Super Inn

We checked in and I went to work at 11:00 am. By the time I got out of work at 8:00pm we had been removed from the room because while I was gone my boyfriend was dropped off by two of his siblings who came to the room and used the restroom. I called and was told there wouldn't be any change in the managers mind regarding the decision of being g kicked out and that I could get my key deposit the next day.so the next day I went afterwork and was told no key deposit would be returned because the room was messed up and it took the maid two hours to clean up. I argued that we never even used the room except for the restroom which was used by the two siblings really quick. He disagreed and we ended up getting only $10 back. Very rude service, can't have any guests AT ALL, ROACHES even with the lights on, torn comforter, bathroom had soaps that were opened by previous guests, paper thin towels, and floor with tiles missing so tripping is inevitable. Might have been a better comment had I actually gotten to use room with boyfriend but bad management doomed the entire experience.

Iover 55 roaches during my 2 day stay , no sleep and no Peace

There was roaches. No towels. HORRIBLE.

Terrible motel! Would never go back or recommend. 4 of us in a room with only 1 towel and half a roll of toilet paper. Soiled sheets on one bed. Homeless hanging outside the room with noise all night. Filthy conditions all around. Would like a refund. Ugh!

Terrible, bugs and cockroaches all over. Could not stay there!

Infested with cockroaches dirty it was the worst experience I want a refund

The place was very dirty and I mean as far as though walls inside the room the restroom was dirty there was here all over the shower walls and I had unwanted guests in my room and what I mean by that is roaches there was a hole in the ceiling covered with tape bathroom didn't have curtains over the windows so if you walk by you could look straight into the restroom overall this is just not a good place to stay unless there is no other rooms in the state of California

Checkin was fast. Got into the room...tv was smashed in screen and didn't work. No blinds on bathroom window. Had working microwave and mini fridge. There was prostitution going on next door all night. Rough area. Heard loud traffic all my stay. Only 1 towel for two people. Exposed wiring in ceiling. Smoke detector broken. Roaches.

Stay away. A lot of illegal activities. Yelling middle of the night. Loud cars in and out all night. No hot water, roaches running around the bathroom. It’s better than sleeping in the car.

Staff friendly and accommodating, place was clean and quiet

Walls and flooring of the hallway were discusting!!!the whole entire place is old!! It smelt like someone peeed in the hall way! The walls inside the room are gross u wouldn’t let met kids to dog sleep there!! The pics of the room are very deceiving to the eye. If your in desperate need of a place last minute and it’s cheap please save your money and just sleep in the car rheee were bugs too on the floor in the bathroom! I never left a hotel so fast before in my life! I wish I took photos but please believe me when I tell you stay very far away from this place also the guy shorten and pocket 35 dollors!! This hotel should be taken down asap!!

HOVELL, masking tape held a/c unit to window/wall opening, scotch tape held wood window sill to wall together, bathroom wood frame hollow door separated from knob to bottom, bullet holes in the walls poorly patch with mud plaster, no hot water in three days, manager arrive at 10:15 am final day to usher us out by 10;30 his check out time, of which we were unaware, assuming industry standard of 11:00 am check out, he then informed us the hot water WAS WORKING AGAIN and turned on shower to demonstrate, no hot water, he departed for a few minutes, returned and hot water commenced, it was nowCHECK OUT TIME, On line price quoted was not honoured, he increased the price and said Somme other made the error, sheet stained, granular material found between sheets, may be spice, nutmeg, jinger, or pepper, towel rack improperly installed, . At check in toilet stool floor area was water covered. I requested no service for my three day stay, Friday Saturday Sunday, I slept in my clothes, pillows were stuffed with USED BATH AND FACE TOWELS, lumpy to rest your head on, ROOM FRAGRANCE musty, damp, cold, now well ventilated, or open to fresh air frequently, heater air conditioner poor warm air supply. I never turned heater off in 3 days. I never approached the MANAGER GARY after check in due to his surliness and uncompromising countenance when I informed him of the HIGHER RATE THAN ADVERTISED and confirmed on line. its very peaceful not loud and there is some food places around which is nice. The service was amazing the manager is very friendly and social. It was more than I expected when I arrived at my room where I found it to be far more spacious and clean than other accommodations I have stayed in in the past. The room was clean and spacious with a nice clean bathroom

To start the room was not so clean, owners allowed for people to be loud. All night long people coming in and out. 2 times I had people come inside my room because they thought it was their room. Overall -0 out of 10

Super inn canceled my reservation of 4 months the day i arrived because they ran my debit card that had just expired a few weeks earlier. I received no notice from super inn or hotels.com. I wanted to pay with my new card but they already booked another client. In the end i'm glad they did cancel. Because this motel is the most unsavory dive I've ever encountered. I didnt care about the age of the structure (1950s ?) But it did look severely run down and there was homeless/drug addicts loitering in the front as i pulled into the parking lot. Needless to say, i didnt feel safe. I was able to book a motel 6 within minutes of my cancelation. But in the future of hotels.com. I wouldnt put the super inn on your roster of places to stay.

It's up when I first got there it looked like I was in a third world country and then this old man comes out I check in he writes everything down manually there's no computers anywhere he gives me a key and says you're in room 14 so I go in there hang out for a little bit and then the owner comes to my door he says I need to leave I said why he said I didn't pay I said I sure did I paid through hotels.com you should have you know something confirming that my payment went through I called my bank even and the lady over the phone I had on speaker confirmed that I paid right in front of him and he still wasn't denial he still wanted me to leave I said I'm not leaving anywhere until I get payment from you I paid I'm not going to double pay I said you want me to leave you're going to pay me to leave and then well maybe about 15 minutes later he comes back he tries to apologize but the apology was not genuine it was just it sounds so meaningless I just ignore him and not to mention I got sick in the room and it was filthy

The staff working at the office was very rude and unprofessional.

The amount was 62 and when i arrived to the place was 100$

I had reserved a room for 3 nights. I went to check in during my lunch hour and they could not check me in due to “online problems”. Since I was on a timeframe and decided to check in later. When I had gone back to check in they told me there was no vacancy and sent me somewhere else where they told moved the reservation. I show up to that motel and they had no idea of anything and of course they also had no vacancies. I will never book here again and would recommend that no one else book there either. Bad news all the way around.
