Great place for a staycation. Room was nice as well as the food. Parking is a little tight. Spa treatment was relaxing. The spa itself was small and didn’t have much to offer like other spas such as cold water or fruit when finished. Tiny changing area and one shower. With that said, massage was expensive for what you got.

I have been to a lot of hotels in LI but this one stands out. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. From restaurant staff to front desk everyone was very friendly. They gave us late check out. They also do daily room service without asking which after Covid hotels have stopped doing which is another plus. Pool is on the smaller side but isn’t very busy so can accommodate. Overall great experience. Will be returning and strongly recommend.

I enjoyed everything about Viana Hotel & Spa, and if i have to refer anyone that going to hemsteap for a few that will be the first place in mind, David the security guard was so friendly, the front staff very knowledgeable and helpful, the bar, drinks are a big 10, the breakfast buffet was very good and lots of choices, i didnt try the restaurant for dinner but from what i heard its sound very good as well, the room was very clean and anything that i couldve ask for was already there, my kids enjoy the pool and me the jacuzzi and Saunas, everything went above my expectations, Great Staff overall, Keep it up Viana, and i hope to visit again in a near future.

Stayed for 7 nights with my wife and pup. Very nice hotel, has lots of potential to be excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. We did have a few issues with our stay. Room keys were pretty hit or miss, they would suddenly stop working. Had to get room keys changed about 3 times. The rooms were very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the rooms are weak. It’s very limited on how low the temp can be set and for the most part felt like a fan. It was a very hot week and this made the rooms pretty uncomfortable for us, especially our dog. We thought it was just the room, but the manager very kindly upgraded us to a suite and it was a similar experience with the climate control. Parking in the evening was also difficult, the parking lot almost always full after a certain hour. The pool and hot tub were great. The pool area is very small and must be reserved. They offer 30 minute slots. I actually liked this a lot, it allowed for privacy. Bartender and Chef were amazing. Besides the facility related issues, it was a great hotel. The staff and manager did everything they can to accommodate and make our stay comfortable. Although the issues were rather frustrating, they are minor and can be easily fixed. Many thanks to hotel staff for doing their jobs as best they can.

AC units were inside the cabinets and it was very loud. Carpets looked old and dirty with stains on it. Bathroom was not cleaned properly as we noticed hair on the ground. Bathtub also had hair in it and was not cleaned. Shower head was also not working. They did come and fix the shower head and cleaned the bathtub but hairs on the bathroom floor remained making me wonder how the bathtub was cleaned.

Clean, friendly helpful staff, nice size room, quiet, nice bathroom. I like that we had control of the temperature in the room. The bed was a bit hard but that is preference. It was clean and nice. My husband’s shower was lukewarm. My shower after him was hot. The water pressure was amazing/hard. The coffee was good. Breakfast was acceptable not great. It was weird because there was no sign that there was a cost. All in all, it is a good place to stay, and we are coming back.

A really lovely hotel. The reception is very welcoming and so were the staff - always spoke on the way on or when going out for the day. The rooms were spacious- we were 3 adults with a 2 bed room- the bed linen was super soft and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The only downside to the hotel was the internal noise - it was terrible! The noise from the corridor was so loud it was as if there was no door to the room. Other guests showed no consideration even at 1:45am! The cleaning staff also were very loud shouting up and down the corridors even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. A real shame as everything else was lovely.

We were here for a concert at Jones Beach and a trip to the Frick museum in the city. I switched from another hotel because this property looked nicer and was a little less expensive. The front office staff were all very polite and helpful with our requests. The room had a nice feel with dark wood and textured wallpaper. Bathroom was large and comfortable. Room was very clean and per our request they provided daily maid service. We had some problems with the shower valve and the internet, which were resolved quickly. Pretty quiet room. Nice they had a Keurig but we didn't use it or eat at the restaurant. I thought the bed was comfortable but my son said it was too soft. The TV was a little dated as was the remote but they had a good selection of channels. We didn't use the spa. Over all a very pleasant stay.

