Clean, great rooms, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You’re close to big stores to stock up on food and drinks if needed. Only critique was the swimming pool- looked a bit dirty/old and would benefit from some upgrades/improvements. Kids didn’t mind though- absolutely would stay here again!

Asked clerk if pool was functioning before checking in. 15 minutes later pool closed before we could use and would not give refund.

Nice staff, the pool has too much chlorine, you can tell a lot of pets stay at the hotel, sometimes hard to get towels

My recent stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Warren, Michigan, was unfortunately far from what I had anticipated. I chose this hotel specifically for its pool, as my 12-year-old daughter had been eagerly looking forward to a small birthday pool party with family. However, upon check-in, we were informed that the pool was closed and wouldn't be available for another day or two. To our dismay, further investigation revealed that the pool had been closed since the summer, and this crucial information was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel website. This was particularly disheartening as swimming was the sole request for my daughter's birthday celebration. Despite utilizing the Hilton app, I encountered issues with the wireless room key feature, which was unexpectedly unavailable. The front desk staff, however, were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay, addressing various concerns I had with the room. One of the remotes was missing a battery, which was promptly replaced. The TV in the living room area was unresponsive to the remote, requiring maintenance assistance. The room itself appeared worn down and in dire need of an upgrade. Towels in the kitchen exhibited a yellow tint, and the sofa bed in the living area was broken, though we managed to make it work due to sheer exhaustion. Regrettably, the sleep quality was subpar, marking one of the worst nights I've experienced in a hotel. Furthermore, a disconcerting discovery of a pair of panties under the bed in the main sl

I did not like the smell of room it gives you feel not good some staff at bathroom not working properly. Phone not working in your room

The staff at the hotel was helpful and did what they could to make our stay more comfortable. However, the first room we were in had a previous guest’s dirty clothes under the bed, the closet had an awful smell and we found a bed bug in the room. When we alerted the staff of the bed bug, they had us move rooms, to a much smaller room as that’s all they had available. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this property again. The staff mentioned we should be getting a refund for the room but have yet to receive a credit.

The room we checked in had dog or cat hair all over the carpet from the guest that used the room also the other room I stayed in had old trash up under the sink in the kitchen from the previous guest….i really had a video vs photos tho our room was switched I booked two double rooms n got two king rooms I didn’t even get what i thought I was paying for.!!!!

The property was clean and welcoming it looks like a five-star hotel this service even overnight was excellent everybody was very helpful

The receptionist that checked me in gave me the incorrect number for a second night stay. When I tried to book my second night they did not honor that number. My room was not properly cleaned there was hair all over the room . On the towels and in the shower. I would like to be compensated for the poor service and standard of cleanliness here.

The room was clean. Smelled fresh. Staff was nice and helpful. Room service was great.

The suite was very clean and the kitchen was as well.

The bed was comfortable with great amenities. Very quiet room. Only negatives were that my dog found food on the floor, ice maker was noisy (even when turned off), paper towels were not replaced, and no one at front desk. Also, located on a noisy side street where trucks go up and down.

Room was spacious and clean. However the hall had dirty linen and the trash was overfull. Overall will stay again.

Room was very hot 24 degrees celcius no matter how cooler i tried the change the thermostat to.

Check out time and breakfast time being extended and a full kitchen was super impressive

We have stayed here before and had no issues. This time we had to talk to the front desk four times (3 hours of waiting) about a plumbing problem with our toilet. It wasn’t until I emailed the general manager that something was done. We ended up being late for an event that we had come to Detroit for. The staff and general manager were attentive to us after I sent the email. I doubt we will be back though.

Excellent staff service

The front desk person was rude and not accommodating at all. I was not allowed to pay for my room with the debit card that I reserved the room with. I was told … it was the Manager’s decision but I didn’t meeet a manager. The property was beautiful. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. I have never had an experience like this. Needless to say… my family and I will not patronize this establishment in the future.

When I got there my room wasn’t ready yet others were coming in getting rooms then when I get there the room was damaged and I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she tells me that she have service other guest as if I didn’t have reservations and then told her I am a guest and I’m here first she needs to take care of me first she then replied when something comes available I would be moved but I will never visit again I wasn’t satisfied at all

We checked in, my wife showered we left for a concert. When we got back we showered. It was a hot sweaty concert. We used 3 towels at that point. I woke up showered.My wife asked if I could grab her a fresh towel. To our surprise they didn’t have any clean towels available.. my wife was not impressed

Loved my stay wish I got the lady name at the desk she was sooooo helpful she worked the afternoon on 2/9/25 so kind and helpful thank you. Will definitely be back.

They couldn't check me in even after waiting for over an hour. Seems their servers were down and none of their systems were working.

I did not enjoy my breakfast on both days i stayed there. They served mexican eggs and raw potatoes/hash browns. It had spices i couldn't eat. I had cereal but that was it.
