We got there later at night and the manager was rude. We got into our room and the tv wasn’t connected to the cable so tv didn’t work. Left a message for the office because no one picked up the phone. We left for the day to go hiking and came back excited to use the very advertised hot tub listed as a feature and used as their main picture. The gate to the pool area was locked so we asked the lady in the office and she told us how to get in there. We went to use it and it was not working what so ever and the gate was pad locked. When we went back to the office the rude guy from the night before told us that the hot tub and pool isn’t available in the winter. That was not mentioned anywhere on their website at all or on the booking site. After that disappointment we went back to our room only to find that the TV still didn’t work. Awful service, nothing was as advertised and after bringing up all the issues they refused any kind of refund

Room was clean, basic room. Only 1 bath towel for 3 people but they resolved that quickly. Bed comfort a little firm for my taste. Pillows were rather limp without support. EV charger in front didn't appear to be working. Gas station across the parking lot under construction. For the area OK value.

Was disappointed that the restaurant was under construction. There was also no EV charging available at the hotel even though the website said there was. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. That aside, the family that runs the place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

For the budget the property served its purpose. Check in was just ok. Phones were ringing and had to wait some time before being helped. Restaurant was being remodeled so could not use that. Used the hot tub after a long hike at pinnacles. Early in the season but they were accommodating to open it up for us. It def needed to be turned up, more like bath water and jests not working . We did only have two towels and when using for hot tub that left us none for a shower. It was convenient for us and I would stay again if in the area.

The hotel is convenient for us as we are heading to Pinnacle’s National Park tomorrow morning and there weren’t many options. Overall, the hotel has been updated and overall clean. I had to clean the bathroom floor as it had other peoples hair on the floor.

The main drawback was the room was not clean. The dirt all over the doors and baseboards is very noticeable. Also, there were some hairs around the base of the sink and in the tub. The bedding was clean though, and it was fine for one night but would not book again. We could also hear the people above us walking around. The guy at check in was friendly enough.

Fair deal and adequate amenities for the price. However, a real deal breaker for repeat stay for us was that the room smelled pretty bad like "an old mop smell mixed with pine based cleaner" (room was tiled not carpeted hence the mop example). The couple managing the property seemed nice so I did not have it in my heart to give this feedback to them as I checked out and left the keys... but if the property manager or owners are readings this, then please look into the room smell. Thank you

This was the first hotel of 6 we stayed at on our 10 day road trip. The check in was easy, the room was big and clean, the bathroom was clean with delux towels and amenities, the water pressure was good, and the TV selection was good. There was a convenience store next door which was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for the convenience of a hotel on the highway. The rooms are a good size, and it was nice that they had a microwave and a decent sized fridge. The bathroom was a good size but definitely could have been cleaner (there was something in the drain and I didn't want to look too closely at it). There is decaf coffee provided in the room, but for regular coffee you have to go down to the lobby in the morning. It was REALLY loud the night that we stayed there because there was a live band somewhere nearby, but once they were done it wasn't too bad. Even though the air conditioning was on it got really hot in the room at night and i tried to adjust the settings to make it come on (and turned it off then back on again) and nothing worked. Also, no elevator, so you have to haul your bags up the stairs.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room appeared to be updated and the decor was fairly modern, it was nicer than I expected. There was a table with 2 chairs, a sofa and coffee table, a desk, mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, flat screen TV and two drawers. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers, which I appreciate as they are much more eco friendly than individual bottles.

The Indian guy at the front desk was very rude and not professional at all. Also walked around with no shirt. The toilet in the room was dirty when we first walked in with pee. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

This was surprisingly a very nice place right off the freeway with amenities close by like restaurants, shopping and gas station. Very convenient only bummer was the coffee maker didn’t work but they had coffee in the lobby.

The manager/owner? was very helpful as our flight was delayed. Very clean and updated for an older property. Convenient to both Pinnacles entrances. Grocery store, drug store, Starbucks, good dining options, and we were able to watch NCAA on a big screen!

We have stayed here numerous times as we like to us King City as a base for exploring the central coast wine regions and foothills. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the price is right. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you come make sure to eat at the Cork and Plough - great food! We will most likely stay here again!

Cute little motel we stayed for one night on our road trip…Older property that has been updated and remodeled. Clean and comfortable. Had microwave and mini fridge. Great shower head!!!! Restaurants in area are majority mexican food. Owner nice. Close to freeway but noise is not bad. Recommend.

Whenever we travel north on US 101, we always try to stay there. It's a wonderful old school motel, privately run, clean, comfy, and an easy day's drive from LA. Been staying here for years. The only downside is that the restaurant on the property is in a sad state. The food is OK, but we were there in early August, it was 100+ and their A/C was busted.
