Hotel is nice and clean, not much space for parking, staff was really nice we had to wait a little bit for our room because they were cleaning and they gave us a free beverage while we were waiting, we didn’t try the complementary breakfast but the breakfast area was nice and clean also, room and bet were clean and confortable, the only issue that we had was the AC was kinda loud, I recommend to stay in this hotel.

Extremely dirty, they don't clean the pool area. I could see the floor hasn't been cleaned in months, hair, earrings, toilet paper, dirt, cloudy water and rust on windows, doors, shower doors, etc. It was disgusting.

The carpet in the rom has a big stain I assume is because is friendly dog hotel. The room was clean but is really dusty back in the beds and we move the sofa bed due my son lost one of the toys and is not clean back there. The pool was dirty talking about the water and the floor.

The toilet moved when you sat on it. The sink stopper had no control so it kept going down and stopping up the sink so we finally had to take it out. The ice machine on the fourth floor did not work. The hot tub was being fixed. We were there for a weightlifting event. It would’ve been nice to have a hot tub after the event.

What was NOT okay is that we were given a room directly below where they were doing flooring repairs on the one above. At just past 8am, we were startled awake by loud banging & hammering directly above our heads. My wife\'s heart was racing and (not exaggerating) it sounded like they would come crashing through the ceiling at any moment. So much for sleeping in before traveling! The pounding & hammering continued and it didn\'t stop. We called the front desk and they confirmed that the repairs were directly above us and there was nothing they could do. We packed up and went to the front desk to check out, and and relayed what happened to a woman who identified herself as the "front desk manager." She replied that the workers "clock in at 8am and that\'s when the work starts." I shared we were astounded her company would have us pay for a room directly below the contruction work w/o warning. She shrugged, stating there was nothing she could do, and wished us a good day.

The property is clean and feels new. Unfortunately, we selected the Holiday Inn Express based on the pool, as we are road-tripping with kids. The pool is closed for maintenance. We literally paid twice as much for this property because of the pool so we are disappointed. The staff was not apologetic and didn’t attempt to make up for the problem.

Hot tub was great. Breakfast was wonderful. A little disappointed in the appearance of the hotel when we arrived. Garbage cans were heaping outside and by the elevator. Public bathroom had toilet paper sitting on rack instead of being put onto the rolls. Everything remained this way until the next day.

Really great hotel. We stayed one night as a family of 4. Cleanliness is the most important aspect of a hotel stay for me. Everything in our room was spotless. Not a hair to be found. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated the white cotton sheets and bedding. Didn’t use any of the facilities offered but did enjoy the breakfast in the morning. Lots of options. And the front desk clerks were nice and friendly.

This hotel does not have enough staff to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms. Linens sheets need to be replaced they have stains that can not be removed. Room was not stocked no towels a roll of tp that was half full and hair everywhere. We were a party of 6 and room was stocked for 1 person. This hotel needs a major deep cleaning. We attempted to reach Isabella the manager many times and so did hotels.com and still pending resolution

The beds were comfortable but the staff was so unfriendly. There was hair on the bathroom wall and on the bedside table. There was built up dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom. The highlight was the breakfast with the pancake maker.

Room had some unpleasant rust around the tub in bathroom. Sofa had some stains on it and the shampoo bottles were empty. Also, they never came to clean our room or replace our towels. Outside of one staff member, service pretty much sucked. Wouldnt stay here again for the money.

Have stayed here several times, as I travel 2-3 times a year on business. This time I had to ask to switch rooms. Restroom floors were dirty, so was the shower; body hair all over the place, didn’t look swept or mopped. There was even what looked like dried-up spit in the side of the sink, hate to think what else I woulda found if I hadn’t switched. Lift-up coffee table was damaged. Young lady at front desk was kind enough to move us.

This was the worst hotel on our family vacation stay. We had 2 rooms. The floors in the hotel were filthy. Looked like they mopped with a swiffer instead of a mop. Shower floor needed scrubbing with some good bleach. I stood on a towel in the shower. Yuck. We killed a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast food was cold! The food license on the wall expired last month. They need someone to come check this hotel immediately!!!

Nice big room that easily fit our family of 4. It was really nice that housekeeping came to do a lite cleanup each day - that’s become rare. The pool and hot tub were fun. Breakfast left a lot to be desired - most items were “out” regardless of the time we got there or items were broken.

We were only staying one night after a 12.5 hour drive, then leaving early for another long day of driving. Check-in was smooth, and our room was clean and quiet. The only negative was that the temperature in the room was very warm when we walked in at 10:30pm. It took a while to cool down. Other than that, everything was good.

Arrived around 7pm and was told our room wasn't ready. Explained that they had an issue with cleaning staff and offered a late check out. Staff was extremely apologetic and kind. We went to dinner (which we were going to do anyway) and got our room as soon as we got back. Felt like the issue was handled well, only thing that would have been better was if we had been notified before we arrived. Room itself was clean and spacious. The black out curtains were great. Standard breakfast.

Parking was usually full in front. Hotel was very noisy. Our room view was very weird- of a roof and garbage on it. Our mirror was covered in finger prints Staff didn’t clean our room or refresh it the second day, had to go down for towels. Didn’t empty our garbages. 3rd day they did. They were nice about it. We’ve stayed at other holiday inns and loved them, this one was just ok.

My husband and I went on a vacation across AZ and NM and we stayed at a few different hotels and this was our last stay of the trip before we headed home. This was by far the best stay we had. The room was gigantic and so clean and beautiful. I wish all of the places would have been this good!! Just wonderful made it hard to leave!

Lobby and staff were very welcoming. Check-in was brief but efficient and facilities were clean and easily accessible. Room layout was terrific as they were both large and well furnished with plenty of storage and excellent lighting. Bed was quite comfortable and room a/c quiet and effective. Overall a pleasure to stay.

I believe it was very unique that the property has such a well known name such as,”Holiday Inn”, and yet they had 4 different sets of guests; myself included just waiting in the lobby for our rooms to be ready. Check in was at 3 and we didn’t get into our room until 5.

We were evacuated from our home due to wildfires. The staff was so kind and caring during our stay. They even worked with us to check out early once the mandatory evacuation was lifted. They were always sure to provide information on community resources for evacuees. The hotel was super clean and there was a great selection of food at the included breakfast. The hotel was busy and crowded with evacuees, but the staff remained calm and friendly.

Asked staff 3 times to make up my room and change towels. Was told 3 times they would do it. Our room was never made up and we got fresh towels once and I had to ask front desk another time. Housekeeping was NEVER informed of our requests. Not much of a deal for the price!!!

Excellent stay and wonderful staff! The only negative to the location is the signage is difficult to see if arriving from the north. The city of Roswell needs to trim the bushes at the street.

For one the USB ports in the rooms are all jacked up and don't work, the hotel has only two luggage cart to service all members which is unacceptable due to the amount they charge for the rooms, breakfast not so good and the welcoming receptionist especially on day time are not friendly and very welcoming and they do very little to accommodate guests.
