The property is what it is, old time motel without amenities, but did the job as cash was tight

Furnace in room wouldn't turn off. Hot as hell and had to run AC To get the temperature halfway reasonable.Bathroom sink was hard to turn on. Floors were dirty. Sheets on bed had stains. We slept in our sleeping bags. TV froze every ten seconds, then would go off for minutes at a time. Wife washed clothes, then dryer didnt work. Had to dry clothes next door at the Pilot truck stop at midnight. Police cruised the parking lot. Worst place we ever stayed. Negative 5 stars

No microwave and no cable or local channels Beds were like boxsprings. Glad it was only a week.

Just an old school motel

This was my worst stay in a motel/hotel and I've stayed in some lousy places in my time. The experience starts with a parking lot that hasn't been paved in years and is a disaster to navigate (I was convinced I'd wake up the next day with my car hit or a tire flat because of the conditions). For the key deposit, they asked for cash instead of using a card. I fortunately had cash on me but if I didn't I was essentially done for. Then there's the room. It was cold with an old heating system that despite being turned up, left the room cold all night. The room was dusty and notably outdated while also having poor lighting. The fridge worked and that's about where the good things end (there's no microwave in the room). The bed was also hard, uncomfortable, and itchy. I had trouble sleeping the whole night and I went to sleep early. Sure, you get what you pay for yet somehow, they managed to hit a new low. I had to check out a night early and cut my losses. If they had any decency, they'd refund me for a second night. They won't but they should.

You know it aint the Waldorf when you check in. Its an old time motel out of the.70 s clean enough, staff is nice, you're not moving in. A day or 2 is fine. Dont sweat the small stuff ,itwill be fine

Basic motel room, no coffee maker or microwave in the room, Dunkin across the street though.

Very convenient if you regularly stay at hotels/motels, only thing was that there was no microwave, other than that it’s a solid spot

This hotel is the cheapest in the area for good reason. There are many people living there, most of them on drugs. The smell is everywhere. I had a nonsmoking room, but the smell of weed was right outside. Also, parking is tight. Unsavory characters come and go all night.

In general, it worth the money I paid. The most serious disappointment - not working dryer in a laundry.

It was good only the bathroom they was a lots of hair inside the tub .

What a disgusthole!!!! We checked in after driving for 8hrs. Beds were stained and toilet had fecal matter. Good luck! No idea how this place is allowed to be open.

Floor was dirty, tub dingy, spots on sheets, toilet didn’t flush properly. Would rather sleep in my car than stay there again

The rooms were stinky. Beds were old and hard. Collection of dust everywhere, especially the air conditioner. Moldy bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting

The entire time there no one offered to clean room or change sheets. Not sure if there were fleas or bed bugs but my son broke out in a rash from on his stomach and legs. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.

The sheet was dirty and I didn’t like that but I called for clean sheet and it was change . And clean one was full of marks and stain on them .

Dirty room

Property is horrible! Smelly, shower doesn’t work, toilet was broken. Rooms are dark. A lot of noise.

Real honest review, It suited my needs. No bed bugs, had hot water for the shower, the mattress was kinda hard and the pillows were flat lol but those were not a deal breaker. I enjoyed my stay with my wife. Was close the mall so we walked. I'm not sure why some people rate it so poorly. You get what you pay for. There's a mini fridge, yes there's wifi although it is slow it is there, better than nothing. The door locks so the the room is safe, nobody comes bothering you. Dunkin is across the street, Wendy's and a gas station are next door. This place ain't bad. If I could rent a room I would XD

I booked two nights, cheapest option available… lesson learned: a little extra a night for not-the-cheapest option is totally worth it. I stayed all of one hour. Could barely breath in the lobby it smelled so bad (the room wasn’t much of an improvement), the bed was as soft as a table and made a loud metal clank every time you moved on it. The toilet ran constantly. I’d wear sandals in those showers. TV on the wall (barely and crooked). Conveniently the walls are painted dark red and the floor is all tile… so if planning to murder someone, super easy clean up… I ate the cost, because it was past my check-in I couldn’t change reservation on Expedia and guy behind counter said he couldn’t help because I reserved thru Expedia. Worth it to eat the cost, go down the road to Hampton Inn and sleep knowing I don’t need to de-lyce all of my stuff…

No frills, but just what we needed. The internet service was almost non-existent.

