Ok so the lobby is nice and clean. But the room I had was kinda gross. My towels were not nicely folded almost like left from the last person. Mold on the curtain in the shower. I didn’t get new towels after day one and I needed new ones. No one seemed to clean up anything. I heard angry guests about various issues and when coming out of my room at one point heard the desk guy talking smack about multiple guests. It was like they had one maid. The front desk wore whatever and it felt like the quality of the place just didn’t care. My pillow was smelly and I’m pretty sure they aren’t stripping the bed fully to save time. The towels I finally got on day two were damp. Good sure had GF options. Muffins. Eggs. But put the eggs by bread. I have celiacs. That’s cross contamination so it canceled out. The eggs were seriously rubbery the worst I have ever had in my life. There were many times I couldn’t come any kind of support and front desk persons were just gone for 10+ minutes at 4pm… stay anywhere else

When we got to our room the bed sheets were dirty! Looked like a blood stain and also a food stain on them. We had to call front desk three times from our cell phones to get them changed (motel phone did not work in the room) The front desk was extremely rude about my husbands car trailer and where it was parked when nothing was even asked about our type of vehicle or anything upon check in. Tiles on the floor were loose in the bathroom and popped as you walked on them. Pool was very small.. It was not a great experience

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in walking distance to several restaurants, liquor store, Walmart, and there is a trampoline park right behind the hotel which is great for kids. My only complaint is that I book a room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Room said it accommodates 5. Booking does require you to add the ages. I assumed that I would be given a room with a pullout sofa but I did not. It had 2 queen beds. I asked for a roll away bed and they said they have 3 which were all being used. The beds were comfy, however my kids did not sleep well as they had to squish in one bed. I can understand if the kids are small, you could make it work, However, my kids are 11, 13 and 15, and the hotel does require this info before hand, so it would have been nice to get a room with a pullout or they should have more rollaway beds available. Other than that, the hotel was peaceful and lovely.
