Staff member at checking was excellent. Efficient and friendly. Hotel very clean and convenient off I80. Breakfast great. Pool was actually open which seems to be rare these days. We didn’t get to use it but looked great. Would definitely stay again

We had a nice one night stay along the route of our road trip. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we slept well. The room was comfortable and the breakfast had enough options. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer, as one of our kids spilled all over themselves right before we arrived at the hotel. It was close to the highway, which allowed us a quick start to our remaining drive in the morning.

First time staying here. Clean, nice-sized room, best fitness center I've seen in Clarion hotels. Only complaint is the walls are fairly thin and I could hear the person next door snoring. Will stay here again, in spite of the thin walls!

We had first floor room near pool. Pool chemical odor was causing my asthma to bother me. And the bathroom had a horrible sewage smell the whole time. We’ve stayed here several times before and we will not be returning.

We stay here a lot. It’s always solid, and while the breakfast leaves a bit to be desired, it has a good fitness room and it is always very clean.

Good experience overall. Hotel room key did not work to open pool but staff was helpful in getting us into pool area. Pool towels were very small, like face cloth sized. Would need several to dry off properly. Other than that good, clean, comfortable!

Went to the pool. Checked the rules for the pool. It said no glass bottles. Ok fine. Took alcohol beverage in can. Got harassed by an employee about having it down there. I told her the rules dis not state no alcohol. She said its not on the rule board but its a hotel rule. What the heck?

The breakfast was simple and nice - choice of egg whites and yellow omelettes was nice touch. But the elevator floor was dirty and the room carpets were terrible. They need a bell at reception so you can get service - mostly the receptionists were around the corner and on the phone. They look quite understaffed.

The room was spacious and well-maintained. It had a very pleasant decor. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The negatives are minor. Someone had accidentally put soap in the lotion dispenser. Also the tv guide didn't list any channel names so it was a pain to figure out viewing options.

We were so impressed with this site from the minute we walked in the door and looked around and that opinion only grew more positive during our stay. We consider it the best hotel/motel we've stayed in after many years of trips across much of the eastern and southern US. An added gift was that every staff member we met or observed was terrific and helpful. A great place to stay.
