Excellent hotel. The breakfast was good & hot. Service was excellent. Karen kept the area clean and well stocked. The only downsides were the treadmill (which had no belt on it & had apparently been that way for months). Treadmills are important (especially in Texas) for those needing to keep their health up without having to run in the Texas heat. Also, the AC in our room had a hard time keeping up with that heat, but overall we would stay there again IF they get the treadmill fixed or replaced.

Older wooden toilet seat had lots of chips in the paint. Faucet at the bathroom sink was crooked so the water came out sideways. The breakfast was good, the staff was cheerful. I had to ask each day at the front desk for a pool towel since there were none at the rack next to the pool door.

Hotel is dingy and smells old and musty. Our doorframe was broken. Hotel overall just looks nasty. No plug for bathtub, fridge doesn't get very cold. AC doesn't either. For the price, not worth it.

The room and lobby was super dirty. Room light fixtures was barely hanging on the ceiling. Bathroom and bathtub was gross. Booked the room last minute due an emergency that occurred in the area. Homeless people walking around cars and looking into people cars.

I was very disappointed in this Best Western Plus. Although it appeared clean at first glance, when we lifted the double shade in the window, the corners on the window sill had a large amount of black mold growing there. It was disgusting!

The hotel is nice for the price. My only complaint is that the room had a bad odor. I think one of the problems was the old AC unit needed to be cleaned out. I would stay there again and take some room freshener.

Check in was awesome, Paula (9pm) was firendly and kind. My room on the 3rd floor was a little weird. The dresser doors would open on there own while in bed. Chapstick would roll off the dresser. The desk had pens rolling off. Its like the floor was bowed. Even the refirgerator door when opened water dripped out of it. The floor was not level.

Overall it ik was ok. Everything you would expect from BW . If were to stay there again, I would request the 3rd floor and the side away from I35 as it was very noisy.

The staff was outstanding. Kaylissa, Sabrina, and Vince were helpful, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for whatever need or question we had. We felt safe, as we were three ladies in a new city. Our room was clean with lots of hot water! The breakfast was great. We were in Waco for my son’s wedding and our stay at Best Western Plus was perfect. Close to the venue and the reception location. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you!

Starting with the negative--the area houses several hotel chains like Best Western but this part of Waco is not as well kept as it might be, since it is only 4 minutes from McLane Stadium. I'm sure lots of Baylor Bears fans want affordable lodging close by. That said, the area is not the best. There are also few places to eat nearby that aren't fast food. That said, Best Western Plus provides breakfast for travelers with a lot of variety. The TV in the room were originally given did not work. The front desk person was quick to assist. After two separate attempts, however, it was a no-go. He switched us to a suite room after checking to make sure the television(s) were working there. It turns out, some of the other rooms had the same issue with the TVs. We were cared for in a quick manner, and the room was great.

We had a very nice stay here over a travel ball weekend. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The kitchen and dining area was very clean and stocked very full in the morning. The front desk staff had no issue whatsoever with us needing an extra couple of hours after checkout time on Sunday. I highly recommend staying here.

Located on a one way frontage road next to the interstate so it was tricky to get to and highway noise all night. Also a strong cleaner smell in the lobby but less in the room. Hot breakfast and waffles. the cappuccino from the machine was delicious. The nice lady at the front desk helped our decision to stay.

We were passing through the area, so the location was very accessible from the interstate. The facility was clean and the staff was welcoming. The lady working the morning breakfast went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed and took her role very seriously when it came to cleanliness and keeping the area sanitary. She was very pleasant! The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. The only downside was the noisy air conditioner.

Wonderful stay. Clean room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good breakfast with a new coffee machine that even has lattes and cappuccinos. The only complaint would be that's it right off I-35. We heard traffic all night but we ran the fan and it wasn't too loud to keep us from sleeping.

Inacceptable noise level from highway due to inappropriate windows - expect bad nights if you stay. After bad night: Warm breakfast option chosen but no eggs, no bagels, no ketchup offered. Customer disappointed - management did not care.