The room was amazingly dirty. Every surface over 5 feet high was dusty--apparently the housekeeper is short and didn't think to look above eye level. The sink and tub were both covered with grime, as were the top surfaces of the dresser and bedside table. There was a rod to hang clothes, but no hangers. The toilet seat was broken. Even the wifi was amazingly slow and prone to stop working every few minutes (although it did work sometimes). Also, and I was amazed, there was no mattress. The bed was a box spring with a sheet on it. Impressively bad.

We stayed only one night, the bed was hard with springs it would squeak every time we move. And worse was the sounds that came from the room above us also dropping stuff on the floor in the middle of the night I would like to get a refund for the night we did not stay because we paid for 2 nights

The area felt safe. The mattress was rock hard and I could literally feel the springs. Pillows were thin and lumpy. Zero amenities except 2 thin bars of off brand soap. Very humid AC The towels and linens were blue, so it was hard to tell if they were actually clean. Bathtub was dingy grey. Floor was clean. TV resolution was blurry but there were a variety of channels

I booked the hotel on Expedia on Aug 3, but the lady at the front desk refused to let me check in, just yelling at me NO ROOM, NO RESERVATION. So far, Expedia and the hotel have refused to refund the money. Such a terrible experience!

It was the worst experience and would not refund nights of $250 not used due to non conducive accommodations (Beds are hard, window broken, unable to close, room was dusty). I had to sleep in my car for the other 2 nights, due to not have available funds for lodging. They are a ripoff and should not be on the list advertised for motel stays.

This was the worst experience in my entire life. The service is not useful, the room had an incredible bad smell, the beds had several tears in the mattress, the pillows were torn, dirty, the sheets were torn and had a very disgusting smell. No person should stay in a place like this. The hotel is presented on the Internet as looking good but when you get to the hotel it is all dirty and super disgusting. We couldn't stay the night in a place like that. The hotel doesn't refund the money but deceives people by showing a photo of its appearance when It doesn't look the same at all. The assistant manager denies us a refund when we DID NOT spend the night in a place as dirty as the place and the room were.

The staff of the Mayflower were very kind and helpful. The lady who greeted me upon check in the night of my arrival was superb. The gentleman watching the desk was helpful as well.

The front desk is unprepared and not polite. She wanted charge me for the room's key. Since I didn't have cash with me she wanted holding my Driver's License. Also, I was not refunded and I lost more than $300. I am very upset with Mayflower as well as with Expedia because I feel I was not protected by the company who helped me to book with this terrible hotel.

When I arrived the front desk person said she didn’t have a record of my reservation. I told her my reservation was through Hotels.com. She said she never heard of hotels.com. I tried to show her my confirmation email in my phone. She refused to look at it. She said she will not Look at my phone and only cared if I have a confirmation number in her hotel’s format. I tried to give her my hotels.com confirmation number. She raised her voice nearly shouting that this is not the format if the motel’s confirmation number and that I have no reservation. I tried to show her the confirmation email again. At this point she did actually shout at me that she would not look at my phone. I then left. I then found another motel to sleep that was about 20 miles away.

Front office is really helpful to meet my early check-in needs.

Close to the highway and the staff are great

the digs- What you see is what you get, no surprises. If there's an issue with a fixture in the room, the staff attends to it without delay or gives you a new room. the people- The daytime host is pleasant and considerate. the location-The convenient shops are open 24 hrs and right next door.

It’s quiet for the most part and u have stores in walking distance

Do not stay here if you can help it. The room was dirty, it was labeled a non-smoking room but the room stunk with cigarette smoke and there were clear cigarette burns on the bedside table. The beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, and there were junkies hobbling around in the filthy hallways. Cop cars came so often patrolling the property that it was hard to sleep. This was by far the worst inn I have ever stayed! We talked to the front desk about it and the man said ‘the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but people do what they want’. We checked out 2 days early and got no refund. Avoid this place at all costs.
