Friendly staff. The indoor pool looked very appealing but the water was cold due to a broken heater with parts on order. Breakfast was good, however it was exactly the same each day. Spacious seating in the breakfast dining area. Good coffee. Convenient and free shuttle service to and from BWI airport. The building does have an elevator. Beds are small and pillows are rather firm. Rollaway beds are not allowed. Very good location with a bar/ restaurant just steps from the property. Ample parking.

My booking was for 3 nights. I only stayed 1. The promised amenity of a pool was not upheld. The pool was out of order indefinitely. Poor business practice not to inform pending reservations of amenities unavailable

Ice machines was not working on all of the floors. Only one elevator was working and until it was close to checkout time in the swimming pool needs to be clean there’s a lot of green stuff from water sitting.

The hotel, room and staff were great! The indoor pool was really cold. I do understand the balance of keeping it warm enough for usage and the amount of usage it receives. The cost of keeping it warm enough needs to be in relation to the frequency of usage. Parking was really tight. I ended up using the restaurant parking and was told that normally it isn’t allowed but due to the hotel being fully booked I could use it. Everything was wonderful and will stay there again when I’m in the area.

One elevator don’t work and the other one sounds like it will broke down anytime. Breakfast without ketchup, we asked for it, they said no ketchup today. Room was ok. I guess for the price you pay, you should expect any kind of stuff like those but Best Western normally are in better condition.

It was nice to have many amenities. The hotel is clean. Breakfast not so good, the pool was not heated, the sauna did not work, the gym was nice accept they did replace the cleaning wipes, and water dispenser did not work Staff was nice. Overall it wasn't a bad stay for what I needed. The restaurant across is very good too.

Great stay for a weekend away! We arrived Friday night and had a quick check in. The breakfast was great! Hot with lots of options! The family liked the indoor pool! Easy to get to from all our trips.

The area was fine for the most part, breakfast was okay, and the staff was nice. We’re not from out of town, and just needed a place to relax and unwind. We chose the hotel because I love the restaurant that sits across from it. The hotel floor and room, level 3 to be exact, smelled like mildew, and mouse turds were visible in the bathroom upon check in. The sheets and pillowcases appeared to have mildew and yellowish stains on them, so we just didn’t lay on those. They told us the hotel was fully booked when we checked in, so there was no reason to ask for another room. Instead we sprayed Lysol everywhere and lit scented candles to minimize the smell, being as though we didn’t plan on leaving in and out.

It was dirty... the sofa in the hallways have holes in them... the same soap probably used the same sheets? Draws had stuff in them trash under the bed and behind dressers ice machine areas dirty... old looking.. Just bad altogether

This property is old and unkept. The curtains had stains, the headboard of the bed had only stains too, it reminded me of the scene in the movie Coming to America when the people with Jerry curls stood up and the back of the couch was stained. The bath mat inside of the bath tub was gross! I used my shower shoes in the tub when I bathed. Oh! I don’t want to forget to mention the dilapidated cars sitting on the property taking up valuable parking space and management telling guest to park towards the rear of the building that has little light at night. The area that this hotel is located is deserted. There is not much around except for a pub and a trucking company.

Property was fine room was terrible. Room had mold and everything was damp. No body wash. Toilet paper was damp. No mat for shower. Sink water drained very slow. Our clothes were damp the next morning.

The bedding was off, king size mattress way way to soft. It was like a wrestling going from one side to the other! Pillows were like rocks, no durability, couldn’t fold around.

Stayed at this property 2 prior times. Great shuttle for taking a cruise. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well stocked breakfast buffet. Now the issue we noticed every time: It is noisy. You can hear loud motorcycles racing on the highway nearby, police cars, whatever loud vehicles happen to travel at night. We’ll probably stay again bc of the price and the overall experience.

Lobby was immaculate. Temperature varied in different parts of the building. Hallways and elevator were warm/humid. Room: air conditioner wasn't working great, wouldn't get cold. I checked the filter and it was caked with dust. Once I cleaned the filters in the tub and put them back it worked fine. Mini fridge didn't get very cold. Breakfast: Great variety. Just need some cream cheese for the bagels. Otherwise, everything was great. Pool: Great amenity. Towels available poolside, if they're out the front desk has some. Staff: Everyone we came in contact with was friendly. We put the "service room" hang tag out and the room wasn't serviced. Apparently, you have to tell the front desk and they will tell the housekeepers. We did that the following day, when we got back the room was cleaned. We would stay here again if we visit this area again. Thank you.

10s across the board for BW-BWI. I went with the lowest of expectations and they blew my mind. The staff was so friendly, sympathetic and accomodating for my last minute reservation. They were patient with my very short temper due to NUMEROUS delays and rescheduling of my flight out of BWI. I mentioned I was tired and hungry and advised there was a restaurant right next door where we could get a bite. When we got to our room it was very clean and neat. Again clean room, extremely important to me and BW did not disappoint. When we got up early this am for our flight they had some breakfast items available for us to eat (even before the 6:30 scheduled breakfast time). They also provide a shuttle to the airport, which I wish I had known before I booked my $50 Uber. KUDOS to the ladies on the 11pm shift at BWI on 9/9 and kudos to the am shuttle driver on 9/10!

This location was just right for our three-day lacrosse tournament on Troy Park. The thing that made the hotel stand out was the tremendously helpful and courteous front desk staff - namely AJ and Donae. I travel a ton and can't remember the last time I encountered such wonderful guest service from the staff!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay! Best service, superb room and the entire facility is clean! highly recommended! Great location inbetween Baltimore proper and Washington DC. To add Arundel Mills is just 8minutes drive. Will come back for another stay!

The property is older and in need of a little facelift. Bed was super comfy and room was clean. Shower was amazing (great water pressure and shower head). Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied in the shower. Free airport shuttle driver Robert was very nice and helpful. Full breakfast with coffee, espresso, scrambled eggs, bacon one day and sausage the next, orange juice wasn’t great but apple and cranberry juice was good. There were also hard boiled eggs, yogurt, apples, oranges, bagels, pastries and cereal. The elevator floor was dirty, just needs a quick vacuum and mop. Ate at The Stained Glass Pub across the parking lot twice, it was really tasty with good prices. Stayed 2 nights before our cruise. We didn’t like that there aren’t any stores or fast food close. Did walk to Wendy’s, which was 0.6 mile walk.

Breakfast was good and well stocked. Attendant was available to replenish as needed. Airport shuttle from hotel was available as soon as we called. Driver was friendly and felt safe at all times. Restaurant next door was convenient and food good. Service was fast. They arranged shuttle to Port of Baltimore. Great stay.
