Amy who was working the night shift when we checked in really attended to our need for acccessibility. When the room we went to had A bathroom that was not available, due to work being done, she immediately came up with a great option. Her ability to take care of our situation made our stay stand out as excellent. The pool at the hotel was great. Clean and kept up.

Checked in at 9pm, TV in our room didn't work, called front desk, was told it was a loose wire and to fix it myself. Which i did and it worked temporarily, then the tv shut itself off and we never used it again. Pool was way too cold, entire stairway and half the hall way on the second floor smelled like weed. Elevators didnt work so you had to use the stairs no matter what floor you were on. Definitely would recommend you stay at a different hotel in this area

Overpriced for offerings. The hotel is right by highway and you so you hear the traffic and load semi’s. The pool is not heated and is cold. Breakfast was not great either, very basic and average. I would of expected a bit more from this brand of hotel.

Stayed here on a Sunday night. Not to busy. New property. Room was very nice. Noisy when someone takes a shower. Must not have insulated the wall from the bathroom to the regular room. Didn’t seem like much parking. Not sure where the Fairfield parking was because there is a conference center and another hotel all in the same area. Only reason I would not stay here next time is because there wasn’t a place to eat that was walking distance. Seemed like all the restaurants are on N side of town. Could be wrong but it was a Sunday and looking for a place to eat and have a couple of drinks. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I just like places I can walk to if I want to eat.

Super clean! Modern interior. Unfortunately could hear neighbors tv and talking through the wall. Blackout curtains were too short to cover the window and block out the super bright parking lot lights. Had to stuff towels under the edge in order to fall asleep. I would just ask for a room on the back side of hotel next time.

One of staffs was mad at me, when I told her I booked two more nights through a 3rd party app. She showed me her anger by throwing my room key on the table. I said if the extension process is complicated, I could check out now and then come back at 3pm. She told me why I didn't ask her before I booked more nights through the 3rd party. Still I don't know what I did wrong to her. Room is clean. Breakfast is good.

Drove from Wisconsin. Planned on watching the Packers on MNF. ( Go Pack!) Saw start of game at Applebees, came home to hotel and could not watch on TV in room. Went to front desk to inquire, desk personal said - tough nuggies, that channel doesn't work here. It was an NBC game for cry eye. Gave no suggestions as to a work around at all. I had to download NBC app and streamed the game on my phone.

Facility was very nice, clean, cared for. We liked it very much. Our issue was that our TV wouldn’t work and needed resetting. This was at about 7 pm and she gave us a couple of ideas to try but they didn’t solve the problem. She said she would send up maintenance to fix it but maintenance never came. The early morning staff was excellent.

On a return trip after visiting family. Hotel is very modern and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was awesome. We left our tablet but it was found quickly by housekeeping and turned into the front desk before we had noticed it missing. We called the desk after we left and Paola graciously advised me that it was turned in by staff. She was wonderful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for any one traveling as this was a very pleasant stay. I will warn people that the hotel website says breakfast buffet when it's actually just a small continental breakfast. Kind of misleading.
