Inn At Jericho

They have a lot of nerve charging the rates they do when the WiFi was out all night. They advertise free WiFi and it doesn't work . I want my money back .. I needed to do a business project on my laptop and I couldn't do it because of the WiFi

One night and only room available at reasonable price due to Ryder cup event. Typical motel experience, no hotel amenities but adequate.

The stairs to the second floor suck and the parking lot it's too tight

2 night stay. Clean room. Shower and toilet together. Sink outside. Parking space available but when the hotel is full all space is full. Area of Westbury is very nice, walkable. Lots of restaurants in the area. Ice machine on the property. The maids shows up at 1030 to clean. The check out time is 11am so i felt a little rushed when they knocked. They were very pleasant and corteous. I will definitely return to this hotel and i would recommend Inn Jericho. turnpike

Restaurant down the street was nice. Did not do any shoppping. Parking right in front of the room door, easy access but we were on second floor with no elevators. Heavy bags!!

Wifi not the best

I visit NY often and usually stay at another hotel in Uniondale. They were sold out and I had to pick the Jericho Inn. It was inexpensive compared to other hotels, with no frills. It was more of a Motel, however, I have no problem staying there again. My overnight stay was quiet. The parking lot was full but I was able to park at the McDonalds next door. Overall stay was okay!!!

staircases and wood walkway are old convenient and a good price

Very little parking .. more rooms then packing space. Small bathroom.. heavy smell disinfectant.

This motel is old, but had obvious bathroom and floor renovations. Very sparsely furnished with no wall decorations. The tub was clean, no mold. The sink was separate from the toilet/tub area. The two windows in the room were on the parking lot side which were also by the sink and bath/toilet area so we had to keep the shades pulled.When we checked in there was a parking spot right in front of our door, but when we came back at 11 pm, the lot was full. No parking available. Had to park in McDonalds next door. There was an suv that was playing base music parked outside our door until 1:30 am. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and rackety. Made it hard to listen to tv. There was no hair dryer or iron. When we asked for an iron, we were told they had to get it out of storage- even though there was an ironing board. It was never delivered. The bed linens and towels were clean and bright, and they did provide toiletries.

This was by far the cleanest motel I’ve ever been too and the food options around the area are plentiful! I will definitely be staying here again!

We had no choice, but to stay here after a wedding that was about five minutes away. There was a roach in the drawer so I ended up putting whatever I could in the refrigerator so I wouldn’t get roaches on my personal items and The rest of my belongings in my car. Not the safest area with most occupants that seemed section 8 people. Left 1st thing in a.m. Complained with front desk at checkout and was asked if I took a picture of the roach. Yeah, I waited for it to pose!! Unbelievable! NEVER AGAIN!!

An older motel. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, larger than usual hotel fridge, microwave. Older facility and the furnishings a bit worn, but not objectionably so. HVAC worked well, but not particularly quiet. Second floor room requires going up a flight of stairs. McDonalds next door is very convenient. Room was quiet, but toward the back, and ones facing the McDonalds drive thru or closer to Jericho Turnpike may not be. Considering what I saved ($250+) staying here for one night given the alternatives it was worth it.

The overall hygienic aspects of this motel was bad. I had black mold under the fridge in my room, various deep stains in the carpet, and rust all over the bathrooms towel rack

No frills but clean and affordable.

I was amazed how clean the property was for the price. Under $100 can't complain at all. It felt like a 4 star hotel. Very spacious and furniture fairly new. Bathroom was fully equipped and clean. TV had various channels to watch. Bed was fairly big and clean. Carpets were clean and properly vacuumed.

The room was very dingy. The bathroom was dirty had hair and there were holes in the headboard. Very bad experience.

Overall, good stay. 2 rooms. Only minor problem, no do not disturb sign so they cleaned the room although we requested them not enter and only one key worked. We were in NY for a wedding on Labor Day weekend. Price was right, room was very clean. Beds were fine.

The AC/Heater was so noisy and even if i wanted to keep the fan ON not auto it keeps working as Auto and noise going on/off which irritates me alot

Convenient, Nicely Redone Rooms, Blackout - You won't see light until you want too. Good Bath area& Items- it's just old bare beds&that rayon bedding from the last century & The Inn's exterior hold the rating back.

The room had a musty smell, carpet was sticky and two Gatorades in the minifridge. But Bed was clean. Bed was definitely an old spring mattress that probably needed replaced a decade ago. Also 3 pillows. The room worked as a quick overnight due to long drive to a concert. Would stay again, but bring disinfectant wipes and slippers. All the other places were way more expensive. It was actually quiet outside for a Saturday night. Parking was safe and near everything.

This is a basic Economy motel and good for the cost. The facility is old, and from the appearance has been refitted numerous times. Things like wall finishing (drywall and paint), floor coverings, etc. do not look professionally done. That said, the room as clean, as was the the bed coverings. The bed was firm and we slept well. It was very good for one night.

