Love the whole setting of the hotel. I felt like I was over in Europe. And yet it had the southwestern flavor to it. Great location was able to walk everywhere. Helpful staff would definitely stay there again.

Not thrilled with the room. Poor lighting-challenging to see when getting ready, no mirror, TV small. Shower blending valve was broken so hard to set the hot water. Just not a very pleasurable stay. Room was clean and bed comfy. For the price we paid, we were paying for location.

The parking garage was mostly flooded and smelled like someone was smoking pot. There was a wet vac that apparently someone was supposed to be using to clear the water out but it made a poor impression especially as the person at the desk made no mention of the mess. The room was clean, the bed was awesome, the decor was nice, bathroom was tiny, the coffee cups provided did not fit the Keurig-so no coffee in the room. Getting to the room was tricky as it was on the second floor with no elevator access. We probably would not stay there again.

The property is dated. Rooms need to be updated. It was clean. The staff was hit and miss. Some were helpful, some were not. The restaurants on the property were rarely open to serve food. Very limited food availability on site.
