The front desk staff were incredibly nice. Super comfortable beds. Easy in and out to your rooms from the parking lot. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. Unfortunately there was no hot water the whole time. Just lukewarm. The jets in the hot tub by the pool (freezing!) didn’t work which would have helped make up for the lack of hot water in the bathroom. While I’m not upset about any of this because it was a casual reason we were visiting, if we needed to shower and get ready for an event, it would have been a real bummer and inconvenience. Would not chose to stay again.

Breakfast was crowded as room was too small to support guests. Food was constantly out despite efforts from one staff member…they could use another staff member. Don’t expect ice either as all ice machines had signs sharing they were out of order.

Our room was a non smoking room and smelled terrible. We tried using room spray, but i think thr smell was actually in the carpet. We arent smokers and the smell was there from day one. There was a semi truck parked right outside out room window, so opening it up would make it very noisy. There were blood stains on the window coverings and the drain in the shower was clogged.

I was there and some Asian guy asked could he help me but I was a paying guest I just stared at him cause there was nothing for him to help me with ! I kept getting stared at by this tall Latina women not sure if she was the cleaning women but wherever I went she was there staring at me oddly I also saw a roach there a big cockroach and the rooms need an major upgrade

I booked a room with a microwave and refrigerator and there was no microwave in my room so I paid extra for one of their lower end rooms they gave me. I talked to the front desk lady and she told me they can't have microwaves on the bottom floor because people come and steal them. So I told expedia to refund me the difference of the hotel rooms. They called the hotel and then the a different nicer person brought us a microwave. However, the room smelled really bad and I still feel that I got jipped on a nicer room. Also the hot tub was closed the first couple of nights we stayed there and then it was open and we got in and it burned out eyes so bad. If we would have stayed in there another minute i think we would have had to go to the hospital. I told them about this and they did nothing about it. So I am wondering how many others got into the hot tub and burned their eyes. Also their photos on Expedia show a room with a couch and there is no couches in any of their rooms except their business suite. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great!

We got room #110. The room was clean, AC works good. The only window facing staircase, not good. No microwave in the room. A dealership next door in construction phase. Noise, dust, etc. Staff (Ivett) was friendly and helpful. Will I come back here? No.

Very loud, There is extensive work going on in front and on the side of the building. If you are in a bottom floor room be aware that the room above you will be extremely loud. Hard to sleep with the walls and floor shaking at all hours of the night. The bed has a huge dip in the middle and you cannot sleep without rolling into the dip. No Tea in the room only coffee.

The facility is dated but the bedding is very comfortable, and the room was very clean. When I made the reservation I didn’t realize it’s a motel set up, with all the room doors outside, although there are rooms that are less exposed, in a hallway. When I checked in I was given a room facing the parking lot and found it to be very noisy. The next morning I asked to change rooms and Debra was very courteous and accommodating. She assigned me a room in the hallway and I slept much better the next 2 nights. Breakfast is good - love the fresh yogurt machine!

I needed to have the checkout extended since I had to do a zoom meeting from 10 am to 2:15 pm. They were very accommodating, initially extending it to 1 pm free of charge. When I checked out, they offered no charge but I offered and insisted to pay half day charge. They were very accommodating, great service.

Borderline 2.5* hotel. Not sure why reviews so good. Ok hotel to just sleep and go. Brkfast ok with eggs with sausage patties/potatoes or bacon Not much around, just car dealerships. Go there only if you have sthg to do there. If vacationing and unsure what area to stay, don't stay there.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. The water was always hot - so that is huge plus in my book. The breakfast every morning was good, always eggs and either bacon, sausage, or another meat. The worker was very good and worked hard to keep things stocked. They even have a pancake maker that is very cool for the kids to watch as the pancake goes down the conveyer belt. I would definitely stay here again. Price was good and it is right off the freeway.

The bed was ok. I paid too much for one night stay. The room was a bit dirty. Hair behind the bthm door. Sticky stains on the tv stand. Smears on the mirrors. I did not like the breakfast they offered. They offered instant flavored oatmeal. The chorizo looked like cat food, I even heard another guest saying the same thing. The only good thing is that it’s close to the freeway

The property was clean and does offer a hot breakfast. However, the breakfast was something not to be desired. The juices were very watered down; the eggs seamed like some other kind of eggs, possibly packaged dry eggs; sausage tasted older (not fresh); the French toasted were also not fresh; and the coffee was not decent either. Having noted this I was disappointed in the breakfast at this location.