The Inn is very dated. Beds are the old type coils and spring - can be felt when you sit down on the bed. Room was very clean though no coffee maker either in the room or in the lobby. A small thing but would be nice given the cost of the room. Did not feel it was worth the money.

The AC/ heater combo was broken. Furniture had some gouges. One thin blanket on the bed. No way to call front desk from the room (or at least it wasn’t listed on the phone.

No extras. No hair dryers. Ac was so noisy. Nothing but a bed in room with stand for microwave and refrigerator. One towel per person

There are so many issues with this property. Let me start out with the first and most irritating. I was there for two nights. The first night, the people upstairs were running back and forth like a herd of buffalo - all night and into the next morning. At 3AM, I walked over to the desk (the room phones do not work) asking them to tell the residents to cut it out. They kept at it. I came back the next day and were assured they were gone. They were not. And they kept it up the next night. Also impacting my sleep was the mattress. It felt as it was 20 years old and down to just the wooden slats. Fortunately, this was a distraction from the constantly dripping bathtub faucet. Yes, this place is a lot cheaper than the places around it, however, if you cannot sleep, having a room isn't even worth a buck. I hope the management reads this and takes it seriously. Replace the mattresses. Fix the phones and faucets. Stop spraying the rooms with thick fogs of cheap air freshener. People will stay there if it is easy, comfortable and quiet.

Not so amazing. Got there around 1230am. Manager has locked himself out of the office. Had to wait another 20mins. to get checked in. In the morning, realized this was a live in residential type Inn. There was drug activity amongst the tenants. And room was not represented well from the listing photos. I didn't want to stay a second night so I left that morning. To make things worse, they placed a hold on my money to reserve the room. I have never experienced that with Hotels.com. They never released or returned the money as I was told would happen. So I ended up paying for 3 nights when I only stayed 1. Hands down one of the worse places I have stayed.

Quick check in and out

The facility is unkept and rundown. People at front desk not very friendly. This was by far the worse Motel that we have ever been. We would not recommend it to anyone. They didn't honor the rate that Expedia confirmed AND they refused to give us a receipt upon check out. Please provide the best contact number to discuss further these issues.

I've been coming here for 5 years as my place when I'm workiu and NEVER I mean NEVER had a complaint. However, I just came back after being away for a while and this weekend was the worse. The room I was in didn't lock. Was told no other rooms available and so I couldn't get another one (No extra money to go any where else). Then someone set fire to food near my vehicle and I have smoke sut over the back of my car. Not to mention the smell and fire alarm keeping me up all night. I'm beyond pissed and need to be reimbursed.

Statf is super nice

people at the front desk and housekeeping could not have been nicer and more accommodating. For the price we are very pleased. The only downside is that some guests book the room hourly and the people that come with that were noisy outside our door at night.

I ended up not staying there. We got there by 1pm and they said we can’t check in until 3pm, we tried to explain that we came from a long distance and just want to get ready for our event. They said we have to pay for early check in we agreed, but we have to wait 30 minutes for them to clean the room. While we were waiting in the car, we drove around the building and it was so dirty, people were outside smoking and people were sitting outside too. We didn’t feel safe, We decided not to stay, I asked for cancellation but was told “we don’t refund” so we left and lost $178. I feel as though your advertisement misrepresented your facility. We didn’t feel safe staying there.

Great value place not to far from beaches

Older location but kept very clean in and out. A little noisy as its next to a McDonalds. A little overpriced but it was a pleasant stay.

Terrible I spent many days there because it was cheap and I tolerated it because I was low on budget. The delivery trucks from next door the McDonald’s restaurant makes noice early morning and wake you up. The patrons park their cars at the fence facing the hotel Roos with their bright headlights on. The can look through the fence right in your room. That place need privacy fence

I stay here once a week. I work in Glen Cove and this is the best cheap option in the area. Usually pretty quiet and basic. McD's for my coffee in the AM right next door.

It’s very convenient near a lot of fast food restaurants and shops and the staff is very nice!!

Need privacy fence. Sleeping is difficult because of the delivery trucks next door the McDonald’s restaurant. Patrons park Nextdoor and have their headlights turned on brightly shining directly in your room

Location is wonderful. Near major highways and local routes.

cool, terrific, free breakfast needed

Really nice place to stay. No frills but clean and comfortable, great price for the area. Came for a show at the Westbury Music Fair, 5 minute drive from the hotel. Tons of reataurants and 2 malls (one is huge) within a 15 minute or less drive. Would absolutely stay here again.

I loved our stay! The room may be small, but it was clean & comfortable, which is all that matters. It’s near a good amount of dining & shopping options. I will definitely come back!

Good price mper night, no continental breakfast, give your guests a break. OJ Danish, coffee, etc. We love la quinta because of the reasonable rate plus full brfeakfast including yogurt, coffee, do it yourself waffles, syrup, etc, fruit.

Very clean rooms with daily cleaning. Rooms appear to be recently refurbished. No coffee machines in the rooms but there are a microwave and mini-fridge. 24 hour McDonald's next door.
