When the term "Roach Motel" comes to mind than this is it . Room was Filthy . Paint asbestos peeling from the ceiling . Rug was dirty . it was a non smoking room and it smelled like a bar from the 1970's . Dead roaches in the room .also over night my car got keyed in their lot . had to get a police report . had to spend extra money on an insurance claim .nobody cared .. i was told to email the GM CHUCK and he never ever even cared to respond . It says alot about the management and direction of this property . Ive stayed in a few red roof inns and never have i exprerienced this madness . Theres plenty of options nearby .chose those instead of this . Needs to be torn down .

Generally quite dirty and not a well maintained property. Area did not feel safe. Opened my door in the morning around 7 a.m. to find two homeless persons sleeping just outside my door. Would definitely recommend finding other accommodations.

The employee's were great, very friendly. The place is very sketchy. Dirty outside and everything smells of cigarette smoke. Even inside the room. The AC/Heater thing was very noisy, even though the room was a bit chilly I did not use it. Good water pressure in the shower. Convenient parking.

The hotel is not safe, I tried to reach the front desk and couldn't get anyone. I checked out 3 days early because there were people walking around leaning and sitting on my car. I don't believe it is safe. I asked for my money back from hotels.com but still no answer and I had to go to another hotel.

They allow dogs and the surrounding area is walkable. Also, Wal-mart is next door, so that's convenient. However, there was trash everywhere on the property. Our room had a broken light fixture above the bed (when I turned it on it sparked and tripped the breaker so they reluctantly moved us to another room - which also had a broken light above the bed). There were people arguing about money outside our door at 2am (not the hotel's fault but it tells you what kind of people hang around there). The room appeared to have been spot cleaned. It's an "only if you have to and sleep above the covers" kind of place.

Hallways were filthy, garbage all over the floors. Dark and disgusting room. Bathroom was not clean, hardly any water coming out of the shower, worn-out bath towels with holes in them. Stay Away!!!

Wow hard to explain how unclean this Red Roof Inn in Mt Laurel is. I feel extremely blessed to be home where it’s clean and safe. My first time seeing a roach infestation and black mold. If you want to feel unsafe and see extreme unsanitary conditions try this place.

Do not stay here. I counted 25 cockroaches in my room of various sizes. I watched them as they crawled around the bed and bathroom. It may be the worse hotel I’ve ever been at! I slept with the lights on. It was late and I almost slept in my van. There was blood on the mattress and mold everywhere. Don’t stay here, you’ve been warned. The comfort inn and suites across the street is about the same price and much nicer!

Sign said no smoking. But my room smelled of cigarettes. The the carpeting look like there was no vacuum done for weeks. We find roaches in our room.

One of the worst Red Roof Inn properties that I've ever seen. Several things were broken or not working, including a lamp and the phone. The faucet in the bathroom sink was broken and the bed cover had cigarette burn holes. Plus, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled of recent smoke.

Easy and friendly check-in. Room's deadbolt did not work. Room was stocked with towels and necessities. Room served it's purpose for a few hours sleep. The only issue was the deadbolt and bed's mattress was hard to sleep on.

Not a family place. ALOT OF ADDICTS! Asked to have my room changed was given 140 at first (next door I watch a man pull up with bags and a bunch of ppl FLEW into this room) they looked around and shut the door! Everyone was walking around like it was Kensington! And when I got into the new room 103 just as bad. Right next door to the office! Cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets, drug activity right outside, rooms had a weird smell. Our new room didn’t even have the lock at the top to make sure no one could get in! Most uncomfortable stay ever…booked online did not know it was like this until my family and I arrived! Never everrrrrrrr again! Scary place my children were so sad!!

It took me 20 minutes to check in. 15 minutes of those was spent waiting for the person in front of me to be checked in. There were 4 others behind me that I felt sorry for. The person checking us in was extremely slow. The room was dirty. Makes sense why it's so cheap.

