Positive aspects: 1) air conditioning is very effective; 2) mattress and sheets are excellent; 3) having filtered water was a plus; 4) the place is very quiet; and 5) the owner quickly solved some problems we had. Negative aspects: 1) there are no accessible windows, so the place has no fresh air; 2) the surroundings seems abandoned and we had a hard time finding it; 3) the shower has no door; and 4) the worst part is the fact the property has a picture on Hotels.com that very much attracts the guests, but it has nothing to do with the apartment. They rather pictured a fancy hotel hear by. For those reasons, I can’t recommend it.

Nice clean room, good value for its central location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. Friendly, helpful staff. Our only complaint would be the excessive use of air fresheners, in the room, the hallway, even plug-ins.

The property is within walking distance to the nightlife at the hotel zone. But know that it sometimes could be loud when you try to sleep.

The room was great. Very clean included separate bedrooms and air conditionings . Always felt very safe. Very affordable, I highly recommend and would stay again.
