They had big parking lot but still hard to find parking ,the rooms were big and air conditioner kick butt,staff couldn't really understand them ,

RUN! BEWARE! WARNING! CAUTION! AVOID! RED FLAG! Shady area...drugs, dumpy! If you want to get murdered, raped, or stolen from, come here! When I was checking in, there was a sign the said they were shutting off all power to the grounds from 10pm-6am. That was my first clue to book elsewhere!

Our room has a lot of graffiti. Under building parking unorganized. Our bathroom sink had hairs

This is a great spot. You get a good bang for your buck. Affordable rooms, spacious rooms and plenty of parking. It is along a busy street so getting in and out can be a bit unsafe. There are 3 entrances so keep that in mind when driving in. The property is fairly quiet. There is plenty of shopping and dinning nearby. Target and Walmart are less than a mile away.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but did NOT like the soap dispensers they were hard to get shampoo and soup out of. the customer service could have been better, they had NO quarters for me to buy for laundry room, washer and dryers do need to be canned. I had to ask housekeeping basic questions because front desk employee did not know English that well, There was NO ice machine

Cockroaches!! I wasn’t expecting nothing good here but when we got there we got in a tiny room, bathroom was disgusting, room not really clean, hairs all over the bed, and top it off cockroaches everywhere!! Room was semi nice looking but still half ass cleaned. I would rather spend the extra money next time on a better hotel.

The first room I got had bed bugs and I had to move rooms. They did nothing to try to compensate me for the horrible night I had there.

The room was disgusting, dirty infested with cockroaches. Really terrible I am not sure if my clothes got infected with roaches.

I did not like the customer service she was very rude. The room had house roaches and the tub and sink was dirty. I was uncomfortable and did not sleep well because I don't like bugs.

My room could have been cleaner, my room had roaches crawling around and dead roaches on the ground.

Second time here. The floor doesn’t look dirty but it is. I don’t think they mop the floors when they do cleaning. I used my Lysol wipes to wipe the floor and the wipes were black with dirt. Also there are roaches. It’s a no smoking room. But the room really smells like people smoke. It’s really strong. The smell lingered on my clothes. Overall. Room looked nice. Just upset how dirty the floor was and how bunch it smelled of cigarettes smelled.

My shower water never heated up. Plus there was hair on my sheets. It's a 2 star hotel at a reasonable price, so I still can't complain much. Beats sleeping in the airport for sure.

Simple yet big. 2 king beds with 2 LARGE rooms, 2 TVs, kitchenette available with table and 2 chairs. reasonably priced. The negative, No couch or other sitting furniture. Good enough for one night. I would go there again with a couple of camp chairs.

Got a king bed but room area felt really small. Have stayed there on other occasions and have gotten way bigger rooms. Had my 2 little ones with me and there was hardly any room for their play pen.

This place is clean, that's about it. It is more of a motel where people stay for days or weeks at a time. The internet was terrible, couldn't really work as planned. The noise until 2am with people slamming doors, knocking on doors and talking in the patio was loud. OK to stay since this was a very clean room, there is no breakfast or shampoo in the bathroom, no top sheet on my bed, just a light blanket. Just not a hotel at all, if I would have known, I would have spent a bit more money and stayed with breakfast and good wifi at other hotels in the area

Got a spacious room with an even bigger bathroom. No rude neighbors. Had an amazing stay

Water took a very long time to get warm. It didn’t even get hot it was a cool warm. After being out in the cold you’d wanna take a hot shower but we couldn’t do that. The beds were nice king sized but the mattresses needed to be changed they were falling in and it was so uncomfortable. I like the room but updates would be nice.

The suite we had actually had 3 King Beds in it. First time I've ever seen such a thing but really made our stay extremely comfortable.

Stayed for a night because we needed the separate rooms. It was fine, but I wouldn't have stayed longer - we didn't feel comfortable. - beds were uncomfortable - paper thin walls (could here conversation of people in the room next door, and they weren't talking that loudly) - room looked updated but a bunch of random furniture with peeling paint - bathroom looked remodeled but the tub/shower was gross; we wouldn't use it. - there was no handle on the door adjoining the rooms. We used a backpack to hold it shut. - area felt kind of sketchy. Some kind of police incident that night too; we were woken by their siren and flashing lights in the parking lot.

The walls were so thin then people next door or upstairs was SOOOOOO Loud we could not sleep. There was two rooms but only one TV. There should be a TV in both rooms.

Certain rooms are nice and spacious other rooms are cramped up and hardly have space. Big plus they offer fridge and microwave in every room

Beware the walked in I was totally topless no knock nothing they just stared I was mortified no apology no refund nothing. Beds feel like cardboard I got bit in my face I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! What if you have children etc. disgusting place

They wouldn’t refund my cash deposit of $40 cash… and told me to come back 12 hours later for a maybe refund, just because they messed up and don’t know what they’re doing and start yelling at you and threaten the cops

I was in the room fully naked and the cleaning guy just walked in with no knock warning or anything AT 8:30 at night. Then when I came to the door he proceeded to tell me I needed to go pay. And I said I made a reservation online until the 1st I paid my full price when I checked in. He gets on his walkie talkie and says something in Chinese. I said hey sir you just walked in on me I don’t think I deserve That I think you guys should give me a night or half a night back since you disturbed me. They refused they offered me 10$ off discount the next time I come I said no that’s not going to work. They then proceeded to tell me well I don’t know if he actually went in the room I said I had my door locked and it was partially unlocked when I walked to the door ALLLLL of my children were sleeping and in a deep sleep, so it couldn’t be them . They bumped it up to 20$ I will be trying to take legal action . Unless I get a full refund!

The front desk staff morning people are pretty cool nice try to go above and beyond to create a good welcome but the staff that is there at night or overnight has the worst and nastiest attitude ever I requested at times toilet paper or towels and they will not give it to me or they will walk all the way to the room to make sure that I am staying there I've had issues where I've called the front desk to let them know that someone in the room next to us was screaming to be let out and was fighting with someone else and that lady just still quiet and said well what do you want me to do so for that reason amongst others I have decided to stop going to Norwalk in

It was a good place to stay, affotable,clean, and comfortable very fast internet good service, and very friendly front desk and staff. I will come back to stay when I'm in the area. I highly recommended. Thanks!! Norwalk Inn & Suites.

Staff doesn’t speak English.

You get what you pay for. We went inexpensive and that is what we got. It was clean but also felt not clean. The beds were fine and we got what we wanted a place to lay our heads for the night. The neighborhood did not feel safe. The motel rooms felt run down but clean. They rent rooms by the hour which did not give me reassurance. Our stay was okay but I would not book again.