I would give 4-5 if the tv wasnt worst setup i havw ever seen. The tv is locked out meaning you cannot connect anything to the tv hdmi for streaming or anything. The remote they gave hardly worked. The chanels were weird. They had like 5 movies for rent that i never heard of. I gor the kimg suite you would thing there would be a tv you could use in it. Otherwise beautiful room

Friendly staff..Great restaurant..Clean and comfy bedding. Only downsize..Workers could have been more attentive to room.Was there 4 days..had to ask for garbage bags for the garbage pails but they never emptied them. But overall I would stay at their hotel again.

I would never step foot in that facility again. I let a lot of things slide staying at that hotel. I spent four nights in that hotel which I regret. I checked out on 11-11-23, and I called the hotel because there was an unexpected charge on my account. I called and I spoke to a lady, and she attempted to explain to me what the charge was about. The way she was explaining it didn’t make sense. She attempted to explain herself 2 more times, and she wasn’t explaining it correctly. I told her, not to worry about it, and I’ll take care of it and her response was good luck and she rudely hung up the phone. Called back a second time to speak to the general manager, which I’m still awaiting a phone call back, and she told me he’s not here and hung up on me a second time. At this point it’s not about the charges, it’s about the disrespect and the horrible customer service I received from AJ. I called back and asked to speak to any manager that was in duty that night and Maggie come on the phone. I explained to her what occurred and she took my number down and I was told I will receive a call from the general manager. No apology was given… it was more of an I don’t care attitude. So many other issues with staff and room 312, but I’m in contact with corporate and they will be addressing my issues. The only staff member that went above and beyond was a gentleman that gave my dog a bowl and a FREE bottle of water and I thank him for being kind & genuine . Again NEVER staying here again

The staff was wonderful, they greet you with such a beautiful and warmth welcome. Since I was there for a birthday, we got a beautiful room with complementary champagne and chocolate cover strawberries which was so thoughtful and amazing.

I was pretty disappointed in the overall quality of this place. My room smelled like ash tray, not just a little smokey or an odor, an ASHTRAY! The smell never left, I requested a robe 3 separate times since they made it a point to tell you they are available upon request- never came, they couldn't really give any feedback on places nearby but they suggested the Taproom which was good. Like i said disappointed, but grateful I had somewhere to sleep.

The hotel itself was nice but the service was off. Nobody seemed real friendly or willing to help. When asking for help it seemed like you were interrupting. Upon check in there was no rundown of any of the hotel facts (pool hours/spa/breakfast). I responded to a text that said to respond with any needs or questions, never got an answer. For paying over 300 for 1 night I would have expected a little more than this. Just felt like an average stay in an average hotel. Not sure I’d stay again, at those rates.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is perfect. It is convenient to the Wantaugh and Northern State Pkwys and many restaurants on Jericho Tpke. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The carpeting looked new. What we really appreciated was the fact that the A/C / Heater was not next to the window so that when it turned on, it didn't blow on the bed. We stay in many hotels where that is the problem. The bathroom was very clean and we had plenty of hot water. The only feature I would add is a handheld shower spray but most hotels don't provide that. We had a microwave, small refrigerator and hair dryer. The TV had all the local channels plus HBO. The breakfast was included. It was both hot and cold food. My daughter also stayed in a king room and she also had good comments about the hotel. She injured the lemon water and various hot teas that were provided at the entrance. I will make this my hotel whenever I return to Long Island.

Everything was great. I think the person at the front desk was Libby. I’m bad at remembering names, but she was great and personable. Check in and check out was easy. Hotel was clean and bed comfortable. Dinner at Marco’s was great as well as buffet breakfast. Everyone we encountered were very friendly.

Beautiful hotel, with pleasant staff, and quick and easy check-in. Beautiful, clean rooms. The beds are oh-so-comfy! But Marco Polo Restaurant in the hotel is an Asian-Italian Fusion...let me tell you! We purposely stay here and eat when we go to Westbury Music Fair because this food is so delicious!! Best Sirloin Steak! Meats over Lo-Mein noodles that are indescribable! Cannot wait for our visit!!

I stay there every chance I get when I visit NY from Atlanta, twice a month. I haven't stayed anywhere else in a while. Despite the distance from where I fly into & the share ride expense, it is worth every penny. And let's not mention the Steak Diane they serve in the dining room. Sometimes I just stay for the steak.
