The hotel has a restaurant and they serve breakfast ko and it was so delicious. It’s so close to shopping and walkable to attractions. The receptionist and the waitress were very friendly. I definitely going back.

It was a great spread for breakfast which was included with our reservation: coffee, orange juice, toast with butter, jam and hazelnut spread, omelette with your choice of toppings and a bowl of fresh fruit. The hostess was very helpful in explaining where we could park our car for free nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for a one night stay.

O hotel se encontra bem no meio do comércio e isso é um ponto super positivo, porém, se trata de uma edificação antiga e sem elevador. Para quem tem malas mais pesadas, é complicado. Não tem estacionamento próprio e nem perto. O café da manhã é um pouco confuso, pois é servido no restaurante em frente ao hotel e antes de sentar, vc precisa parar na recepção e escolher o que quer comer e beber. Pra quem quer lugar agitado, é uma ótima pedida Os quartos são excelentes...

We stayed at Civitas for 9 days and it was a wonderful experience . The location in Old Town Was the Best! We can’t say enough about the Staff, they were all so welcoming and helpful we really felt at home here . Our breakfast was amazing lovely area to enjoy the morning as well beautiful view of the harbour . If you don’t like stairs than I would recommend one of the apartments that are all on one level . Very beautiful and spacious . We will recommend this unique hotel to any friends we know that are coming to Beautiful Rhythmno ❤️😊

My only bad experience was partly my fault, in that I hadn't closed the doors to the balcony, and I was right above the "boardwalk", and a couple of gals talking loudly, woke me up at 4 a. m. So, close the doors, and turn on the air conditioning! Closing the doors blocked out a lot of sound. The room was wonderful, (except a window was dysfunctional) the views fabulous, and the breeze enchanting! Be aware that there is no parking close by.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. A warm welcome and shown to a stunning suite, with a balcony with a sea view The bed was so comfy & the towels were soft & fluffy. The rooms were sparkling clean It is located very close to everything. The Fortress, Lighthouse, Beach, harbour and old town are moments away , on foot The breakfast was delicious with so much choice. You eat it on the terrace on front of the hotel, overlooking the sea. A wonderful stay in a beautiful resort. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Fabulous service & staff.

When I stayed there in the end of Jan.2025 the indoor temperature in the hotelroom was only 18-19 degrees Celsius. Like most people I am used to about 21 deg. C, so it was not warm at all indoors. Two receptionists tried on two different days to adjust the AC to warm up the room, with no luck. The AC was new but the air that it blew out into the room had the same temperature as the air in the room. Other than that the receptionists helped me find out that Avast AntiVirus made it impossible to get the wi-fi working, and when I removed it from the laptop it worked very well. Cleaning was very good, seaview was good, but they did not serve breakfast at this time of the year. Which sent me out wandering up and down the seaside promenade to find a place that served something somewhat similar to breakfast. Good location but the restaurant/bar/cafe area outside the hotel was noisy in the evenings. With closed window the noise was kept out.

Juste convenable. La chambre doit être en permanence éclairée car très sombre. Elle est spacieuse avec une belle boiserie. Les serviettes de toilettes étaient elimees et les joints de la baignoire sont noirs de moisissures et doivent être changés. On a même trouvé des restes d'ongles coupés ds les toilettes derrière la porte.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage. Leider war die Toilette zwar mit Desinfiziert Banderole versehen, aber in der Toilette und an der Klobrille waren noch Spuren des Vorgängers. Ein no go!!!!! Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8:30 Uhr im daneben liegenden Lokal. Auf Wunsch eher auch nicht möglich

Der empfang war sehr freundlich und die Dame sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer/Studio war sehr schön und geräumig. Allerdings gehen die Fenster und der Balkon in die Innenseite des Hotels, d.h. ins Treppenhaus. Was bedeutet, dass es keine Frischluft gibt. Uns hat das für eine Nacht gestört, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ist für uns nicht akzeptabel gewesen.

Nos ha gustado mucho la habitación desde que abren la puerta para enseñartela verás algo que te llama la atención, ducha amplia, dormitorio con mucho estilo, la zona es muy buena y el desayuno prácticamente es comida de calidad y todo lo que quieras, calidad precio poco más se puede pedir.

Great hotel. Amazing location; walking distance from all the restaurants and shops. Very quiet, clean, and unique. We had the room with the loft bedroom and really enjoyed the privacy from the street noise.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer über 2 Etagen, Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand und den Leuchtturm, eine megafreundliche Rezeptionistin, tollen Service im Zimmer und die Altstadt mit schönen Geschäften und guten Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Super!

Cet hôtel est parfait. Très bien situé en bord de mer, très proche des restaurants et des bars à la mode, mais aussi au pied de la vieille ville. The hotel is easily accesible to all the key sights in Rethymno town and has very friendly and helpful staff who are happy to ensure you have the best stay possible. My late check-in was seamless and the room was beautifully arranged in addition to being very comfortable. Breakfast is one of the best I've had on holiday - a wide selection and generous portions helped to set each day up for explorong the town and its surroundings.

We stayed at Civitas for 9 days and it was a wonderful experience . The location in Old Town Was the Best! We can’t say enough about the Staff, they were all so welcoming and helpful we really felt at home here . My only bad experience was partly my fault, in that I hadn't closed the doors to the balcony, and I was right above the "boardwalk", and a couple of gals talking loudly, woke me up at 4 a. m. So, close the doors, and turn on the air conditioning! Closing the doors blocked out a lot of sound. The room was wonderful, (except a window was dysfunctional) the views fabulous, and the breeze enchanting! Be aware that there is no parking close by.

It was a great spread for breakfast which was included with our reservation: coffee, orange juice, toast with butter, jam and hazelnut spread, omelette with your choice of toppings and a bowl of fresh fruit. Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage. Leider war die Toilette zwar mit Desinfiziert Banderole versehen, aber in der Toilette und an der Klobrille waren noch Spuren des Vorgängers. Ein no go!!!!! Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8:30 Uhr im daneben liegenden Lokal. Auf Wunsch eher auch nicht möglich

O hotel se encontra bem no meio do comércio e isso é um ponto super positivo, porém, se trata de uma edificação antiga e sem elevador. Para quem tem malas mais pesadas, é complicado. Não tem estacionamento próprio e nem perto. O café da manhã é um pouco confuso, pois é servido no restaurante em frente ao hotel e antes de sentar, vc precisa parar na recepção e escolher o que quer comer e beber. Pra quem quer lugar agitado, é uma ótima pedida Os quartos são excelentes...

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. A warm welcome and shown to a stunning suite, with a balcony with a sea view The bed was so comfy & the towels were soft & fluffy. The rooms were sparkling clean It is located very close to everything. The Fortress, Lighthouse, Beach, harbour and old town are moments away , on foot The breakfast was delicious with so much choice. You eat it on the terrace on front of the hotel, overlooking the sea. A wonderful stay in a beautiful resort. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Fabulous service & staff.

We had a room, two level with kitchen area and balcony. The aspect was away from the sea overlooking a small shopping street. This was good because it was quiet at night the rooms to the front would of been noisier with all the restaurants and bars overlooking the sea.
