I reserved a handicapped room and was disappointed to find that it had a tub shower and only one grab bar. There was a walk in shower but the room only had one king bed which didn’t work for us. The pool area had a fantastic handicapped shower but the tile floor was too slippery.

I really appreciated the staff. They knew my name and greeted me when I came in. There was a lot of maintenance going on, which is good. I was traveling with my dog. She was welcomed and greeted. There were places to walk her. The location was perfect for my needs. I will stay there again. Can't say enough about the staff, BEST of the BEST!!! Thanks so much

Having stayed at Hamptons on our way across the country, I have to rave about the scrambled eggs they served at breakfast! We were disppointed at the other Hamptons along the way who never served their eggs that way. The breakfast attendant (I apologize I forgot her name) was so sweet and gracious when I told her how much we liked those eggs. And, the facility is SPOTLESS!

We had to change rooms. The first room we were assigned had a very bad odor. It smelled like a decomposing body! Literally smelled like someone died in there. They even had those glade plug-in things in the room. They were able to get us another room but the entire property seemed ill-managed and dirty. Trash and dog poop on the grounds outside. Not many choices for hotel in Liberal. I would not want to stay there again.

The staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. The room was very hot and I had to run the air conditioner all night to keep it cool (it was in the 40s outside). We could people walking in the room above ours at 11 pm and people in the hallway when their door slammed a couple of times.

We've stayed here several times while visiting family, but this hotel is no longer worth staying at. It took over ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check in. The couple in front of us even called the front desk, hoping that would bring someone out to help, but it did not. We booked two rooms. Both had comfy beds and pillows, but there was absolutely no hot water in either shower. The breakfast was terrible quality, even for a hotel. Very noisy, as well. We probably won't be staying here again.

When I checked in the front desk staff kept telling me I needed to provide a new CC for “incidentals” I provided a cc and they said I needed a new one as that one was not working I called the bank and they said there was no issues on their end. After providing two different cards one finally “worked” the room felt humid and there was a funky smell. The air conditioner had a broken piece and it was hanging out of it.

The hotel is okay. It feels like a cash grab for just existing. The incidental deposit is 50 dollars. The pet fee is 75 dollars!! THERE IS NO FREE WIFI IN 2024!! You can only get "FREE WIFI" if you join the Hilton Honors program. The staff are lovely. 100 percent professional. The hotel is clean. The rooms are tiny. The issue I have is the price gauging. Comfort Inn has a 15 dollar pet fee. No incidental holds. We will be staying there next time.

We reserved a nice king suite knowing we had over a 9 hour drive ahead of us and wanted comfortable accommodations upon arrival. I also want to add I've never been disappointed by Hampton Inn in the past. That is until now. At check-in there was no greeting by the front desk staff and I was met with cool indifference. I told her we had our dog with us and she informed me of a pet fee (not disclosed on Hotels.com's site); it was an exorbitant fee representing just shy of 70% of the room rate. When I questioned the amount of the fee her annoyed response was "Hilton requires this amount because it takes house keeping staff much longer to clean after pets, do you want the room?" I had to take the room because I had prepaid with Hotels.com. We're very conscientious and I don’t appreciate being treated like the lowest common denominator. The room, amenities, and breakfast were good, but both Hilton and Hotels.com have lost me as a customer. This was a very expensive lesson.

I love staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, but the check-in person was less than friendly. We had no soap in our room. The TV did not work and the front desk really could have cared less. Despite the fact that Expedia lists a pet fee is $50, we got charged $75. This hotel needs some work and I’m surprised that they charge the rate they charge for this hotel. It is not worth it!

Nice Hampton…we stay in Liberal twice a year on our way through…1st time here. Comfortable, clean, nice details. Only 4 stars because of slight errors…lights in bathroom are romantic, lol…not bright for 56 year old that wears glasses..couldn’t see to wash face, or put on makeup. Love that you had real hard boiled eggs..but I grab & go, hard to crack open in car. Will stay again 👍
