communication with the property manager. It took several days to hear back on a question about bringing our dogs. And we received several automated emails confirming we needed to pick up keys at their office. Unfortunately we missed the one email telling us to ignore the other emails and that the unit had a keyless entry. Once we got there, everything was wonderful.

Can't say enough amazing things about this property. The location to the plaza is unmatched. I've been to Santa Fe about 7 times prior, and no location can beat this. We brought our 2 dogs and despite the partial fenced yard we loved it! We just put some of the lawn chairs in the open fence area of the yard to block them in, but they were always supervised outside. Our toilet broke one day (only 1 bathroom) and I called the 'emergency line' and asked them to send a maintenance man anytime after 5p to 12a while we were at a wedding and when we came back at 1am, the toilet was fixed! 10/10! Only thing of note, is my husband is 6'4" and had to physically duck into every single doorway haha. Overall, no complaints we already talked about how we would love to stay again the next time we go to Santa Fe! Food places of note--- 2min walk to Santa Cafe (great patio). 5min walk to The Shed (best margs/enchiladas). 8min walk to the Plaza! 6min walk to La Casa Sena (amazing patio).

What a cute property! Super close to the Plaza with all of its restaurants, shopping and spas. We really liked the hot tub and comfortable beds. The casita was located on a quiet side street with hardly any traffic, except neighbors walking.

This was a charming and very comfortable casita in historic Santa Fe. It was decorated beautifully and well-equipped. The location was walking distance to many of the city’s museums, galleries and restaurants and the outdoor space with the jacuzzi was a real bonus.

We booked this location to go skiing at Ski Santa Fe and it was in a perfect location to get to ski resort in a timely manner. It was also located close to grocery store. It was perfectly cozy place to come back to after a long day of skiing.

Great location, walking distance to square, restaurants and more shopping. Dog park 1.7 miles away, easy drive. Decor is charming Mexican/southwest. We cooked most meals, cooking utensils provided.
