I liked their breakfast service and all those who worked in the kitchen, receptionists weren’t bad either. Housekeeping was trying too but the room was way too small and the door attached to the bathroom couldn’t close well and always water leakage under door. No microwave in room, no laundry service in building

Hotel in una tranquilla zona residenziale a pochi minuti dalla stazione metro e al centro commerciale di Bur Juman dove ci sono tanti ristoranti.L'aeroporto si raggiunge facilmente sia in taxi che con la metro. A dieci minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia.. Tutto ok. Camera pulita ,a disposizione bollitore e frigo, Ogni giorno due bottigliette di acqua ,tè e caffè. Il personale gentile e disponibile.C'è anche il parcheggio privato di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Hotel in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from the metro station and the Bur Juman shopping center where there are many restaurants. The airport can be reached easily either by taxi or by metro. A ten minute walk from the old town .. Everything ok. Clean room, kettle and fridge available, Two bottles of water, tea and coffee every day. The staff were polite and helpful. There is also a private car park which we did not use.

The property was clean and all, but no services to help get luggages and the automatic door did not work so you have to pull your luggages with no help and still open the heavy door to walk through. Also limited transportation in this area.It took me me over an hour to catch a taxi in the very hot, humid and sunny weather. I was trying to get to gold souk. The hotel can arrange taxis, however, a booked taxi is more expensive than getting the taxi in the local yourself.

On our arrival at 7 a.m. the receptionist asked for 100 UAED for „early check-in“. After a 7 Hour flight I didnt had the power for a discussion and we just wanted to sleep. I was in many hotels from 2 to 5 Stars and nobody asked for a fine like this. This is not customer friendly. After this bad situation on the checkin went for our room. The room was very dirty, bathroom felt apart and more. We send the manager a message but nothing changed. The room service was the baddest I ever had. I feel sorry to Write this down, but the room was very dirty, day after day. They forgot to give us two towels everyday, Even after we told the receptionist two times. One day the room service let our door opened. Thankfully nothing got Stolen. The only two positive things: - Free Parking - very good Wifi We cannot recommend this hotel

Der Teppich und die Matratze waren überseht mit Haaren und Krümeln! Der Teppich total verfleckt und die Tassen sowie Löffel im Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt! Keine Hand- und Duschtücher vorhanden! Musste immer für alles anrufen und es kam sehr zögerlich! Das Einchecken im Hotel hat ca. 45 min gedauert! Alles im allem kann ich nicht verstehen wie das Hotel 8 Punkte von 10 in der Bewertung bekommen haben! Habe mehrfach Expedia anrufen müssen damit diese intervenieren was aber nicht wirklich viel gebracht hat! Ich gehe davon aus das diese Punkte gekauft wurden

The hotel is quite nice inside and staff is friendly and helpful. They even extended my check-out time one hour as I had to catch a late flight at night once I left and helped keeping my suitcase after checkout. On the negative side: 1) the area is nothing special, and I got to pay a rate that was relatively high (for the same money, I got a hotel close to Dubai Marina just on the few days before my stay in Bur Dubai); 2) the room was facing on a construction site just next to the hotel, so the view was absolutely horrible; 3) even though the hotel is on a very quiet street, there is noise coming from the temple for the prayers at 5:30 am; 4) rooms on the first floor are so close to the lobby and to the restaurant that at night you can hear all the conversations in the lobby, in addition than the noise from the restaurant in the very early morning when they are setting things up for breakfast; 5) the drain of the shower of my room was quite slow, so if I showered for more than 4-5 minutes I ended up flooding the entire bathroom. Despite the few issues, it was overall good.

This is a great option for your stay in Dubai. Budget friendly, clean hotel located near subway, about 10 minute walk. There are plenty of stores, a shopping mall, and restaurants in the area. The hotel staff made the bed and folded the towels almost every day, and stocked new water bottles. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. On the negative side the water pressure in the bathroom was underwhelming. The bed was on the hard side, even though it had additional padding. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Staff and service needs an improvement like keeping 2 towels when 2 travellers are staying. Keeping hand towel set rather on demand. Reservation pax was courteous to fit in all the needs, thanks for that. Major issue was hot water which was very unstable as it was either very hot or very cold, mixed seems not working. Aircon vent option was making my room chill at 21 degree Celsius. :((

호텔이 외진곳에 있고 수압이 너무 낮아서 씻는데 무척 힘들었습니다. 수압을 인위적으로 조절하는 거 같았습니다. 정말 물이 졸졸 흘러 나오고 뜨거운물 잘 안 나옵니다. 냉방은 잘 되지만 진짜 위치가 공항에서 가깝다는 거 외엔 장점이 전혀 없습니다.

The staff are really great. Always ready to help. Whatever you ask, this hotel has it (dental kit, shaving kit etc.) Which even 5 star hotels save money on these days. It is many small things that make things better overall. Rooms are great, bright with temprature control etc. One improvement in my view is breakfast. It was a let down.

This is a great hotel, excellent location close to alot of local restaurants and shopping. Close to Supermarkets, malls and restaurants. The staff are very courteous, and extremely helpful. I would like to thank the staff Muhad, Sylvne, one other young gentleman and 2 of the young ladies staff who were very helpful and all are a great asset for the hotel. Kudos to all for your hard work and dedication. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the near future.They all made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We like the location of the hotel. It is very close to Mena Bazar an old souk. 10 Mins walk from Dubai Creek. You can take a 5-minute boat ride to go to the other side and another 5 minutes to the world-famous gold souk. Overall, from the hotel to all the old Dubai attractions is pretty close. If you would like Asian food, this would be your haven. There are so many restaurants around this hotel that are open 24/7.

The room was not what I expected at all. Different from the photos. And the area around the hotel is some of the worse slums I’ve seen in Dubai. Extremely disgusting with poor sanitation. Will never ever go back there again.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff were among the most accommodating and friendliest people of most hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was amazing and fulfilling. And the room was clean and relaxing. My only con would be the fact that the metro was a bit of a walk. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
