Everything was good except minimal breakfast until almost 7am. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t have to be at work at 7am.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory. The housekeeping staff did an exemplary job maintaining the rooms' cleanliness. However, the breakfast offered was below standard, and the pool was unavailable during the visit.

Never do this, but we arrived at the hotel about 4PM, needed to get cleaned up and head to a rehearsal dinner for the wedding we were attending. Walk into the lobby and the gal at the front desk seems to be having a tough time. Trying to help the gentleman in front of us and after about 10 minutes, she just throws her hands up... "The computer systems are down, a Manager has to come back to the property, and we just can't do anything until they get here- and she goes and takes a seat.. .We ask, is there anyway we could just get into a room to freshen up a bit, or get us in the room (since it was already paid for) and we can run the card for incidentals once we get back from the rehearsal dinner? "Nope, you are welcome to use the public restroom and maybe I can find somewhere to put your luggage, but that's the best I can do until a manager gets here " No apology, no how do we make this right, just "Not my problem, and frankly seems to suck to be you"...So we ended up at the Courtyard about 2 miles down the street... Can't really say anything beyond that, but if that is the best you can do for customer service, ,maybe you need to keep a manager on site....
