Everything was good with this property except the shuttle service. When we came back to get our car, the shuttle took at least an hour to get to the airport pick us up. The front desk told me they were on their way and I had to call back several times to get a shuttle because I was standing with my 80 year old mom waiting for what should have been no more than 10-15 minutes.

Pet friendly, nice gym, great staff! The breakfast is actually really good and the coffee is fresh. Rooms are small but comfortable with no excessive furniture in the rooms. Big bathroom and shower which is very nice. Would highly recommend

Our group paid for parking and free shuttle to the airport. Before we boarded our plane to return to Nashville we confirmed with the desk that the shuttle would be there to pick us up and they confirmed that it would be there 30 minutes after the last flight into Nashville. We landed and called right away and they said that the shuttle wasn't available. Our flight was on time with no delays!

Hotel is clean and has a great location. No coffee or microwave in the room. Parking is a big problem. Lot is full all the time because the hotel provides park and ride spaces for travelers to the airport. It is a great place if you need a cheap place to park and ride. Not good if you are not flying somewhere. I will not stay here again. Too many other choices.

Parking was terrible We got back to the hotel around 10:30pm on Thursday NO parking spots available Asked the front desk person & was told to park in the car charging spot which we did It’s crazy to me to not have enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms

My husband booked this hotel so I did not know what to expect lol! We travel a lot and I rarely leave a review but this one deserves one! The only con I can even think of was our hall smelled like pot..now a days that is everywhere so can’t really fault the hotel for that. The room was wonderful with ALL wipeable surfaces which made me feel more clean. Dove products in the shower was very nice. Strongest water pressure I’ve ever seen and appreciated that! Check out was a breeze and we slept very comfortably!

We visibly saw a bed bug, recorded it l, shared with the staff and management were treated horribly by the staff from management to the front of house. I emailed Hotels By Hilton and never hears back from anyone.

It was by far the cleanest hotel that I've ever stayed in. It smelled clean the moment you walked in all the way to the rooms. There was no dust, no dirt in the bathrooms, or anywhere. The coffee was amazing and they had a great spread for breakfast.

Please fix the bathroom light switch! It is motion activated and comes on randomly at night in room 107 which also turns on the bathroom fan. That really sucked! I needed my sleep.

This was a modern take on a hotel room, I like the hanging knob options for stuff to hang up, the floor is not carpeted which makes for a cleaner room. I was disappointed there was no coffee maker or microwave. There was a mini fridge below some cushioned shelving but very small and had to sit on a cold floor to arrange our perishables in it.

Also, no ironing board was in the room even though an iron was there. I made do and ironed on the bed. Staff was friendly but not all that efficient. When I arrived, I think I was fourth in line to get checked in by one desk attendant, which took a while.

Everything was good with this property except the shuttle service. When we came back to get our car, the shuttle took at least an hour to get to the airport pick us up. They advertise free parking and free airport shuttle, BUT the parking is not free except for one night. The airport shuttle from the hotel was fine. When we returned, however, we waited 25 minutes, called again, and were told they didn't know what happened, sometimes it takes an hour!. We took a 5 minute cab ride for $30, but they would not reimburse us anything. Very poor customer service and misleading advertising.

Pleasantly surprised with this property. Very very clean. Room was a little small but that was overlooked since this property was so well taken care of. Great parking. You do get planes that fly over but we didnt mind. Breaksfast setup was a little discombobulated but everything was very good. Coffee starion was great as well.

The Avid Nashville Airport was great; easy drive downtown and easy access to the Opry Mills. The property is inline with runway and planes flew over, closely, landing about every ten minutes or so. I could hear it in the room, but it didn’t bother us. Great place to stay would stay again.

Comfortable bed, nice towels, huge TV. BUT. don't believe the reviews saying the planes flying into BNA were hardly noticeable. They were screaming LOUD, flying just a couple hundred feet above the hotel on final approach. It didn't keep me from having a restful night sleeping, but it was enough to make me turn up the sound on the TV. Overall, though, we had a pleasant stay. Get downstairs early if you want a Jimmy Dean sausage/egg/cheese sandwich for breakfast, or an egg white omelet in a flour tortilla. Cereal, muffins, and bagels are also offered. If you want to enjoy a scrumptious meal at a local, family owned restaurant, Darfons is a must! Yes, its pricey, but the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is nice. I had the grilled bourbon salmon, on top of a skinned sweet potato, plus an arugula salad. You won't be disappointed!

1) the breakfast was our biggest disappointment. - the steam from the scrambled eggs condensed back into the container so much that the eggs sat in a pool of water, making it soggy and very unappetizing to look at. - the selection of fruits could have been better - bananas are a MUST. Who is going to have time to cut open and eat kiwis for breakfast? - the protein could be better - grilled chicken would have been way better than those salty oily sausages. - juices - please get more natural or healthier options than minute maid - it will make them kid-friendly 2) rooms should have a microwave 3) hotel could use a few more parking spots.
