I was disappointed nothing was provided. No coffee pot, no dishes, no pots and pans, only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. Ive stayed at other hotels that have the kitchenette and they supplied at least a few dishes and cookware.

While the outside of the hotel looks fairly new, the inside is a different story. The rugs need a deep-cleaning, and the rooms could all use a refresh. We had issues with our key cards upon arriving at our room. The front desk clerk had to come up to reset the door lock, and we were glad she did. The room smelled of tobacco smoke, so her being there to witness it could prove we were not responsible. The elevator was questionable at best, and the front desk closed completely overnight. If you are checking out early, there is no one to leave the key cards with, and no Dropbox.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room stunk, there is no blanket on the bed just 2 sheets, there was no cooking utilities or pots and pans even tho it was a kitchenette, and there was no body wash very minimal hygiene products this is surprising because even the cheapest hotels supply those things

The way too expensive for the facilities and anemities provided. They call themselves suites, but they have empty drawers, no utencils, pots, caffe maker, no cups. The only thing we found in the room was a small soap bar and towells.

Tyler, LeJereck, Shayla, and Breanna provide the greatest levels of customer service and compassion I've ever seen and I work as a night auditor for a very large hotel corporation for ten years. This facility offers laundry facilities, apartment size refrigerators, large microwaves, and glass cooktops. It is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. And, best of all, the level of compassion shown to my daughter and I and our support dogs, is beyond comparison. Truly a great home away from home.

It a suite with a kitchenette/stove There’s no cups, utensils,plates pots or anything to use to accommodate the kitchenette so basically you have to pack your kitchen stuff in order to use this kitchenette As well as it was a double bed room and we were given 2 towels and 2 wash rags There was no soap extra toilet paper cups ice bucket or anything else in the room We had to go to 3 different rooms upon check in due to keys not working The only good thing about the stay was the lady at front desk was apologetic and let us check in early We were able to sleep that’s about it

As soon as you walked into the lobby, you could smell cigarette smoke, even though we though it was a smoke free facility. There was a friendly man that checked us in at 6 pm. I went to the car to get our suitcases and when we came back, the window for check in was closed. When we got to our room, it smelled like smoke. There was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat. There was a cockroach on the ceiling, and later that night, one in the bathroom. We asked to change rooms but the hotel was all booked. The TV remote was broken. There were no hand towels. And no one answered the phone number at the front desk for assistance. There was so much noise inside and outside that we didn’t sleep well. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was not good. When we checked out or tried to check out in the morning, the front desk window was still closed. We have stayed at other Woodspring hotels that have been well cared for, but we will not stay at this one again.

There were roaches everywhere honestly and the amount of marijuana smell throughout the hotel all night was kind of alarming. I’m pretty sure there were drug deals that went on most of the evening were also alarming. The phone to get in the door cause the lobby window closed at 4 pm, I was never made aware that it did, so when i got to the hotel to check in and use the lobby phone it didn’t work at all, luckily the lady that checked us in was close and seen we needed assistance to get inside to check in. And while they had Terminex come out and spray and put a white residue powder down for the bugs, there were still plenty crawling around on most of the items in the room.

Tv did not work. Woke up the next morning to roaches crawling in the counter of the kitchenette. Room has a weird smell. Offered to give me another with a working tv but couldn’t say there wouldn’t be roaches. Guy standing in the lobby said he killed around 40 roaches that morning and there were still a lot more in his room

The outside looks good but the inside is horrible. I switch rooms three time’s. The third room, I just stayed since I paid ahead. There was a big party outside. The first floor smelled like smoke throughout the office. The rooms are outdated, broken blinds, and old furniture. I had another family that supposed to stay but I told them no because I was too embarrassed that I chose this place. It was like living in the projects.

The cable did not work and they would not fix it. The room had a weird smell. Woke up on roaches crawling on the counter of the kitchenette. Offered to put me in another room but could not guarantee that room would not have roaches.

Cynthia at the desk was amazing and super friendly. All of the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the amount of noise around and in the property when 9:00 pm was the "quite time". I would have to sleep with headphones and music every night because there was so much noise by tenants as well as outside parking lot noise going on ALL night long which was stressful.

