This is an older motel style property. Although older, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the property was nicely maintained. The location was excellent. I did not like that there was no water in the vending machine and that the ice machine did not work.

Parking was plenty, ac fine, room smelled of stale smoke. Towels flimsy. Room not cleaned the next day nor were new towels given lots of chipped paint. Noisy early in the morning with people talking outside and dog barking.

Ok but laundry soap dispenser needs to be addressed bc the machine took my quarters but did not dispense the detergent and ended up removing my clothes from the washer and went to front desk to get my money back and they said call the number from the machine dispenser instead of just giving me my collar back which the company shld do if they do not handle the area properly so it is not against the hotel but it gives a bad thing to the hitel

Property was not maintained well. Much repair needed. Tub leaked, refrigerator door had a bad hinge so you had to lift to close. Room smelled stale, Simone obvious smoked cigs or pot in there. It just had an unclean feel. Elevator floor was coming up. Stairs/walkways need painting. No extra toilet paper in room. It just felt like they provided the bare minimum and maintained only what they absolutely had to do. The price was reasonable compared to other properties in the area. It is a shame this property has been left to disrepair. It is conveniently locate right off I95 and was a quiet peaceful area.

This is an old not updated hotel. There are alot of new amenities that could be added, but for 100$ a night its hard to complain. There was not a refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. The AC was medicore and a large gap between the door and wall. They do not have USB ports in the room, however it was clean. There was coffee in the lobby and as we were leaving we saw many employees working to clean and empty rooms. As long as you know what your getting into i dont see a problem with the room, esp if you dont plan on being there much (we went for the beach).

I was disappointed with the recent stay. I've stayed in the moral in the past so I was anticipating better. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and my clothes still reek of the smell. I shouldn't have to tell anyone about this when all it takes is for someone to clean and air out the room before I arrive. This was a surprising result from a place I liked in the past.

absolute worst hotel i have ever been to in my life. i had to leave two days in due to BED BUGS. the bathroom was moldy and the door was broken. i was placed in the first room and immediately told management to move me due to the mold and broken doors. the second room had bed bugs and ac dripping foul smelling water. when i told the front desk i need a refund and to leave asap they threatened me to keep my voice down and not speak because they didn’t want the other customers walking in to hear me talk about the bugs and mold. i was told i will not get refund because of the way i was acting. i was furious i had bug bites all over my arms. i showed videos to the manager and showed them in the room and they told me to leave the property immediately because of how upset i was. i would not allow anyone i care about to ever stay in such an awful dirty place

Place was extremely dirty. There was hair all over the bed, and towels were dirty. Some even had the appearance of blood on them. This is really disgusting. Staff should clean, and their work should be supervised as well.

High proportion of permanent residents in the hotel. Lots of smokers and people arguing in the parking lot, some litter. Room cleanliness and upkeep wasn't that great - definitely wasn't going to use the coffee machine. I waited around 10 minutes at the front desk at 3 PM before someone came to check me in. I was initially told I did not have a reservation - even though the Inn had called me about 45 minutes before to confirm my arrival time. During the wait I got to read the hand written sign stating that housekeeping would be very limited. It's hard to swallow paying $150 per night with little to no support services. This is something Hotels.com need to better investigate - along with properties which rent out to full-time, subsidized, residents. It would allow travelers to make fully informed choices on where to stay.

We couldn't sleep that well.There was on and off noise all night.A combination of intermittent outside noise,humming fridge and air conditioner.The bathroom is too small and the footing while taking a shower is dodgy.The greeting staff were friendly and cordial.Room service lady was nice and always offered fresh linen in the morning. It could have been a better stay.Thank you.

The staff person who checked us in was completely unfriendly and acted as if we were bothering him. Completely rude. I asked for an extra pillow in the same employee told me they already provided adequate number of pillows. I asked why he gets to dictate how many pillows make me feel comfortable he said good night and hung up on me. After check out I spoke with the manager who is equally unfriendly and made excuses for the employee. No accountability. Very poor customer experience.

Stayed here on a family trip. The hotel was decent, my only complaint was about the clerk who gave a nasty attitude when i asked for 2 towels since the room only provided 2. We are a family of 4 and when i asked for 2 extra towels since there were not enough he said " come on man youre effing killing me". Sir i hope you are reading this, because what is wrong with you. That is literally your job and i asked for them in the lobby on our way back from being out- its not even like i called from the room to have them brought up. Aside from that, everything was fine.

About what I expected for a one-night stopover. Room was clean, staff could've been friendlier but they weren't rude or anything. Was in a convenient spot off the highway. It wasn't far off from local dining and shopping options.

The property is in good condition with decent amenities, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is also very quiet even though it's near I95. There are not many restaurants or attractions near the hotel, but traveling to New Haven or the train station is convenient. For me, it is a great alternative when hotels in New Haven are either fully booked or very expensive during Yale's graduation season.

There was not a mini fridge in the room. This hotel looked more like a halfway house for the homeless. There was no television guide to let me know what stations were. I am Originally from Connecticut and the stations on the television did not coincide with what I am accustomed to. When I arrived in the room, the shower was wet. No restaurant or bar facility on site. No EV Charger available as my rental was an electric vehicle. The room, however, was adequate as I just needed a place to sleep.
