Very good place to stay especially if you require a overnight in Cancun. 12 minutes from airport. Nice pool. Clean rooms. Secure parking. Friendly reception. Restraunts in walking distance. Noisy bar on one side, change your room and you will be good. Excellent price for Cancun.

No hay agua caliente, la piscina esta fuera de servicio y no incluye desayuno.

Está con remo delación y la alberca no está en condiciones de uso.

La propiedad esta excelente. Las piscinas limpias, el aire acondicionado de los cuartos perfecto, agua abundante y con opcion de agua caliente, smartTv en excelente estado, la cama y su ropa de muy buen estado.

Trabajadores de construcion tomando y con musica fuerte. Parece que tiene buen proyecto .... pero mejor que abran cuando esten listos. Tiene buena ubicación. A subalrededor buenosblugares para comer si traes carro. Cerca del aeropuerto. No habia personal en "recepcion" frecuente.

The place was under construction. The pool was not clean enough to use and the shower/tub was not very inviting.

Las sábanas estaban sucias (mancha de sangre), la encargada de la limpieza muy grosera. Nos estuvo hostigando para que dejáramos la habitación desde las 11 am. No vuelvo!

This hotel has long term residence living there. There is cockroachs in the room dont put your belonging on the floor. A lot of grown men out drinking by the pool right in front of your room till 12 at night. With loud music. The landscape looked nice ...

Yeah, my room was spic and span squeaky clean. It's all style. It's Mexican, but that's exactly what I wanted. I'm not in America.

too much traffic noise, far from restaurants, shopping, etc. A true oasis in the city, with a very mediterranean appeal. If you have a car, and you can speak the language, you are all set.

You get what you pay for. Beautiful house, but very run down.

When I travel, I like a little bit of funk. Cancun doesn't offer much for funk, so this place, not in Cancun, in an older building, appealed to my sensibility. First, the "hotel" DOES NOT offer airport pick-up as noted on the general description. It was a $76 can ride to get here, not too far from the airport. After dealing with the hassle and delay in the airport, pick-up would have been greatly appreciated. not having pick-up basically broke the economic choice I made in picking this place. I chose two balcony rooms in the older house. One room was actually quite small, the other pretty enourmous. The large room did not have a chair, had one overhead light - no bedside lights. The plumbing retrofit in the building was awkard - the vanity hangs out over the sink, so you really have to bend down just to spit out your toothpaste. The balcony didn't offer much in the way of an amenity, and was actually accessible from another part of the hotel. Poor water pressure, and no hot water. No in-room water for drinking, either. As for eating. There is no food service on site. The pictures of family dining - don't know how that came off at all. It is next to Kaalau restaurant, which is perfectly fine except they were closed by the time we got there. We had breakfast there the next morning. For dinner, we were directed to Tacos Dani down the street, was clean and well lit. They did call a cab for the bus station the next day. Not a great choice.

I enjoyed my stay however club next door plays music till dawn, but I was able to sleep through the music

Bad:Cold water in the shower and the last night before the return, the was a drunk guy that screamed until 4 am but nobody did nothing. On top of that we had to wake up at 5am. Goog: nothing special.

Property was well taken care of and the hosts went out of their way to make sure you're completely happy and satisfied at all times

We reserved a room with 3 beds at this location because it was close to the airport and the website indicated that the hotel offered transportation to the airport. I then called and confirmed this information with the front desk and told them when we would arrive. When we arrived, the room we reserved was not available so they separated us between 2 rooms, one of which smelled horribly of raw sewage. So the 3 of us were forced to share 2 full size beds. And then they did not offer an airport shuttle, we had to pay extra for a cab. Also, this place is located in a very sketchy area of Cancun. It was run down and dirty. The beds were awfully uncomfortable and the bathroom was full of mold. I will never stay at this location again.

Difficult check in, staff did not make themselves available at check in, and did not communicate effectively. Ants crawling over the bed upon arrival, nasty smell consistently came from the bathroom drains. Taxi driver told us not to walk around the surrounding area alone as it is notoriously a bad area.

This little gem was so nice. The family was amazing so courteous and helpful. It’s a beautiful old building that’s been restored and it’s a perfect spot. If you’re leaving for the airport it’s only about 10 minutes away out of town but their stores and restaurants nearby so perfect for that.

The property was fine but we booked it thinking because it was close to the airport it would be more economical to just spend the night between flights. Turned out that it was almost impossible to get there from the airport. Unfortunately, it would have been cheaper and easier to book something in the center of Cancun. It's really in an out- of- the- way location, and hard to get an Uber or a taxi.

Idéalement situé près de l’aéroport, restaurant, supermarché à proximité. Sécurité et ambiance familiale. Piscine et palmiers dans un décor Hacienda à protéger mais à rénover Beaucoup de charme et une gentillesse vraiment parfaite du gérant qui vous garantit un séjour «\xa0local\xa0» et serein. 👍👍👍

Está cerca al aeropuerto

El lugar es bonito. Y el personal es amable y atenolto. Si necesita un taxi al aeropuerto fácilmente te ayudan a conseguir uno a un precio aceptable. Si bien es difícil llegar desde el aeropuerto. Vale la pena intentarlo, preguntar por los camiones en colectivo. Que te bajen en la colonia, y un moto taxi que te lleve al OXXO (único de la zona).

The house is really beautiful ! Even if the cleanliness is not the best we could have, it is clean. This is typical, and we really appreciated it. Really nice restaurants about 2 minutes by walk.

Place was great , simple single room, good bed and comfortable. Only complaint was it’s billed as bed and breakfast. It’s not. No breakfast. Other than that place is excellent. Front staff was very kind. Would definitely stay again.

This place is beautiful, the people that run the place are friendly, kind, and so helpful. It is a quiet location with 2 restaurants right around the corner. The bus stop is 5 short blocks. It is worth every peso spent ❣️
