No problems with this hotel at all. Very close to interstate...easy on and off. Good breakfast. Heater worked in the room. Beds comfortable. Hot water in shower and good water pressure. Perfect for a place to sleep on longer trip. Free parking on site.

Everything was great, room was quiet, bed was easy to sleep in, breakfast was good. The only things I personally did not prefer was… the pool the shape of a triangle and the shallow are starts 3 1/2 feet. The other was that the smoking section is right in front of the pool by the gate to get it.

Room 143 has a moisture problem. Very humid. Whole building needs a remodel definitely looks run down. The staff was polite and helpful with my concerns that they could fix when we checked in at 11pm. The morning breakfast area was clean and well stocked. I’m also thankful the parking lot was large enough to park a truck pulling a RV trailer.

It was an amazing experience, clean and had everything we needed! Quiet and great company, I just wished the pool had no hours. As a night shift worker it’s hard to be up during the day to swim!

The hotel is right off the highway but is quiet, there’s a few restaurants and an ice cream shop within walking distance, the rooms were clean, bathroom was clean and pool/fitness area were both nice. Ms. Steph, the overnight/early morning front desk attendant is THE BEST!

The staff was friendly and prompt with ease of check in/out. I will say the cleanliness couldve have been better the hallways were extremely dirty and walls of the actual room had cracks and holes in them. The bed and sheets were clean and bathroom was also very clean. We would return.

The room was basic but we expected that. We did not expect to wear our shoes the entire time because of dirty, sticky floors. I took my shoes off and immediately put them back on due to the stickiness of the floor. I went and wet a towel so I could wipe up what looked like sticky spilled soda. But it was the entire floor. We had already unpacked so I didn’t want to switch rooms. I took pictures of the filthy towel that I used to wipe the floor with. It was the entire floor, not just certain spots. The staff was extra pleasant and there was a nice breakfast in the morning. We were traveling so we left at 6:20 am.

We opened the door to our room and and strong mold smell hit us. When we turned on the light and walked in my wife noticed that every step I took dirty water came up in between the tiles. We got a different room and every though it wasn’t moldy it reeked like stinky feet. We laid towels out so we didn’t have to touch the carpet on the floor. I. Now know how this hotel has a good rating because it was an absolutely horrible and filthy hotel. Avoid at all costs.

We stopped just for the night as a halfway point of our trip. First, the high points: -Trevor, at check in, was friendly -Bed/pillows were comfortable Low points: -The whole building generally needs updating. Common area around the front desk looked newish, but hallways and our room (139) need an overhaul. -Specific improvements: Bathroom had a clogged sink and shower drain. Bathroom drop ceiling tiles were dirty/moldy. Sink in the bathroom was cracked—the entire bathroom pretty much needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Walls in the rest of the room look like they haven’t been dusted for a while. Room wasn’t well lit (which maybe was a good thing) If you end up stopping in London, KY, I would suggest a different hotel, but definitely head to the little downtown and stop at *LOCAL HONEY* for a meal. We had the best dinner of our trip there!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Offered us cookies upon checking in. The room was quite small but clean and had all the amenities needed. Breakfast was okay, the waffles were good and offered a variety of foods. The biscuits and gravy, and eggs were bland. Overall, a great place to spend one or two nights. The building is old and could use some renovation but the room was comfortable.

Property was not what I expected from Baymont/Wyndham brand. Upon arriving, if I had not already paid a nonrefundable stay I would have passed on ti's hotel. The fan on the out dated AC unit was loud and constant. Without fan it was warm. The mini fridge would go on and off and was loud. Beds were just ok. The guy checking us in was nice.

Staff was helpful and friendly. There were quite a few people checking in at the same time i was, and the woman at the front desk was quick but friendly with everyone that i saw. The discounts for some of the local restaurants were also nice.

The front desk lady was very flustered when she booked us in. She put us in a room already assigned to someone else. At 2am we were woken up by loud noises and somebody trying to open our room door. The safety latch was the only reason they did not barge into our room. We could not sleep for the rest of the night. The morning after breakfast we were locked out of the room...we went all thd way vack doen to thd front desk fof them to reprogram our key. I would not recommend thos hotel at all.

The staff person that checked us in seems annoyed that we were even there. Never cracked a smile. Our room was substandard compared to all the places we stayed this past 10 days. Stains on the comforter no normal cups to use for water no hbo or other streaming options. Our remote was held together with blue tape bathroom out dated. Yes someone needs to invest a little Money in this Place for upgrades

Parking lot is littered with trash. The walkways dirty. The tv remote was missing the back cover. One of the drawers in the dresser was very stained. The carpet in our room was not clean and my dog became very ill and i had to go to ER Vet after her eating Marijuana from the carpet. $300 vet bill. More than my 3 night stay price. Got an external room for ease of access to take my dog on walks. Bad idea. Several people hanging out on the balcony and ground floor being noisy. Ground floor right by the stairs people had 6 pool chairs set up outside their room blocking the sidewalk. Hotel location is convenient for shopping and food, also close to my family that i was visiting. Will look elsewhere next trip.

Hotel is a bit difficult to get to it since there’s road construction going on. The hotel looks like it’s been renovated and it was at a convenient location for a night rest after hours of driving, bed was a bit hard but comfortable, room was clean and linen was spotless! We’ll be added to my return list for sure!

Not the easiest hotel to get into and out of, but it's a nice hotel. No view at all unless you like seeing interstate or parking lots. Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel as we were in to see family for the holidays, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable and the breakfast was good. Will likely stay again.

I wish I had asked her name , the night desk person was so nice !! Room was freezing cold . Unusually cool weather so we just turned off the AC. Breakfast looked good , yet did not taste good ( eggs and biscuit & gravy ). Would have been nice to have apples or bananas.

The guy at front desk, Tim, was nice and helpful. The room was mostly clean, however the sheets had a few stains on them. Breakfast was underwhelming... Dry crumbly biscuits, egg patties, sausage patties, etc. All items were definitely previously frozen, not fresh. Overall not a bad for the sub $100 price, but was hoping for better. The bed was comfortable though!

Very happy with this motel! As soon as you walk in the clean smell is awesome! The breakfast is good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, assorted breads. The staff is friendly, polite and very accommodating. I highly recommend!
