Called for the free airport shuttle. The hotel is five minutes from the airport. They told us it would be 15 minutes. Called back after 30 minutes of waiting. They assured us the driver was close. We gave up after an hour and paid $40 for an Uber. Ceiling tiles removed for an apparent leak on the main floor. Nobody working to fix it the entire time we were there. Floor slippery. Gym closed. Pool cold. Breakfast was great. There's a gas station convenience store next door to the hotel, which was... convenient. It's right on the highway so it's very noisy if your room faces the highway.

Love how the towels and toilet paper were presented in the room. The gym only had one working treadmill, tv for the treadmills didn't work.. Loved the express coffee station. The hot water dispenser was lame, why not put the hot water in the same kind of dispenser as the coffee?! How about getting another hot water dispenser and putting it on the breakfast table side?! The breakfast omelettes were good. Breakfast was ok. It did have several choices, would have liked the food to be hotter. The bed was pretty comfortable. Overall would I stay at this place again, yes.

We stayed here twice within a week because it was pre-booked on our first trip there we had no water on our second day of waking up for hours no access to laundry on our return stay back. They were not accommodating at all with any type of early check-in Even when I asked if I could pay extra for early check-in since we were coming in from another state and got off of the ship early.

No water, no coffee, no earplugs—even though they have a sign offering because you are very close to airport. Usually I can check with front desk as to dinner recommendations, this Holiday Inn had a list and no one had been to any of the restaurants. They do need some updating to pool area. Bed was comfortable and shower large.

Nice hotel, unfortunately no restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, beds were great. Our bathroom sink had to have the stopper removed or the sink never drained. The tv had a line down the center so half the screen was darker than the other half. Has a shuttle for airport transportation but new employer called us a Lyft to be picked up from the airport. Rather confusing when we get to the hotel & see the shuttle sitting there. Would've been nice if it could be used to go to a restaurant.

Our room was filled with cockroaches. We went out and returned to the room at night and they were just everywhere. From the bathroom , to room , to kitchen crawling all over the wall . Orbitz couldn’t get ahold of the manager to approve a refund although we paid at the Hotel. The Gm didn’t want to give us a refund just a free night stay with points. & our receipt had someone else’s card on it . Which we haven’t received the points or email like we were told we would . We also haven’t received our $50 deposit back . Maybe because that’s not our card on file . Not sure what’s going on , but we’ve never had issues like this before. The Gm was nice but still nothing was resolved. Would not stay here again or recommend, seems like they have a pest problem . Our sheets were very dirty & room smelled like mold and dog!

The Hotel was very comfortable, service was great. However, I was cold and when I turned on the heat I noticed that the air was coming out of a vent that was probably dirty. Since I am alergic to dust, I developed a severed headache during the night which I believe was the result of dust from the vent. Perhaps there is a filter that needs to be replaced. Otherwise this hotel was great.

We arrived and my husband and I and 6 other people had to wait an hour to get checked in because the hotel worker left their shift and didn't wait until the other shift person clocked in. After waiting and hour the key card system didn't work . We had to wait 15 minutes for the worker to fix the key card and then when we got to our room , the key still doesn't work. So we had to go back down to the lobby to fix it again. We finally got the fixed and then our room was next to the housekeeping door and we couldn't sleep because the house keeping keep going back and forth. Also we heard the toilet running . We couldn't flush the toilet for about 30 minutes before we could flush it. We talked to the manager they said they couldn't refund our money because it was through third party. I will be calling corporate
