Stayed 1 night

So we showed up on Monday of course the holiday around 4 pm we paid way to much and was told that was the only room they had available. We only had one bath towel 1 hand towel 2 rags. And the shower didn't even work. In a room with 2 beds even with a one bed I"ve never not had a shower work let alone only 1 bath towel 1 hand towel and floor towel was completely missing 1 trash can no phone in room and basically only 2 outlets never ever have I rented a room costing me that much with all those things missing. But my boyfriend's cousin shows up at 3am pays so much less and it took 3 times to get him a room for his key to work so that just shows how much they lie and overcharge. Guess you gotta pay for convenience oh plus the ice machine was down. Sucks when your homeless barely surviving on school refund to be overcharged and no refrigerator or microwave pretty messed up all that money I spent on 2 more days cause I needed to spend time with my dog and I couldn't afford a deposit. It's not a case of get what you paid for because I definitely got ripped off.

Stayed 2 nights

Hello, I am very disappointed with how my stay has been handled. My reservation was confirmed for July 28 through July 30. During my stay, my room key stopped working because my reservation apparently was not being handled correctly. At the front desk, I was first told my reservation could not be found and then told I needed to check in again despite already having checked in. Later, another employee repeatedly told my companion that we needed to pay even though our stay had already been paid for. The most concerning incident occurred when a housekeeper entered our occupied room without knocking or announcing herself. She appeared surprised that we were inside and asked whether we were checking out. This was a serious invasion of our privacy. I also received an automated message thanking me for my stay and requesting a review, which makes it appear that my reservation may have been mistakenly marked as checked out. These repeated errors caused unnecessary stress, embarrassment, and a loss of privacy. I would appreciate an explanation of what happened and request appropriate compensation for the disruption to our stay.
