What guests think

Across the reviews, many guests describe LOTUS INN as clean, quiet, and comfortable with friendly staff and an overall pleasant stay, while some report issues such as noise disturbances, inconsistent cleanliness, and occasional service or check-in problems.

Feedback on rooms notes updated or spacious layouts and comfortable beds for some, but others mention very firm mattresses, odd lighting that cannot be turned off, weak shower pressure, missing hair dryers, and limited outlets. Some guests also faced slow or unresponsive front-desk interactions, and one arrival had no room initially available despite a reservation. One review says the free breakfast was only coffee. Expect a generally straightforward stay with occasional hiccups.

The hotel was very clean and nice overall. My only complaint would be have a bed that was medium firm. The bed slept on was very hard and uncomfortable for my liking

Overall our stay was a very good one. Wish the "Do not Disturb" sign was easier to put on and off the door handle, but the room was clean, the staff was friendly and we were very comfortable. Only thing I did not like was the lights changing color right above our bed. Also the table was located where there was no electrical plug, so I had to move it to accommodate my laptop.

I specifically liked the inside space of the room. It was well orgainzed and clean. The bathroom was nicely laid out but the shower water was not strong enough.

Nice, convenient and friendly. Rooms and bedding were clean. Some bath towels were dirty. Had stains on them and were hard as if they weren’t washed. The bathroom wall by toilet had poop smeared on it…But can’t complain about anything else.

The room next to ours was loud and noisy all night, i couldn't hold a conversation of any kind with any of the staff, i waited half an hour for someone to greet me at the counter. I could go on, but i won't.

When we got to the hotel we were told that there were no rooms left. I pointed out the fact that I had a reservation multiple times. The answer still stayed the same, no rooms. After minutes of back and forth, we were offered a room, and from there everything was fine. I’ve never experienced anything like this, and will not be coming back to this place.
