I was in town for the burning of Zozobra, so it was only for one night. I was a little leery about the stay because there were mixed reviews but it was one of the only hotels that had rooms available for the date I was going to be there. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the stay. The check in was quick and easy, the hotel restaurant had a great menu to choose from to grab a bit before we left to the event. The hotel provided a free shuttle to downtown plaza, from there we walked the short distance to the event. The area where the hotel is located was quiet and safe. The room was clean. We did not have breakfast at hotel, because we chose to eat at the downtown plaza. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.