My family had four rooms booked for this hotel over the weekend for a family event - two of which were booked through Expedia. One room (mine) seemed ok despite the property being sketchy and clearly not safe. When we returned from the airport with our son, whose room was also booked thru Expedia we were told no such reservation existed & there were no more rooms. We had to scramble in the middle of the night to find accommodations for our son. When my brothers & cousin arrived the following day only one of them was able to check in. When we arrived back at night my brothers were given keys. Once they got to the room they found someone else's luggage in the room. I suppose we should be grateful that they did not walk in on someone or get shot by an unsuspecting stranger. They were given keys to another room after returning to the office. When they arrived to the second room they found it had clearly been used (bed slept in) and never cleaned. Between the young children running up and down the balconies (despite the fact that it was after 1 AM) and the many residents(?) hanging out with all the room doors open and the pot smoke in every direction no one got a decent night's sleep. At one point the screaming was so bad my cousin felt that he had better retrieve his sidearm. All of our rooms were dirty, we had to take the sheets off to sleep in the beds. Everything had cigarette burns and reeked on pot. I do not think it could have been worse. BBB Filing next.

Do not stay here!!!!!! When I checked in there was several housekeepers cursing and shouting racial slurs right in the lobby with the manager. Hotel room was so nasty and has bugs !! They only give u a half a roll of toilet paper and 1 towel for a double bed room. Went to lobby to get more and was told to walk to the laundry room to get one from one of the housekeepers! Prostitutes hang out in the lobby with the owner trying to get money off of there rooms! This place needs to be shut down the hallways are so dirty and nasty the rooms bathrooms are not cleaned at all my toliet and tub was so nasty!! If I could have got my money back I would have soo fast manager and owner is very sketchy and they allow all types of crackheads stay in the rooms and roam around the property! They do not care about customers at this location I have stayed At several red roof inns this has to be the worst hotel stay they need to tear the property down! Seriously do not stay here if you want to have a safe and comfortable hotel stay because this is not that! Wish I could have gave them 0 stars I would!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. When we got there, there were 15 people in the lobby, and half of them were people with issues that they needed fixed. Should have realized at that point that it was not going to work out well. One lady said they gave someone else her room key as well and a man walked in on her. Another person said their room had a ton of trash in it and wasn't cleaned. Several people said their room keys just didn't work at all. We finally got our key after waiting for 30 minutes, and wouldn't you know, it did not open the door to our room. The man working at the front desk was very slow, and when we finally got a new key, it still didn't work, and the maintenance man said that the door knob was frozen and poured coffee over it to try and thaw it. That is when I decided that I was going to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. Also, the main lobby was locked and had a sign on the door that just said "No!" so all 15 people were waiting in a 10 ft by 10 ft box.

Filthy, heat not working, bed lumpy and no blanket, not sure linen was changed microwave broken, tub and sink and mirror filthy, not vacuumed, and desk clerk wouldn’t get off phone as she was yelling at someone while she checked us in, sooo rude! Stay far away from this facility!!!!

We felt unsafe, it was noisy, at about 2 am when we arrived. People wandering around looking shady. Inside the room stunk like body odor. We didn't even walk all the way in. We tried to cancel it, they did but did not refund us our money. We found another hotel after sleeping in the car The rest of night.

It’s a place where people live (crackheads) and the place reaks of weed! The police have been here twice and the ambulance once. We Checked in and left till bedtime we came back just to sleep and leave. So we have been here literally 10 mins and both times cops and and ambulance! Not a place you want to stay!

I would not recommend anyone to stay here, they don’t clean the rooms, the rooms stink, very outdated, went down to try and extend my room and the CSR was sleep and then I was rushed to check out. I wish my wife and I can be refunded for our stay. They had what looked like dope fiends walking all night doing drugs, the fire alarm went off, police was ALWAYS there. NO MICROWAVE OR REFRIGERATOR WE HAD TO EAT OUR EVERYDAY BECAUSE WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA IF WE WANTED A MICROWAVE BUT WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE WITH WALMART OR BOB EVANS NEXT DOOR. DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The room was okay had no microwaves at all. Didn’t have any first breakfast and the room was filthy. I had to get house keeping three different times to clean and my child and I got sick from the filth.
