Super Friendly Staff, Convenient, Pet Friendly with an OK cable TV package and internet. Room super clean and pretty nice, lots of towels, nice bathroom, good elevators, parking. Nice Fitness Center but Biz Center had 2 computers, neither worked. Breakfast had waffle makers, good juices. eggs, ham, taters were plain but edible. choice of cereals but the "2% milk" was not milk nor was it drinkable so I had to toss it.. Coffee a bit grim but drinkable b/c they had lots of creamers, including half & half, so coffee was appreciated. Desk staff super-nice and fellow offered to do some computer stuff for me.

The first room we were given the bathroom wasn’t clean still used bar soap in shower and hair in shower and no hot water after letting it run for 15 mins. The second room after I had to shake the sheets out from my kid getting crackers crumbs it.Then I saw the mattress that was disgusting. Apparently the accident deposit that the hotel charges guest was never used to replace the mattress that had a huge blood stain on it. I have never been to a Hampton hotel with this kind of filth. As I have posted in other reviews I give praise and high reviews when deserved but this location needs some attention from the higher up. I started in room 231 and was moved to 230 when I should have asked for my money back and left to stay at another hotel.

Easy check in , a lot parking and the staff was friendly. I went to take a shower and noticed multiple hairs in the shower. Not impressed with that and the room was definitely old , stains on the chairs and curtains. I usually prefer to check out via the TV if able or I just call when I’m leaving. I couldn’t do either since there is no phone in the room. There is a QR code for “hotel amenities” and I also could not check out that way either. When I left there was no one at the desk and a sign that said “be back in 5 minutes” so later I had to find the number and call to check out. This area has so many hotels and for 200 a night I’ll be trying a different one next time!

Nice one-night stay at this location. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was typical for free hotel food and the seating environment was really nice. Oddly, the most noise came from the people walking above me, which was pretty loud at times. Overall, the room was clean but the carpet could have been vacuumed better, with leftover hair pins and pieces of food wrapper on the floor. I would stay again.

Good value for the money. Like another Hampton Inn we stayed at recently, this hotel stay was an uneven experiance. The room was large and well laid out BUT deferred maintainance issues were noticable. The motirized blackout shade was broken, the tub drain was clogged with hair and drained slowly, a wall hook next to the tub was held in place only by glue and the plasticized wallpaper, and one of the main rooms lamps would not turn on.

Overall, a good experience. Walls, ceilings and floors are super thin . . . .listened to the guy next door cough all night, the occupant upstairs walking around and people talking in the hall way. The bathroom was updated . . .thank goodness for sliding doors instead of a curtain! Front desk super helpful at check in.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I really liked the wire basket drawers--with one glance I could see if anything had been left behind. The lobby had a nice seating area where we could wait for others in our party. The staff were exemplary--contacting us almost the moment we unlocked the room door to make sure everything was OK, and then checking back in a couple of days later. My one (minor) concern was addressed immediately. I didn't give five stars for three reasons: the noise from a neighboring room woke us up one morning, even though it was really only normal morning preparation. The AC was loud, but not unbearably so. And I wish there had been some healthier options for breakfast. The only cereals were sugary kid cereals; the "dried fruit" for the oatmeal was sliced almonds; and it would have been nice to have some plain Greek yogurt instead of the fruity, 14-gram sugar varieties. When the milk ran out one morning, it took at least fifteen minutes for it to be replenished, despite two of us requesting more. I saw one patron try putting yogurt on his dry cereal, and we had finished eating by the time we were able to get a small cup of milk to drink. Generally I really liked the hotel and was so bowled over by the staff (especially Jaden) that I will stay there again, but I will bring a white noise machine and some breakfast options.

We like Hampton Inn Very much typically. However on this occasion our room needed maintainance improvement: It was clean. But, 1. the curtain needed to be fixed. It was missing a string so it would pull up crooked. 2. the shower valve was inconsistent with hot and cold water. Showers were too hot or too cold! 3. Waffles were cancelled due to a kid spilling, which would have been easy to clean and resolve. So, this hotel in particular needs improved management.

This hotel was fantastic! The room was ultra modern, clean, and spacious (more like a suite than a regular room.) The staff was very friendly, even making a recommendation on where we should eat after a long day of travel. Breakfast was outstanding! Lots of options, and once again, staff was extremely hospital. Wish our trip had allowed us to stay there more than just one night!

Every time that I am in New Jersey, at least twice a month. I must stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The check in is easy, the staff is Super Friendly. Mark and Milessa are 5 stars. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is just great.

For the most part of my stay was without incident any good, Except for the morning breakfast, It’s clear they do not care or cater to vegetarians, vegans, and people who do not eat pork, They serve omelettes with pork inside of it, and do not label it, I’m a vegetarian and ended up eating two omelettes with pork inside of it, and they do not serve deli for people who do not eat pork, Which shows a clear, lack of vegetarian and vegan and religious diet, friendly at all, And the seasoning on what was left that someone can eat was not tasty at all, which leaves you to be able to eat cereal or oatmeal and toast, Regular breakfast you are ass out, I don’t know if he makes the choice to serve the breakfast for this hotel but they should be fired, everybody was upset about the pork and the omelettes, people that eat meat don’t eat pork, This is a good idea is ridiculous, last time I adjusted pork I got sick to my stomach, pork and seafood is not taken lightly to people that don’t know what they’re eating too late, it seems to be a lot of someone answering the front desk when you’re calling from your room or anybody standing at the front desk checking out, outside of those two things was good.
