I had 2 interactions with staff. Check in and check out. Different people. Both made me feel like I was bothering them. Had to haul my luggage up the stairs after a long drive. Couldn't see an elevator (never did find it) and wasn't about to ask.

Would not stay here again. Lady at Front desk assumed I was sneaking in more people than what I reported at check in just because my siblings and I were getting dropped off at the place by other people that were not even staying there. Didn’t really even let me explain. Also, they were redoing the parking lot and had no signs of not being able to park in the lot and they come out right away telling us to move. My brother told the guy to at least put a sign and the guy said some very rude and unnecessary things that should NOT be said to a customer. Anyways.. would prefer keefers inn on canal st

The property has been upgraded with new carpets, bathrooms, paint, bedding etc. Our king room was large with a desk, sepearte lounge chair, frig and microwave and new TV. We will definitely be staying again. Breakfast was included as well as a well maintained pool on the property.

Property is dirty carpet is filthy hotels outdated, Staff isn’t welcoming especially The older male owner/manager is rude, poor attitude And they do not allow pets/service animals If you come and have a service animal you must be prepared to bring the service animals paperwork or else you will denied access to the hotel even if you have a reservation. Room has stained towels they will not give you more if you ask for more and blankets as well I asked for one more and the owner asked me how many people I had staying in the room although I had booked 6 rooms in their property. We will never stay at this property again.

We stayed one night in between a visit to Pinnacles west entrance and going to Pinnacles east entrance. The lady at the check-in was friendly. The man was not as friendly. The room had a musty smell to it. The lighting was dark. The toilet had a very weak flush. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked it. The hair dryer was missing the fan cover, so that could have been dangerous to use. The price that we paid for two rooms was more than any of the other places we stayed on our central CA road trip (Monterey, Atascadero, Solvang) with worse conditions, worse breakfast and worse local dining options. We stayed here in between a visit to Pinnacles West entrance and Pinnacles East entrance. If I were to do it again, I would have just stayed at the Pinnacles east campground, brought in our own camping food, and had an earlier start to the day. The man at breakfast was not friendly and the breakfast options were limited.

I am disappointed with the customer service at this hotel... the manager Chandra Parmar has a bad attitude and is rude, the other front desk workers have poor customer service, there is no courtesy and the rooms stink of dirt... I do not recommend this hotel... the guests I met also commented that this bad attitude towards customer service is constant... if you want to ruin your trip with a bad impression of lodging, go to Quality In in King City.

Our room (#111) was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Our king bed was very comfortable with fluffy pillows and soft bedsheets. The staff was friendly, kind and accommodating. The hotel appeared full, but was quiet and clean. We had engine trouble and had to stay in King City overnight while our van was being worked on. Quality Inn was our choice of hotel and it lived up to its reputation. We were so thankful to have stayed one night there and appreciated the breakfast provided. There was juices, yogurt, muffins, bread, bagels, cereals, waffles, coffee, fruit and tea. Very complete, fresh and yummy. I would not hesitate to stay again at this location and wish the owners/managers well as they extended kindness to us.

It seems staff do not like guests very much. I called to enquire if they had HBO, the clerk said yes, and then hung up. I booked via expedia and arrived at 12:30 a.m. I guess the clerk was asleep and showed his displeasure by being extremely curt with me. Once i settled in i turned the tv on, but the remote was unresponsive. Called the front desk and asked for another remote. Was told i would have to come get it at the office and the clerk was put out even more then before. He pressed the on button which flashed red, which was enough for him to diagnose it as working fine. I said id like to try a different remote since that one wasnt working. He grudgingly complied. This remote worked fine. Could not find HBO anywhere, the whole reason i booked with them in the 1st place. Finally figured out you need a wifi adaptor or a router to get HBO to work. I wanted to call the desk to assist me, but by now wa

Shower head was not working very well. Plus the sink stopper was stuck down. That is why I kept removing it. The toilet didn’t flush half the time. Had to stand there and hold the handle down to get it to flush.

If you’re going to check out Pinnacles NP and are on a budget, this is the place to stay. It’s not the best, but it’s really close to the national park. Make sure you check out by 11 am. We asked if we could have another 30 minutes to check out because we were running late and the front desk was very rude and said no. I’ve stayed in so many places in the past and have never been treated this way before.

I read reviews that said front desk guy was rude. I thought no way. This guy was surly and for a second thought I was in an SNL sketch. Anyway, it's king city and only so many places to stay, but quality inn is just a sad place. I look elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

For a weary traveler it was an oasis on the 101 highway. It had been a long day and couldn’t make it to Monterey. The breakfast offered in the morning was great and hardy. The downside is that the property was “dated. A motel from the 1960-70’s. The bath towels were few and looked worn. There were few TV channels, I didn’t understand the cable system. The staff was efficient with checking and breakfast setup, but not overly friendly or interested in me and where I’d been and where I was going. Property needs a makeover