The hotel room was clean and thats the highlight. The front desk worker was super nice and worked wirh Hotels.com when he couldn't find our reservation and they were able to sort it out and give us a room. You can tell they are trying to update the hotel and i can appreciate that. Our room was clean but we had no towels when we called in the evening they had ro wash some and took until morning to get some. Our toilet was slow to drain after using which isnt great. Blinds in the room were broken and dirty, no curtain to close to block out light and the ac/heater slates were dirty. (That was the only thing dirty in the room).

We checked in Saturday evening and while driving in the parking lot, u could already see some shady people just hanging out outside. The receptionist was nice but walking thru the hall to our room the carpet was disgusting and stained. The room itself was clean but the pillows were super flat. The entire night all we heard was people making noise, blasting music, moving furniture around, stomping on the floor. And the hallway reeked of weed. Very very disappointed, especially for the price we paid

I only stayed two nights. The first night there was a loud fight in the back parking lot, which the front desk clerk had to deal with. The floor in my room was not clean and made my bare feet dirty. Some of the staff seemed nice. Other than the dirty floor, my room was clean and comfortable. I will not stay here again however.

First room people next door were so loud. Second room was a little better but could still hear the tv all night. Woke up multiple time for doors slamming and loud music across the hall. Toilet didn’t flush. No batteries in the remote.

No one was at the front desk to check in at 10:30 pm. Tried calling the provided phone number multiple times and no one answered. Another customer had already been trying to reach someone for 30 minutes. I ended up having to go to another hotel. The right thing to do is to give a full refund.

They ran out of toilet paper and when I called and asked when they would get more the lady said “idk” asked if I would get reimbursed for buying my own and she said very rudely “ma’am by policy we are not required to provide that for you” so you are telling me I spent $486 for 7 nights for me to have to buy my own toiletries. That is normally included in the hotel stay. Asked about towel and they told me I’d have to bring my old towels down and exchange them for mew ones instead of just giving me new ones. Called to talk to the manager and the lady at the desk said the manager was in a meeting and said she would have them call me back. They never did. How can a manger of a company not care enough about the customer to give them a call to address the situation and try to make it right. Felt like the manager didn’t care and brushed it off and pushed it to the side and didn’t make it a priority to make sure customers were taken care of. I will not be coming back to the location ever again. Terrible customer service and managers are to set an example for the employees and seeing as they didn’t even have the decency to reach back out to me and make it right. I will not recommend yall to anyone ever

This is not a normal hotel. My stay was fine and the problem I did encounter was rectified immediately. They do not have normal front desk hours. If you arrive after 3 am for check in you may forfeit your room, cleaning is your responsibility, and back to the front desk hours, they open at 10 on the weekends and close and 4 and open 8-10 on Monday - Thursday and close at 8 on Friday. There is a number to call but when I arrived, I had to call it a couple times before they answered. But overall my stay was good for the price. Just some FYIs

Seemed unsafe at night. A lot of things going on in the parking lot until late at night. The place seemed ok a little rough around the edges. Very nice people running the place. You cannot check in after 2am.

The property on the inside is clean and very nice, the outside of the property is a nice area besides the junked vehicles in the parking lot, and the homeless area across the street full of trash. Other than that i have nothing but great things to say about this hotel all around.

We tried checking in and the front desk had a window covering it. A guy smoking inside said he could help us get checked in. The entire property was dirty. There were a million piles of dog poop int he grass and trash everywhere. Inside was equally gross. There were stains on the walls and in the elevator. The carpet was severe stained in the hallways. The entire building constantly smelled like cigarettes. The rooms had VERY thin ceilings and we could hear our upstairs neighbors alllll day and night. The floors were sticky when we got there and the drawers in the kitchen were sticky on the inside. There was always dogs running around off leash out side. It was such an uncomfortable stay for me as a young woman. I would never stay there without someone else with me as the other guests often seemed high and sometimes aggressive.

Terrible. The area itself leaves a lot to be desired. We still decided to check in as it was later in the day and we were exhausted. The girl behind the counter charged me twice for the room because she couldn’t figure out how to check us in. People were steady coming in and out. We finally got to the room after being bothered for money in the hallway from a “guest” and it wreaked of smoke. We immediately checked out and left. No refund despite not staying.

You need to call to get someone to unlock the window for service. There is no breakfast service. Pets are welcome… with a $50 deposit. Remote didn’t work for the TV. The shower leaked water somewhere under the tub. Best of all we got a key for a room that was already occupied which was a surprise to us and the family laying in their bed. I won’t attach the photo of the bug that was crawling on the pillow.
